Best towing experience I have ever had. Look, needing to get a tow is rarely a good thing and most of my experience w tow truck drivers is bad. Price gouging, rude etc. Basically kicking you in one of your worst moments. Not this guy. My son broke down this evening and we needed to get his car home. Saw the good reviews here & made the call. The driver showed up sooner than he said he would. He was polite, helpful and very reasonably priced. He got the job done quickly, safely & efficiently. If you are in range, dont use anyone else. Let these guys show the rest how to operate a good service oriented business.

My driver was B he was very cool and easy to get along with we made good conversation on the way to my house even had talks about personal things like life . When we got there I didn’t have change so he took me to get change and didn’t give attitude or nothing he was very understanding I saved his number and definitely sticking with him my mother n law has been using his service for very long !

This guy is great. He has the best prices of anyone I called. He met us at our vehicle within 30 minutes of our call, and then towed it to the dealership no problem. We then had to use his services again a week or so later to be towed from the dealership to our home in Pearland. Once again best prices, and he me us at the dealership in Clear Lake shortly after we called him. The driver loaded my vehicle very quickly and safely both times. His name is Rimon and he was very nice, thorough, and affordable. I most definitely would recommend!

Rimon is a good person he help me to tow my car to the mechanic shop and took me home is very friendly and good service and i would used him again.

Rimon was just off work and saw me stuck practically in the middle of the road, stopped to help me with my busted tire when I was missing some tools and waiting for a friend to bring them. He came to the rescue and changed my tire to my donut. Didnt cost me anything! Just came to help me out :) Very few honest, good samaritans on this Earth. A couple weeks ago my Hyundai broke down ina tight spot on the freeway I called around a few company’s who would take a while to arrive like 45 mins or more I stumbled across Freedom Towing where the driver who is a really cool dude named Ramon told me he could be there in 30 min or less which is what I wanted to hear cus I was in that tight spot, his price was a lot more affordable for me too so he came fast in like 20-25 mins he gets there does his thing loads it up really professional and we just had a conversation which made the experience a lot better for me he also recommended some auto shops he knew that had affordable prices for honest work on the way there was an auto zone he asked if I wanted to stop to help get a diagnostics on it. I told him I really appreciated t and as we got to my house I tried to tip the man $25 on top of what it costs for the tow and he did not want to accept it no matter how many times I told him. If your reading this thanks bro your a solid dude I would definitely call him again if anything ever happens to me like that again and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!
