Awesome place to get your eyebrows threaded. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff are also very good at instructing beacon customer on what to do during the threading process. Their prices are very reasonable, also they keep their shot very clean and sanitary for themselves and their customers. I do highly recommend Brow Art 23 to all men and women looking to get their eyebrows cleaned up. Youll walk out feeling as though your had a new hair cut. You know that feeling!

I happened to walk by and see the shop. There were no clients inside. Just a woman sitting on her phone who I walked past in order to see the prices. I decided to get something done. After I was surprised when she told me the price because it was more than what was written. I was definitely put off because I used the sign to see if I wanted the service. It was played off as if its alright to falsely advertise the price. She gave me the mall discount to put it to the advertised price. Will not being going back. Also she was not thorough in her threading.

If you go to Brow 23 request Sanu, she is professional and does an amazing job at threading eyebrows.I had someone else take off too much and she was able to correct them in a few weeks.

I just moved here to Massachusetts, and I was a little worried looking for a good place to do my eyebrows . I came here, and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows .

I’ve been going to brow Art for about a year now maybe a little longer. I usually go to the one upstairs next to Payless. All the girls that work there are talented and very nice! Today I happen to be near the one next to Nordstrom on the bottom level so I decided to go in there. The older woman that was working in there had to of been the meanest person I’ve ever come in contact with. I told her I just want to a clean up and she literally ripped most of my eyebrows out and left the skin around them bloody!!!! Then to top it off, she DEMANDED a tip! (Today is Thursday, April 4th 4:10 PM -I suggest your manager have a talk with her because you just lost a loyal customer because of her nasty behavior.)
