The nails came out so beautiful and the girl with the c necklace made them come out really good. She did them in a timely fashion and was really nice. They even let me stay a little bit after they closed and provided very good care for me.

This place is beyond overpriced and not worth the price they did such a bad job on my daughters hands looks like she has press on nails on the nerves to charge me $50 and also had such a horrible experience in there I would never again go in there or recommend anyone to this nail salon

Good prices, Jenny did my pedicure. Cleaned toe nails very well which is like my pet peeve with pedicures. I paid for the $35 pedicure with the extras. Which include like lotion, scrub and slushy. It wasnt something that wowed me but it was cool especially the slushy part. (See attached pic). The refreshments are on point makes you feel pampered. Parking is tricky you have to pay for meter, the earlier the better. I made appointment so wait time was literally 5 mins. I liked that Jenny broke down the prices and made sure we had the agreement of what we are getting done. Nice atmosphere when I went Monday early morning.

I have been coming to Alba for two and a half years and I am always happy with my nails. Alba is VERY creative and is a great listener. She works with your ideas and within your budget. I used to have to get my nails done every two weeks. Now, I get my nails done once a month because they last a long time. The salon is clean and the manicurists are nice. Everything and everyone is professional. You will get your monies worth!!!!

I would like to say I love Alba Nail Lounge, Alba has been providing me with excellent service since I started going to her. When I walk in her establishment I feel like a queen & in between them serving customers they make sure Im comfortable while I wait. Her staff is also very friendly & courteous her salon is for those who enjoy a glamorous experience. I truly see Alba & her staff trying to make sure all their customers enjoy their experiences. Unfortunately we live in a world where some people are never satisfied or they want so much but not willing to invest in their beauty. I absolutely love this place! The salon is beautiful and clean. Alba and her staff are very pleasant and extremely professional. The hospitality is great... it makes me feel at home. I’ve been to this place twice. The first time was maybe a 3 1/2 star experience, but the second time was horrible. The first time I paid $75 for my nails that I didn’t like and they look subpar at best. Definitely not worth $75 and then told me it was really more but I’m a new guest. She was watching Netflix the whole time on her phone, then continued to take a FaceTime call for the rest of my time there. The second time I paid $45 and got something so basic, short acrylic nails with a blue color. It’s only been 3 days and they already look like they need a refill. When she was doing them she didn’t paid it all the way and she didn’t put the acrylic on right hence the fact that I already need a refill. They have 3 children working the from desk, one of the nail workers children I suppose and you have to hand one of the kids your credit cards to pay. Super unprofessional environment and super expensive. The only one who would maybe be worth the money would be Alba, but I’ve tried two people there and total waste of money.

I really believe the review they have here talking good about this place aren’t accurate because based on those reviews I went to this place and the customer services was awful they couldn’t even give me a receipt for my transaction the cashier was a frustrated unhappy young lady and Alba’s attitude was very unprofessional and very incompetent to provide solutions to the problems her employees created she just don’t know how to handle business in a ethical and professional Manner was really the worst experience will never visit this place is not worth it and is expensive and poor people skills. 👎🏻 I really press 1 star because the system don’t allow me to give nothing they deserve 0 stars. Hope My review can save some hard time and money to someone.

I have been going to Albas for close to two years. I have had my nails done with almost every single one of the owners employees and I have never left dissatisfied. Any time there is any issues with any of my nails, either one chips before its time or I lose a rhinestone on my design, any of the girls or Alba is willing to fix the problem. They do work by appointment and sometimes they run behind schedule but the atmosphere is a fun and chill one that makes time pass by quick. If you are visiting for the first time here are some tips: bring cash or quarters since the location is in Downtown Paterson and there are metered and paid parking lots. Make sure to bring cash for tip and relax! Enjoy your time as you get your nails on point!

