This organization is absolutely HORRIBLE. Do NOT entrust your loved ones with this company. My dad went to see his doctor today after his appointment was finished the receptionist called Care & Comfort that my dad was ready for pickup. They said, they would pick him up within the hour. 3 hours & 45 minutes later after calling & calling there dispatch he was finally picked up. Just HORRIBLE!!!

Terrible service ambulate left patient waiting in office for 4 hours. After calling several times the patient needs to be picked up they still failed to arrive before closing the office. patient was in wheel chair unable to assist himself. Do not use this company!! There is NO CARE OR COMFORT!!!!
