Very Nice.. was looking everywhere for a tiny bat.. ( baseball ) for diaper cake. Staff was awesome.. took me to the right section... and Bam! Little Tiny Bat.

I have been going to party city for my sons birthday party every year and have always left the store with everything I needed. Unfortunately I cant say the same about today. Today it was beyond horrible. It took me almost 2 hours trying to find matching items, the selves were for the most part all empty and I could not find anything .Ended up leaving the store with miss matched party decorations.

The staff was very helpful. Im going to visit this store every time I throw a party.

Party City has the best stuff! My friend and I went in to purchase some decorations to put on her daughter house. She and her boyfriend just got engaged in Aruba and were coming home the night we decorated. We scored an awesome She said yes balloon bouquet and a beautiful light up balloon, perfect for the couple to see on a dark rainy night! Both the girl who waited on us and her manager were incredible, They honored the 30% off code from the app since it was impossible for me to order online! Love this store!

Was very happy to see they still had graduation party supplies as our party was in July.

Amazing employees helped us out in an emergency! Needed white balloons for a wedding quickly because ours deflated. These women got right on it and saved the day. Balloons lasted days! Thank you!

The employees are amazing and so polite. I order balloons from them every year for my mother in laws birthday. They do such a outstanding job. Even during this pandemic, they do the best they can. Thank you employees of party city, I know it must be crazy right now. But you guys rock!!! Keep on keeping on.

I went in looking for some gift boxes and there were none. Lots of party supplies but nothing to put the gift in.

7 months pregnant and needed help reaching and carrying something. Asked three employees who were standing there talking in the front and approached them. Said “excuse me” three times with no response, not even a glance over as I stood there for 10-15 minutes.The service I receive every time I’m in here from employees is unbelievable. I now drive the extra way to the Saugus location and will be contacting corporate.

Great store!! We found everything we needed for our party..... but that makes this store so amazing...THE STAFF MAKES THIS STORE AMAZING! What an experience! I was undecided about about a few things and really needed help. Lucky me!! I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie! She was so patient and helpful! I shopped here for a friends engagement party. I could not find anything for same sex marriages. We are in 2019 and Massachusetts was the first state to allow same sex marriage. There was Nothing to celebrate gay nuptials. Lets do better party city! Side note Customer service was great and people that worked there were very helpful.

When it comes to starting to prepare for holiday parties this is my first choice. Every time I come in I find what Im looking for.

The store itself was great, but the staff on the registers didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. The line became extremely long rather quickly.

Nice Staff. Went around week before Halloween there were still quiet a few costumes in stock. Which was a shock. They have themes, color coded decorations, candy, items to make your own little gift bags, cups, plates, basically anything you need for a Party. Hence the Name.

They have me used balloons. Took them home and were deflated already.

Great store to get what you need for a party. Its tough when you need help because the staff always seems stressed out. It makes you feel like youre bothering them just being there. They also continuously run out of helium so either call first, place your order online or try the Saugus store.

Need more employees that know where things are. Asked several employees about a particular party need and only one knew what is was and where it was located. If you are going to work here please learned the popular party themes and where the things are.

The employees are not so engaging or even really friendly, I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy, there were 3 cashier lights on with only one cashier at their register. Needless to say I was pretty annoyed.

Overpriced. Understocked. Dirty. Bathroom,,,no words, also no cover on the toilet tank and no liner in the trash barrel.

Showed up to get balloons for my nieces birthday party...and was told it would be 40 minutes for them to fill 6 balloons with helium...the staff all looked miserable, they were extremely unhelpful, and stood around behind the counter doing nothing while they told us it would be 40minutes to fill 6 balloons. If i could give this place a 0/5 i would, this is why these stores are obsolete now.

Its a really good store with hard working dedicated employees, who go above & beyond for their customers without being asked too. I went in today to go looking for a few things for my Riverdale costume and one employee of the store brought me to the 1st aisle where one section was Riverdale themed. I was so happy about that section, it basically made my day. Anyone looking for a job or knows anybody who is currently looking for a job the store is hiring. I saw the sign on the entrance door and the pay is really good; $11.50 an hour, thats sounds like really good pay. By the way, if youre at the store and you need help finding an item. Just ask for Derek; Hes the employee who showed me the Riverdale section in the 1st aisle. Hes definitely the best in my book, remember to give a tip to the nice man. I forgot to tip him 12 minutes after I left the store. Overall the store is great!!!!!!!!!

Good place to shop sometimes they dont have many cashiers open., its a good location plenty of parking you can get what you want for your party needs.

Would give a zero. I called for a costume they said they had five in stock after I gave the SKU #. They repeated the name of the costume and repeated they had five in stock. After driving 40minutes in traffic, they dont have the costume, and neither does any other location. Cashier was apologetic but doesnt change anything unfortunately. Long lines and staff standing around avoiding to help adds to the pathetic review that they deserve.
