They lack professionalism. Not all of them but the guy who is bald has an attitude that need to change. Shouldnt be working as a lawyer.

Went at 9:30 in the morning and made an appointment, told me to put my name and number on a list that they would call me, I called numerous time and they told me dont worry, that they would call... still waiting for that call. Very irresponsible!!

I went to do some paperwork but the guy wasnt there they told me leave your papers and he would call u when he comes back monday by tuesday your paperwork would be done its now 2 week later and am still waiting for my paperwork. When i call there disrespectful or dont pick up

I went to this place to do my taxes from 9:40 am and I left at 4:00 pm without being assisted !!! I am outraged by the treatment of human beings! I stayed there all day, without eating, without drinking water, without even going to the bathroom waiting for them to call me to do the taxes that last only 15 minutes, and I left at 4:00 in the afternoon without doing my taxes !!! ! I cried so much for being so mistreated, I lost a day of work, hours and did not pay my fees! I will never go back to that place again! It is the worst office I have been in, I went in the morning and waited several hours to fill out my taxes and put my name on a list to return in the afternoon, I returned in the afternoon and I being there my name skipped it and putting other clients ahead of me.
