They are really nice, however they require additional personnel at the window to assist consumers.
This location is spacious with colonial detail, and the entire staff are there working very diligently to help the most difficult tasks. Please be easy on them I’m sure their job is not easy! Thanks to the ladies that work there I’ll keep my P.O. Box.

The worst post office in the history of post offices... Terrible management... Very confrontational... Horrible experiences... Won’t deliver the mail or give it to it’s rightful owner... Just horrible... This post office needs to fire the management and get people that know what they are doing... Pitiful...
8/23/18 Since the time I posted the message below, I have been in contact with the Post Office Manager Melanie W. she was very kind, respectful and addressed my concerns proffessionaly and in a timely manner. I was actually very impressed with the way she went above and beyond to help us out. This follow up note is in appreciation to her outstanding commitment to a job well done. She deserves all 5 Stars!The carrier on Lexington Ave, between Highland Ave. and President St. needs to stop being lazy and stop throwing the mail on my front steps as if it were garbage. I have a slot on the door and all you have to do is come in and up the steps to deliver it. 15 years without a problem and now 3 months of hell with whomever the new carrier is. One Star!
Loved the service from Jackeline C. Even though there was a bit of a line she managed to help her customers in a respectful way even when customers without a patience were talking bad and getting mad. Associates working behind the teller line are doing a great job.
This post office would look great with some restoration work. In the few times Ive been here I received friendly satisfactory service.
The customer service here is disgusting. They dont know how to do their job. Always giving people attitude, it looks like they dont want to work. They need new employees that actually want to work not old people that hate to be there.
It pains me to write this as I know there are tons of hardworking people in the postal service. However, this location is the most unreliable Ive encountered.This is the third time I struggle to get a package on time regardless of what service I pay for or instructions I leave. Ive had books get misplaced causing me to struggle in class and Im utterly afraid to order anything important through USPS in fear I will just not get it. I leave instructions that go ignored.There is absolutely no effort or positive customer engagement on their part. That feature to reschedule the delivery date is completely useless on this location as they dont use it. I get notifications saying my package has been successfully rescheduled and delivered only to find no such thing happened. This time around a dress for a wedding has been MIA for over a week with no acknowledgment.Calling them is a complete waste of time since it results in waiting on hold for over an hour only for the phone call to mysteriously drop. ITS SO FRUSTRATING! Specially for a working person. All I want and need is for my package to be delivered or transferred to the Clifton location on main st. so I can retrieve it.This location needs to seriously clean up their act.

The service is very bad. I really do not understand why we should take this kind of service and we already paid for the service.
First of all, this staff called Mike does not deserve a one star rating. I got called “not wise” for using a flat rate package to deliver a package to a business building. I was told to be quiet because I was trying to explain the circumstances surrounding why I used this shipping method. I continued to tolerate his insults because I wanted the receiver to receive his package. I was told that my package would be suspicious because my story does not make sense to you Mike. I was told that it seems all I want to do is “talk, talk” while he did most of the talking and giving me all the insults. He threatened to return my package to me because the address I sent the package to is not deliverable by his own standards. He literally told me that he would make sure my package is returned back to me for no better reason other than because it might be a drug dealing issue or suspicious activity involved. This business address building has been closed for a while and was just rented by a trucking company about a month ago and this Mike could not do his research to know that the building has being updated and has a new renter. All I wanted is for my package to be delivered but instead you “Mike” insulted me, talked down to me, yelled at me and threatened me. I pray God gives you what you deserve in this life. The way you made me feel today? I pray that someone someday will do even worse to you. And if you choose to return my package because of your racist mindset, I will let God deal with you. This is the address of the business, 90 Dayton ave. Passaic. NJ 07055. Mike, you have no right to assume that I am a criminal or involved in theft. Not everyone does drug or commit crime or perform shady businesses because of the way they look or speak certain ways that you don’t like. May the judgement of God fall on you in this lifetime and the life after. Mike, You do not deserve to work in a place where you communicate with people. You have no communication skill, you should be dealing with shelves item so you don’t have to talk. Mike, You are a disgrace to the United States postal service. I have never had to go through what I went through because of you.
The worst USPS delivery ever, this mail men dont care if the letters go to the right adress or get lost, they live it any where.
Worst service ever!! I would give ZERO stars if I had the option! USPS service over all sucks!!! Never again!!!! And that rude lady with the short blonde hair need to take some customer service classes or she just needs another career. I seriously could not get my package because she did not feel like getting her lazy butt up and getting it or atleast as for help something! I’m just fed up with these people.

Yeah there is a homeless guy outside. Sometimes they are helpful, but sometimes they arent. It is not the best post office.
Went to pick up a package and the lady with blonde hair said to me very rudely, i cant go downstairs look through a million packages just to give you the package,! She was so rude for no reason, she said just wait for your package.. i will never go there again!
Their carriers are the worst!! When the Regular carrier is off, my mail is not put in my mailbox but in somebodys elses mailbox and then I find it in in the lawn or under my door in in front of my door. I live in my apt 40 years and they still do not put my mail in my mailbox!! I have my name on the outside and in the inside of the mailbox!!! They should learn their ABCs and their letters before becoming carriers..

Quite an old building with a spacious somber feeling. Feels like a renovated bomb shelter from the cold war that hasnt aesthetically changed since. Customer service seemed on point and I believe at least one clerk was bilingual in Spanish.....it is Passaic.... I was in and out in a timely manner. I dont recall the last time I was in a Post Office and dont foresee a situation where I will need to frequent another but if I must then I may come back here.

They TRY to help you. I cannot be mad at that. At least they make the attempt to rectify the situation. The USPS system is flawed, cant blame this office for it.

The could never get things right. They say items are on delivery but are always misplaced and they would never call their carriers to get there locations as well as if the mail or package is still in there possession
BEWARE!!! If you are not receiving your deliveries let me know (google me)! I’m Itching to file a class action against this!Three(3) packages on mine were tracked as being delivered BUT WERE NOT!Two on 8/14/16 and now the third on 12/02/16. The packages were never found.

Their handling/delivery department of this postal office sucks. Theyre constantly misplacing packages and are never equipped to provide solutions for their costumers. Ive had at least 3 packages lost this year, one too many.. Really aggravating.

There they need young people who give the opportunity to work because there are very old ladies and they no longer have the same agility to move quickly as a young person, they take a long time to attend
