Ive had both good cuts and bad cuts, but this was over a year ago. It has been temporarily closed for a while now.. Went past today and looks like it was open? The biggest problem is you never know if they will be open or closed. Good people have worked here. I wish this salon and the folks that work here the best.

My wife went to get her hair dyed and it went waaaay bad. She felt like the dresser Chelsea did it for the money and didn’t know how to do the highlight job at all it look absolutely nothing like the picture she showed her or how she wanted it it’s been 2 days the color is fading and ugly!

Website not uptodate for scheduling appointments. I drove 45 min. Arrived they cancelled it next morning. Sign on wall said closed website stated it was open on this day.

Worst customer service, made appointment. They never showed. My boys haircuts were beyond horrible. Never again!

I love this place. Chelsey cut and permed my haur today and did an amazing job. Also was so very personable and friendly I was instantly comfortable. What a great experience.. I have some medical stuff so require consideration and assistance I usually hate trying to go anywhere to get my hair done. I put it off for 2 yrs I was so uncomfortable with the idea. Wow amazing people thank for making me feel great.💝💝💝

I would not ever go here. The service is terrible! Tried two different times to get an appointment only to be told they werent interested and didnt have time. Finally on the third attempt they completely messed it up. If you are in the payson area go to signature cuts. Far superior service and way better hair cut.

Couldnt give a decent cut to save their lives! After having given these crawl hair cuts they charged extra for a french braid on my daughters hair that looked like a rats nest and fell out in less than an hour. We will never go back

I made an appt for a cut n color and let them know it takes hours for my hair to set. When I walked in I showed them the look I want and we ended up having to reschedule due to time constrictions. The next week I am not sure what they did but they knew they hadn’t gotten the look I wanted so they offered for me to come back to fix it free of charge. Because of time constrictions (and one missed appt just today on my part admittedly) it has been four weeks and my hair is still not fixed. But because of how long it has been I now have to pay for services that were never right to begin with. Find someone worth going to and stick with them!!

Love the girls at this location!! I always see Chelsea when I can, she is way awesome and always does an amazing job! Almost all of my sisters and I go to her!

I could not be more disappionted in the quality of their service. My teenage daughter got her hair cut there today and they butchered it. She had a picture of what she wanted and instead of a cute chin length cut, it ended up clear to her ears with uneven layers that look like they were cut by a 3 year old. She left in tears. When she went back after a few minutes they wouldnt do anything but an $8 refund that she has to wait several days for. Not even an offer to try to fix it (as if she would let them touch her head again). Save yourself a lot of frustration and tears and run in the other direction!

Horribleeee!!! I was in walmart and ran to get some stuff my eyebrows needed some care: so after checking out of walmart, I walked over and asked if they did eyebrows. The girl said wax? “Yeah we do”. Had to wait because there was only one stylist totally understandable. So the manager did my eyebrows. She totally messed them up I’m not sure who told her she could do eyebrows but it wasn’t at all what I asked for. She had the audacity to say you look good and charge me 10.27 . Just horrible horrible.... dnt walk run get jn your car and speed off from this place.

I got a great haircut, the service was great, didn’t have to wait long at all.

Asked for highlights/haircut. I wanted the highlights all over my hair. They only did the top and wouldnt do the sides of my hair. Also left long pecies of hair everywhere.

Exactly what I wanted. I should have caught her name or my receipt so I can go back to her specifically!!
