We had Gustavo and his team come out for a mold problem in our kitchen under sink area. Gustavo was very up front and down to earth about the scope of the job and was conscientious about keeping the existing granite from being cracked or damaged and the cabinet fronts intact. They did a great job and were very careful. They removed everything affected leaving just clean looking wood behind in a very reasonable time frame. I am a firm believer in doing things right and they have the right process and equipment to get rid of mold without doing damage or spreading things to the rest of your house. They are also competitive on rates while still doing what needs to be done properly. I would not hesitate to bring them in for any future remediation on our home.

I found Water Damage Pasadena, on google and called him after I saw he has so many good reviews. He had appts available the same week which was awesome but I chose the week after. He came with his helper and cleaned my living room and my daughters room so quickly! He ended up using a deodorizer due to pet stains which I appreciated. It smelled so good and looks amazing! I was recommended to call this company to restore the water damage that was done to my ceiling. I had a damaged roof and water had leaked into my cellar. I had my roof repaired, but the water damage needed to be fixed. I know that if left untreated it can cause molding and further cause more damage. I had a pipe burst in my kitchen. We didnt notice it until we saw water seeping through a cabinet. We called up these guys to get it fixed. They had someone at our home in about half an hour. They took a look at where the water was coming from and got to work to removing the dry wall and parts of the cabinet. They were very professional and gave us a good rate for our problem. It was a great service and definitely recommend calling them if you need to have water damage dealt with.
