I wanted to come share my experience while at T-Mobile this past Saturday. When we got into the store we seen that there was only one person working so we knew we would have a little bit of a wait. We were very patient and waited for the help from store employee Alida. Alida helped us to switch over our phones from sprint to T-Mobile with no issues. She was able to explain things to us in great detail and worked very hard to make sure we was happy when we left that store. She made our experience even more great that we was switching over to T-Mobile. Go see Alida !!

We are so thankful for the rep helping us (Alida). We have multiple lines and we were adding one more (transferring from Verizon) plus updating my daughter’s phone. There were multiple complications, including that we did not have all of the information we needed to do the transfer. Alida was so helpful and patient. She helped us through the entire process even though we didn’t get the phones through the store (we ordered through the customer service number the previous day). Excellent customer service- we are very appreciative!

Alida helped us out so much every time we come in. We just got four new phones and she is so helpful.

My experience at T-Mobile/Sprint was amazing! As soon as I came in, I was greeted with a smile and Alida helped me and my wife switch her plan and took her time answering our questions. Another employee Bailey helped us with information on the apple watches that were in the store, I felt like she was nice and patient with us. The third employee nick helped us decide on the best way to save money for our phone plan and we appreciate their time and patience with helping me and my wife! They all worked together as a team to find what works for us the best and most convenient to us. Best store we visited! Definitely going to make this my go-to store!

Bailey is a doll. I honestly think I come in way too much and annoy the whole team but I really am the furthest thing from a tech and I have no idea what I’m doing most days. When I got the phone Bailey taught me all the basic information I needed to know and taught me the mechanics of it.. I just run into issues all the time mainly because I don’t know how to use it fully but I’m glad I have this store.. I don’t know what id do without them. I’ve never been able to come to a store back to back but they’re so patient with me and friendly. Thank you all so much, definitely recommend the experience of coming here. If there’s something you don’t know one of the employees at this store definitely does.

The t-mobile team at Patchouge in gateway plaza is the best! Nick made my experience switching carriers effortless and transferred all the data to my new phone!! My wife and I went to the T-Mobile store in the Gateway plaza in Patchogue. My current phone was experiencing problems and we were both due for an up grade anyway. Brittany, the store manager and Jovan, a new employee who just finished training, were exactly who we needed to talk to. Not only were they helpful but considerate and personable as well. They took the time to assist us as well as other customers who came in. We purchased our new phones and Brittany and Jovan stayed past closing to make sure our new phones were updated and all our data was transferred from our old phones.5 stars plus to the both of them and they can count on seeing us again. I went to the Patchogue store and Nick & Mike were awesome. They helped me upgrade my phone & transferred my data. The transferring process took a long time and they were both so courteous and helpful to me as I was in the store for a while. Will be bringing my husband to upgrade his phone with them!!

I’ve never had such a smooth transaction getting my phone upgraded. Bailey and Mike met all my needs and got all my information over so quick. I was in the store less then an hour and that is completely unheard of. I won’t be going anywhere else for my service. Thank you so much Bailey and mike.

Added a new line to get the IPhone SE promotion T Mobile was offering. Was told repeatedly the phone would cost me $100-$110 in all day of purchase with the data on the new line. Sellers also recommended we take advantage of the *free* 3rd line that we would be eligible for.Throughout the process the store refused to give us clear costs, or show us a computer screen that made clear where these #’s were coming from. Instead they gave us incorrect guesstimates using their phone calculator. When they go to ring me up, I’m told it will cost me 225 dollars. When I asked why it went up so much they told me the down payment was $120 dollars, which is almost half the cost of the phone itself. Breaking down the receipt, they hid an activation fee on the 3rd line, hid Multiple “Assistance” charges, and then I was charged additional taxes on the 3rd line and for the assistance. In all hidden charges came close to $50.Immediately I went to Best Buy across the street and asked them if this was reasonable. They told me to activate the same phone on the same plan my down payment would only be 60, and that we have no reason to have a third line. It was simply activated to charge me the activation fee. What’s more, after trying to use the phone, we found they didn’t even put a working SIM in the phone, rendering it unable to connect to Cellular.Employees didn’t take us seriously throughout the process. Multiple employees were walking in and out to smoke directly outside the store. Once we left, two of the four employees walked out to smoke something in their own car. Not the way to do business.

I had a great experience today with Bailey and Alida . I came in to switch my SIM card and they did everything to make me happy. Great service

Mike in Patchogue is the best! I’m so relieved to finally find someone who knows what to do & doesn’t mind explaining it.. He has the patience of a saint & we felt so much better after dealing with him today. If you have any questions with the new phones since the Sprint merge- I totally recommend this store! He’s honest & will help you figure out what’s best for you. The other workers were helpful too.. Just an overall great store! (A pleasant change from some of the other local Sprint stores!)

I love this store I had downloaded an app by accidentAnd I wanted to remove it but couldnt I went to my T mobile store the guys there told me they couldnt do it that I needed to go to a geek Quad in Best buy I went there a geek try to take it off and when he couldnt he told me I need it to.make an appointment and pay forty dollars.Then I spotted a T.mobile and I went in they were able to do it Thank you guys you were excellent thank you so much.From a T- Mobil Customer
