This company was very very helpful and made sure me and my significant other where safe and helped us with somewhere to stay while we were waiting for our ride to get us. This company really came through for me. A friend had a van stuck in a culvert and they gave us the advice and help we needed to get it out, even though they werent able to get their tow trucks to the off-road location the car was stuck. They were patient and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Hog Creek Towing & Impound because of how well they took care of me today!

Tried to scam us out of an extra $50 when we had unlimited towing through our Good Sam. Stated we went over by 3 miles and it would be $50. Told them if that was the case just take it back to where they picked it up. They stated they would take it back to their yard. If they were in the right they would have. The only thing they did right was dropping it back at the pick up spot. The lady was rude, many expletives. If you hate your job don’t take it out on your customers. Find a different gig.

Customer service was polite and helpful at first. But I was informed that they would have to file for an abandoned title in 10 days if I didnt retrieve my vehicle. Which of course I was going to get it the very next day so I was not concerned about that. However ever since I called to make an appointment to retrieve my vehicle I have been rescheduled, giving excuses why theres not somebody there for me to retrieve my vehicle. My appointment has changed six times. Now its been over the 10 days and I still have been unable to get my car!

My van was towed to their business. I tried several different times to get my belongings from Danell Moy, the owner. I did evrything she asked, and she still ROBBED ME AND MY CHILDREN!!! All of my tools for work, $$$thousands!!!! Stole my childs matress for his bed and the brand new window A/C unit for his room too!!!!! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!! Merry Christmas!!!

My battery died and a wouldnt hold a charge when jumped. We were stuck in the Walmart parking lot on a busy Friday afternoon. I called numerous tow companies and they had a 2-3 hour wait. I wish I had just called Hog Creek first because they told me 20 minutes and it was pretty much exactly 20 minutes when Myrl showed up to rescue myself, a friend and 5 young teens. He was so kind and professional. He got us all to OReilleys so we could get a new battery and genuinely seemed to care that we were ok. I cant thank him enough! What a wonderful experience with a tow company of all places!

My 17 year old son broke down alone on 87 between Rye & Payson. We were in a bit of a panic since daylight was almost gone and we live in the Phx area. We called and Danell was responsive, professional, and sensitive to our situation. She promptly sent their flatbed out to transport him to a safe spot until we could arrive to pick him up. Understandably, any breakdown is a stressful situation, but Hog Creek went above and beyond the typical standards of a tow company.

AAA suggested them when we were stuck on the side of the road in AZ. Left several voice messages and never received a call back. Terrible customer service!

Recently used their service. Truck overheated on our way to our camping trip to Big lake. Great service at a fair price. Driver took the time to find a repair shop that would be open on the weekend, after he made several calls to different shops he was unable to find one. He dropped us off at a oreillys and was able to get me the parts needed to fix my truck. We are very grateful with them. He made sure we were ok before he left.

Actually the opposite, 1/4 of a star for answering messages, eventually. Completely unprofessional, your personal problems have nothing to do with your job, if you cant show and do your job, then you should be replaced with a competent human, or AI, they dont get sick or have to pick the kids up, and they have facial recognition and can communicate with other systems to have all the information one needs to run a towing yard.

I called the towing company a lady answered i asked about a car they were selling and she hung up. she will not answer my messages on facebook why post something if your not going to answer lady bad service!!!

Sorry, but that is not the way it went down, trust me, I told you I fixed the tire and I never said it was not abandoned. I told you someone wanted to obtain and abandoned title on it so I needed to find a storage for them. You told me you dont do storage...cool! Dont act like you did ne a favor by towing for free, I never asked you to tow for free. I didnt care what I had to pay to get it gone. You kept telling me for 3 days, I will call you back, we are so busy....I was trying to utilize your services, as a business owner myself, customer service is everything.

This couple was so nice, and welcoming even tho it was super late, we bought a car from them and love the car! Well worth the drive and very affordable. 👌👏👍

Hog Creek was called out by our Farmers insurance road side assistance. And they traveled 20 miles out of town to tow our vehicle. Very friendly and professional.

Truck died during the night on vacation getaway out of Pheonix. We didnt get far up the 87 to Payson. I called them up and was impressed with how personal they were to deal with. Awesome company! I dont normally write reviews but I had to stop and say well done. Great people, super accommodating and their service was fantastic.

I was towing my bass boat with my Ford F-150 to a Bass Tournament near Payson when I broke down on the 87 Bee Line 20 miles south of Payson. I called several tow companies and they all were quoting me high prices. I got a hold of Danelle at Hog Creek and she was real sweet and helpful plus gave me price that I couldnt refuse.She sent her tow driver George who was a great guy and rattled off some funny fishing stories from yester year.They got my truck safely to the repair shop and shuttled me and my boat to my buddies location.I am thankful for their great care and service.Hope to never need their service, but theyre the only ones I would use if I had no other choice.P.S. The Bass Tournament was a blast!Louie
