Went to donate items today at 6:30pm. The sign says they close at 7:00pm (and online). The door was locked and the woman working there came to the door and says that the sign that is posted on the door is wrong. She said they are only open until 6:00pm. Why is it posted on the back door that they are open until 7:00pm if they arent???? Poor business practice and false advertisement. Not a very happy/welcoming experience for my first time at that location.

A good place to find a deal... Check closely for damage to items bought though.... Many dishes have chips...

I used to go here with my mother way back when and now the place is totally upgraded and looks great. The deals are awesome and worth looking through.

I hate when u call here spanish lady says i dont understand as far as i no she should no English and Spanish or she doesnt belong working here plus it got very dirty not much stock and they dont deliver i liked when first open the manager was more helpful and this place went down hill

The East Patchogue store is over priced they are selling used stuff at top dollar and its all as is. Not trying to be mean just observant i was going to buy a couch last summer but was turned off at the fact they offered no delivery i had to call somebody and ask and would be charged a fee plus the couch was $300 a furniture store would be new and they would deliver just not that impressed.

Really huge selection, from clothes to furniture to housewares and everything in between. Store is relatively organized, but not so much in regards to the clothing sizes. Takes a lot of searching although there are some great unique finds and deals!

WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR PATCHOGUE STORE? ...HIGH PRICES AND INFERIOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE...??? ...TODAY I FOUND OUT THAT ALMOST ALL THE STAFF WAS FIRED ...THE PATCHOGUE STORE USED TO BE A FUN PLACE TO SHOP ...ARE YOU GOING OUT OF BUSINESS?

The store has beautiful clothes and furniture but that Spanish Manager is the most disgusting disrespectful person I ever deal with and should be removed.

Watch your prices. They will not honor what is on the item or wall. Zero stars if I could.

Good prices. Small store and a bit unorganized

You can find some good deals here just have to be patient, sometimes they can be a little pricey and I believe the staff goes through to donations first and takes the good stuff. Otherwise if youre patient and look you can find a good deal.

They are selling used stuff at prices that are not much better than buying it new plus you have to pay a separate person to deliver they offer no delivery all sales ate final so stat away from TVs DVD players and such not trying to be mean but I just dont see the bargains..
