Nice lady at customer service.The back of the truck is filthy and theres some type of still tacky wet area.CHECK truck prior to exchanging money!!!Dirty old napkins and empty soda cans in cab. Theres an old ketchup packet stuck to the bed floor so old the graphics are gone lol dont worry guys Ive got it. I thought about calling to let them know but any fool could look in the back/cab of this truck to see how dirty it is.Honestly I just dont think they care. O well, lets just get this move over with. Youve been warned if your about to rent.

Ive rented from this place twice. I should have learned the first time but I didnt. The first time I flew in from Georgia and I needed to make sure I had a truck reserved in advance to drive back to Georgia. When I got there I had a selection of three trucks. The first one had an exhaust leak, second had nails in the tires, and the third option (which I went with) had bald tires. What can I say they had me in a real bind. The second time I told them about my first experience with them and asked them to make sure I would have a reliable truck. Well that truck broke down in Mississippi on my way to Georgia. I had to wait 24 hours before I was back on the road. They did send out some one to move all my furniture from one truck to the other, but they lost my receipt. I called these guys and they refused to look for my receipt. This is a moving expense so I should be able to deduct this from my taxes and get about $300.00 dollars back for my moving expenses. I would give this location a 0 star but this survey will not allow me to do so.

I was looking for a moving truck last minute and they were the only ones who could help me. The staff was very helpful and friendly. She seemed overwhelmed but she remained calm and patient. Overall great experience!

I reserved a 26 foot moving truck on Friday for pickup on Monday. When I arrived they didnt have the truck available. All they could say was, I dont know how we could have missed this over the weekend.They man working there asked how I placed the reservation and if I called them directly at the store. It is an irrelevant point since they were aware a reservation had been made but they forgot to follow through on getting the vehicle.Uhaul had 3 trucks available closer to my house albeit for a little higher price. Considering the time lost on the day I have to begin moving out of my house I would not recommend using Budget at this location.

Thieves. Triple charged for a toll already payed for and when I call customer service they give numbers who have you call the numbers you’ve already called. Having to contact the BBB just to get it handled.

When I went to pick up reserved truck... They informed me they had no more trucks since the one that they had for me was not turning on. A phone call would have been nice to inform me! I was put under a lot of stress looking for another rental place that was open after 6pm!!!

Truck was ok but noisy. Website listed wrong hours, resulting in extra trips to rental location. Computers werent working for drop off.

I reserved a 15-passenger van three weeks ago. Now they call me and advise that they will not have the reserved equipment as scheduled. I attempted to use this same location a year ago and my reserved vehicle was an hour late in arriving, which put me and my coworkers behind schedule. Total incompetence!
