Autohaas has pretty much everything you need for VW/AUDI. Ive bought parts from them numerous times and the prices are fair too. You got a VW/AUDI, DO IT.

Always have a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable in the field. Always has a variety of OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories. Ive learned being a German car owner for 30 years plus. Those who share your same interest in something will give you the best experience.

My 1st and my last time dealing with Autohaas. I purchased a Golf R MK7 engine for a project that was supposed to go to Wookies in the Woods 2021. The engine was ordered well over a month before the event, and the shop that helped me purchase the engine (305vdub) said as long as everything on it was good and the engine runs that it should make it (if it didnt arrive it time or things all didnt go according to plan I was prepared to accept it....alot had to go right to make it...if it didnt atleast we tried). Engine arrives with ALL the cereal ID numbers files/grinded off, and looking nothing like the engine in the photos. The shop confirmed that this is NOT a Golf R MK7 engine sent to me as I ordered. After a week of back and forth calls (calling Autohaas literally every single day) with no explanation on Autohaas end, literally 1 day before we leave from South FL for North Carolina, they admit they did not send the Golf R MK7 engine I ordered because they feel the head isnt in good enough shape (something along those lines). Why I was sent the wrong engine in the 1st place (1 that is atleast ½ the price of the 1 I ordered) I dont understand...and why did they wait until the LAST second to admit the engine i ordered wasnt even sent. Or if this was an honest mistake (which I HIGHLY DOUBT) is expect them to atleast attempt at making it right.. If it was admitted from the start that the engine in-route is NOT what I ordered because the 1 i ordered isnt in the shape they originally thought it was, id of said thanks for trying, but I need a R engine and gone to WITW without the Golf R. I didnt pay 6k for the wrong engine, I paid for a MK7 R engine which I never got sent. To add to that, the engine I received with the filed/grinded off cereal numbers didnt come with the bracket that bolts to the transfer case on the R (1 of the 3 bolt holes was totally destroyed and rusted through and the other 2 looked like they never had a bolt there. There are honest mistake and there is trying to pull wool over someones eyes to fool them, and i dont believe for 1 second this was an honest mistake or there would have been more of an effort from Autohaas to rectify the situation. Because of this experience I will NEVER use Autohaas again and I cant recommend them to anyone I know.

The previous reviews speak for themselves. This is an HONEST, no BS review. They recently acquired a high dollar vehicle in which they are parting out. Went to go see it, and inquired about a few parts that I was interested in as well as a couple of other parts. Met Marco, as well as John. Straight to the point, and no BS. Next day when car was being dismantled, gave me a more than fair price and told John Id be over to pick up what I was interested in. 30min after calling, John had the part ready. I cannot STRESS ENOUGH that you will be dealing with 100% PROFESSIONALS if you inquire about your Audi/VW part needs. Again, this is a 100% objective, honest review. Thanks again John and Marco.

Marco and the guys over there are the best. Very knowledgeable very knowledgeable excellent Quality Parts and fair prices. The only place to get used Volkswagen and Audi parts. They also have BMW parts best kept secret.

Very few scrap yards are as Consistent and Reliable as these guys are. They are truly here for there customers, if you have any issue just call and they will stand behind there products and validates all of there warranties. They have been around for all this long because they are true to there craft.

Lmao after reading a few of these reviews I wanted to chime in. I have a B6 S4 04 and my first time going there I met the owner. He is a one of a kind great enthusiastic person! Which I suppose all of us Audi owners would prefer and can easily relate to!! I just purchased another part from them today a fuel pump and will probably need more parts from them in the near future. Only rated 4 stars because well idk everything isn’t perfect but with my two recent experiences with them THEY ARE GREAT!!

Hard to find these kinds of businesses around nowadays. I got two flats on my A4 a few blocks away and the one spare I had was ready to blow. Bought a used alternator for my TDI-swapped EuroVan and have put over 300 miles on it with no issues. It is a difficult part to find, and they had it. Very fairly priced, and the staff were very knowledgeable. Super nice guys, and I will be purchasing more parts from them in the future.

Purchased a seven series in January and did not run the air conditioner until it got hot. The air-conditioner never worked and when I took it in they wanted to charge me over $3000 to repair. This is the second time the service department has let me down. Auto Haus no longer has the integrity nor the customer service orientation they used to have years ago. Plenty of places to purchase a BMW and get a lot better service. This will be the last time I deal with them. Even the owner of the company would not take liability for their portion of selling a vehicle that did not operate properly despite them claiming to do a big inspection of it prior to selling it.

Auto Haas makes a commitment to form a good faith effort to handle any consumer needs while being fair and humble. I have never had any issues with them and will most certainly be using their services again. Thanks again, guys!

Unrealistic return policy. Purchased a VW transmission that had an internal issue. The transmission was installed at a VW dealership. Took the steps to diagnose and attempt to repair with documentation and added (dealership) cost. Told to ship defective transmission back on our dime to receive credit. Most auto recyclers would write a blind credit once the documentation and extra work was put in to try and correct an issue with their product. No this one. Buyer beware.
