Just after my first email exchange, I knew she would be able to make my custom invites come to life (she has the FASTEST response rate which was super important for me, she always answers so professionally and enthusiastically, and despite how many times I changed my mind on things she was always so flexible and worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted and in a very speedy manor). She made it easy to trust and know that we were in very good hands.When I received my final wedding invites I actually cried because it was my vision come to life/ they were so luxe, elegant and unique. The attention to the detail was impeccable! I do believe it could not have been done with any other vendor!! I cannot recommend Boxed Wedding Invitations enough!!! Unfortunately I didn’t experience the best customer service from this business. I was ordering items with my sister for an upcoming event, and we heard no response since august. Then were told in September that our item quantity (30) was too low to make, but on their website you can buy the item for as low as a quantity of 5. I hope this doesn’t happen to any future customers, we were looking forward to supporting.

I found this company on google while I was searching for some unique menus for a product style shoot for our company new rental items. I saw a design menu on their website that I was in loved with so I contacted them via email to see if I was able to receive it in a week. Adriana responded quickly to let me know that the design I wanted was unavailable for my timeline, she then suggested two other designs that look similar. I trusted her to mail me the menus without proof on such a short notice to Atlanta, GA and we received them on time nicely packaged with a bow 🤗 when I open the package there was an envelope with a hand written thank you card inside and the menus was to die for, I was in-love with them both. They were exactly what we needed for our estate table wedding reception style shoot. I fell in love with the table menus Adriana made for my sisters shower!! They were the perfect combination of elegance and glam. Working with Adriana was one of the best decisions I made. The invitations were very important to me as they were the first impression guests would get of our big day. I painted and designed the invites myself, and I knew I didn’t want to trust the printing to a large company. I found Boxed Wedding Invitations through the makeup artist and hair stylist I hired for my wedding. I was torn between this company and an Australian company; however, the decision was clear when I received a handwritten note and follow up email from Adriana after receiving her samples. Additionally, Adriana spent a significant amount of time interacting with me via Instagram showing me images of her past work and realized that my taste was very similar to a previous client that she had worked with. I chose this design for my invitations and my mom said that she had never seen anything like them in her life. I received them in the mail and they are so beautiful and unique. They really set the tone for a high end city wedding. Unfortunately, COVID-19 decided to interfere with my plans and shortly after receiving my invitations it was apparent that most of my guests were hesitant to travel to or attend my wedding due to safety/health concerns. My venue was not yet willing to reschedule, so Adriana made me a beautiful note to my guests addressing these concerns and shipped them to me right away. My wedding has now been postponed, so unfortunately my guests have not been able to receive the invitations, but I cant wait for them to see them next year. I am grateful for her compassion and flexibility. Additionally, Adriana spent more time with me on Instagram discussing save the new date cards which I am so excited to see. I trust that she understands my aesthetic and that anything she makes for me for this or any future event will be creative and one of a kind. She is always quick to respond to me even late at night. For example, last night I asked for a dance floor monogram design and she created it and sent it to me in just over 20 minutes. I cant wait to see what she designs for menus, seating and other details and recommend her to anyone that is planning a thoughtful luxury event of any nature.

Im generally a skeptic, so when I order something sight unseen I always calibrate my expectations lower (so I dont get disappointed). When I received my order (boxes and cards), I was very impressed (downright shocked) at the high quality. It was even nicer than the pictures. To add to this, I want to thank them for their patience and accommodation throughout the design process. The shipping was also very fast. Im extremely satisfied on all fronts. I can not recommend Adriana and Boxed Wedding Invitations highly enough !! When my online ordered invitations came with horrible envelopes - I panicked and was having a wedding disaster - I found Boxed Wedding online and Facebook messaged them in the late hours in a Friday night with an SOS that I needed new envelopes ASAP as my invitations were already going to be late at this point ! My whole weekend was about to be ruined stressing about how to fix these wedding invitations and Adriana replies within 10 minutes and promised to come to my rescue - she told me she could make new envelopes within 2 days and moved mountains to get them overnighted to me ... when they arrived they were absolutely PERFECT, high quality, fantastic card stock and printing quality - and included delivery and return addressing — they literally saved the day .
