Great People & Great Owners! Last Saturday the City of Payson was to host the annual Turkey Trot 5k event, but cancelled it last minute (the day before the event). These fine folks at Rim Country CrossFit decided to invite anyone in the community to a free Turkey Trot event at their location in Star Valley. I was really impressed with all that they did for this event and for our community. The event was fun, there were snacks and drinks at the finish line, and they even gave out some prizes to some of the top finishers. Wow, they really went all out IMHO. They paid for it all. Thank you guys for your great service to your community!!

I am new to CrossFit and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the coaches have been great to work with here. No matter what fitness level you’re at, they’re there to help you along and teach you the proper mechanics. I also really like the encouraging and fun atmosphere at this gym...for me it makes all the difference!

I love working out here! The community in the gym is awesome and supportive! I love how the trainers pay special attention to my form and technique make sure I am less likely for injury. My home away from home.

Amazing!! Hands down the BEST gym in town! They take the time to show you how to do the different exercises. I was brand new to CrossFit and nervous about trying it, this gym makes you feel like family from day 1 and all nervousness went away! I will always recommend this gym, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Much love!!

This place is outstanding! I love the energy every time I walk into the gym. The trainers have patience and knowledge of what they are teaching. I would recommend this place every time!

I never liked going to the gym because Regular gyms are a drag!!! It always feels sort of awkward and the motivation is lacking . It feels like fast food fitness and I was tired of it but still wanted to stay fit and gain strength. Then I walked in to Rim Country CrossFit on an invite from another member. I got to take my first class for free and it was nothing like any other gym Ive ever been to. Everyone is doing the same thing and close together, it makes it feel more like a team and community. The nervous feeling of being watched isnt there because they help you feel like a part of the family immediately. The coaches are always happy and smiling, ready to greet you and tell you what an awesome job you are doing. At RCCF everybody helps each other out, encourages each other and youre never short of a friendly face ready to meet a new person. Joining CrossFit was definitely one of the best decisions Ive made in a long time and Rim Country CrossFit is hands down the best gym Ive ever attended! Im actually happy and excited to get up in the morning on gym days ! I plan to be working out with all of these amazing people for a very long time!

I never went to the gym, never wanted to go, never thought I needed to. Well Rim Country CrossFit proved all of that wrong! The coaches here are supportive, meticulous, and experienced! They know what you can do, and even more importantly what you can’t do and help you push your mind and body to that line! If you are questioning if this is the gym for you, it is and you will not regret it.

Ive been going to this gym since January and I love it! The coaches are great, the workouts are fun and challenging, and I get to bring my kids. I would recommend it to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and get into RCCF. Rolley, DRod, Jen, Jed, and all the coaches are just incredible. They’re support and encouragement along with attention to proper form and movement make for a safe, supportive, and challenging environment to allow anyone to reach whatever fitness goals they have. From complete beginners who may have never touched a barbell to those savage beasts who have a shot at being competitive in the open/games, everyone is welcome and challenged at Rim Country Crossfit.