One stop shop! Literally!!! Alba Nails is amazing. Very clean, chic and classy. Your also offered beverages while being serviced. My nails were done perfectly by Martha and my eyebrows were done perfect as well. They offer so many services. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

If you want to feel relaxed this is the BEST Nail and hair lounge you can go to . As an old customer of them I can honestly say I have never gotten treated with soo much attention and respect I wouldnt change my nail technician Alba for anyone. Honestly the best nail salon I have ever been to! The customer service they offer is unheard of. These ladies really make you feel like royalty from the moment you walk in. Goodies are always offered to their clients from the moment they sit down. Alba is amazing and always tries to work with your schedule and when she can’t she’ll find someone to help meet your needs. Her associate Lili is also wonderful! From what I’ve seen each and every one of the ladies that work there take their time to perfect whatever it is they’re servicing their client with. I came here for a pedicure based on the reviews I thought it would be a professional & relaxing place but I was wrong! The lady that did my pedicure was so rough that she made my toes hurt & some bleed! No scrub no massage she didn’t even use a base coat & they don’t have anywhere to dry your nails!I Will never return there! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I visited this nail shop for the 1st time last Tuesday. I wanted something closer to where I live but it needed to have good reviews as I didnt want to waste my time someplace else where I wouldnt be happy. I called first to see if there was an open availability and luckily for me it was. When I got there, it was a very beautiful and cozy set up. Long story short, the young lady that was doing my nails couldnt do it because she didnt to gel refills, however they quickly found another resolution and placed me with the Alba (Owner), whom I didnt know who she was. The service was so exceptional that I decided to get my feet done with (Jenny), whom was also wonderful. My nails came out so beautiful and perfect, there are perfectionists here. Fyi, shop has the best reviews in Paterson and they lived up to it.

This place was horrible! They charged me almost 50$ to do a nail design on all my nails. On top of that, I called prior to ask if they even did designs and when I showed up no one did. Alba has a horrible attitude, and if it wasn’t my last option at the time I would’ve walked right out. On top of everything the nail tech called the design she couldn’t do, ugly. Never again! Spend your money somewhere else!

So today was my first time ever going to alba’s nail lounge and the customer service was great I had an apt with alba for a full set and she was very professional, took me at my apt time and gave me a beautiful set. I think I finally found a nail tech I can stay consistent with. Thankyou so much I would definitely recommend this place it’s beautiful inside aswell 😁🙌🏼

When i walked in, Martha greeted me and i said i have an appointment with Alba and she looked at me and rolled her eyes at me and she like have a seat and i was really hoping to get my nails done with Alba but her co worker did my nails, i really didnt like the fact that she rolled her eyes at me, like dont over book your self and you wont be tired and lazy to do my nails i guess cause i was a new client. i would not be coming back here or recommending anyone i know, Alba is the worst person i ever meant

How do you expect a business to have parking in downtown Paterson theres actually parking behind this location for a small fee... great staff and owner and for the person complaining about parking next time please call them ahead Im pretty sure these people are willing to roll out the red carpet for you as you get off the public bus and everyone will stop attending their current clients to assist you....

I went to Albas nail place on April 26th. i called about 5:30, they said it was okay to come. Nobody took me until 6:45 which was ok, i knew there was a wait. The girl who did my nails took 2 1/2 hours just to do a regular gel refill!!!!! Mind you she messed up one nail and had to do it all over again! to top it off my one nail still has a glob of gel underneath my nail! she would have taken another 30 mins to fix that, so i let it go. To TOP it off when i went to pay they charged me $70 for a gel refill????? I mean if you did a good job i wouldnt mind, but the job was HORRIBLE! i didnt have the heart to tell the person who did my nails that! I was respectful and paid and left! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER! over priced and takes WAY to long just for a GEL REFILL MANICURE! I was literally there from 5:30 till 8:45 pm. That is just ridiculous!

I ran across Alba’s on instagram few months ago. Since then I have been coming to see Lili. She does amazing work and always tries to be accommodating to me with my hectic schedule. The salon offers everything, you are truly pampered. They offer beverages and always are tentive; making sure your okay and comfortable during your wait. Of course there is a wait period. These ladies do amazing work- they are booked.!!! Little patients will take you a long way :). The Owner, Alba is very friendly and sweet.Oh parking can be crazy; butttt just bring quarters they have meters.- Overall great place!!! Glamour all the way!!!

This place is AMAZING! I call and make an appt.The day of my appt I arrive & i have never had to wait more then 5-10 mins and while I wait the beautiful ladies that work there ask if I need anything as in water, coffee, juice basically anything to comfort me. I get gel on my hands by Alba and she is AMAZING. If there is something your unsure or dislike she makes sure you leave happy. My pedi is by Lili and she just Rocks!! As for parking there is a city parking lot around the corner or street meter parking.Their hairstylist are awesome too. I read the negative comments below and didnt guide myself by that; I made my appt and I am ADDICTED to this place. Just call and try them. This place really makes me feel comfort and cozy and there work is AMAZING. Nothing better than having people give you compliments on your nails and hair. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
