JFC how is it possible that i have Happily lived here with 2 kids for 4 years? The love the maintenance people, they answer all my requests within 24 hours, gave me a new dishwasher and stove. Pay your rent on time and they will serve you. Also maybe the people that have problems live on the other side. The south side of the complex is much better

I rent an apartment from them at another location and so far Im pleased people say the walls are thin so what its not a private house people live meaning they watch TV okay music its life enjoy..

Pros: Leasing agents are very friendly, they even went out of their way to make sure I was not double charged for my energy bill. Maintenance was also good as the only issue I had was fixed within 24-hours (it wasnt even a critical).Cons: The basements (where laundry facilities are) are dirty and filled with bugs, the hallways always smelled like smoke, and the walls are pretty thing, so beware of loud neighbors.

What do you expect when your to broke to buy a house. Ive seen worse. Nice staff, and very friendly leasing agents.

Horrible place to live. I lived there one year and it was hell. It is not a kid friendly complex. All the older people complain constantly about kids playing in their own apartment or even outside on the grass. The people complaining are the older people who stay home all day and do not work. If you even made one sound the neighbors could hear you and the door bell would ring complaining about noise. The walls and floors are so thin its like a cheap motel. I would never recommend this place to anyone and especially someone with kids.
