Dont waste your time or money here. Very unprofessional.I went here for my first appointment and spent almost an hour waiting around before they got around to seeing me. Then they only evaluated my teeth, and had me come back at another time for a cleaning. I had to leave work to go there, and felt like they really didnt care about my time. They also recommended a filling that I suspected was unnecessary; I really didnt feel like I could trust them which is obviously quite important in a medical provider.For some reason, I decided to give it another chance and schedule another cleaning with them for 6 months later. They sent an automated text to confirm my appointment which I didnt respond to till the day prior. Then I found out they cancelled my appointment, and automatically rescheduled it two months later! They didnt even tell me it was already given away until I got in touch with them. If I had just showed up normally like with ever other medical provider, they would have sent me away and wasted even more of my time.Decided to look for a better dentist.

New clients please beware. As an ex-patient I just paid another dentist $605 to replace 2 fillings that fell out yesterday (Dr. K put them in 3 years). I expected them to last longer. Ive had a series of problems due to the inadequacies and negligence of the overall dental work I received by Dr. K a few years ago and this is the latest one. Her poor dentistry has cost me a lot of money, time and ongoing discomfort. Over the last few years my new dentist has tried his best to fix what Dr. K got so wrong. But it’s never the same once you’ve had bad dental work. I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend this dentistry, specifically Dr K.

This office is amazing. the staff are great Dr.Karimyan is the best dentist I have been around. Dr.K did a root canal on me with NO PAIN. she is an amazing professional and it is always amazing experience to come to Pasadena Family Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. Dr. K is wonderful and professional density, I have every meet. She explains everything in detail and carries about her patients. Her stuff excellent customer service, friendly, and kind. I would recommend her to friends and families.

My first and so far last experience with the American health system. Needed urgent dental help (root canal) the second day after arriving in the U.S.All members of team were very nice and I got an appointment on the same day. All was done on the same day and I was able to continue my tour through California - thank you so much!The dental procedure was accurate and professional. I still receive their promotional newsletter along with reminders etc. I would be happy to return for a check-up but it’s quite a trip 😁

I’ve recently visited this dental office for all of my dental implants . I got seven dental implants . I hated going to the dentist for years. But after my dental implant procedure this is the best dental experience ever. They were very gentle and no pain at all. I love this office and the stuff. They are very professional and very caring office . Amazing team . Thank you so much for taking good care of me .

I highly recommend this office. Proficient skills, polite demeanor and meticulous to details. I had a bad experience in another clinic where the three dentist brothers cannot even get their tools sterilized appropriately. I will not take the good service here for granted!

I came to Pasadena Family Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry for a consultation on a tooth I was having issues with. After the initial X-rays, the manager explained every treatment option available and the next few options. He stated most choose the treatment as is, but I have some prior knowledge of dentistry so I opted for better materials and whatnot. A few days later, today, I went in for my procedure. It was fast, painless and very pleasant. The doctor was extremely gentle and kept my mind off of the procedure. I highly recommend seeing Dr. K (If youre not seeing the other specialists) if youre shopping around for a dentist. You will thoroughly enjoy your experience here. The office has lots of subscriptions so youll find yourself reading before your appointment. My hour long procedure felt like 10 minutes. It was that good.

They are by far, my favorite dentistry ever! The staff is great, so friendly and helpful with payment questions and coordinating office visits with my work schedule. Likewise, I really appreciate that they listen to my concerns about my teeth and work with me to find the smartest and most cost-effective treatment. The office itself is also very nice.

I had major pain in my molar tooth before holidays. I called the office and was scheduled an appointment. This office is absolutely professional, courteous and patient with my sever pain. Dr. K extracted my tooth and I didnt feel any pain. Afterwards even though it was holidays. DR K. And her staff followed up with me to make sure I was okay. This Dentist is just a great doctor and the staff there are simply great and Edwin is very, very knowledgeable. Thanks I found it and decided to go an then change my previous dentist. I am treated with all respect a patient deserves, informed of every option, of every penny each option may cost me and never (never) told what to do, unless it is a medical issue, such as an infection. On the contrary, their suggestions always go in the less invasive and expensive direction. When I had a big deal, they suggest to give me a referral and talk with other specialists.. Additionally, to their professional behavior, the hands and practice of Dr. Karimyan are those of the best dentists.

Dr.K is amazing! She is a very skilled Doctor with a unique care for her patients. The office is very clean, and the stuff makes this office into a full 5 stars!

Worst Place Ever. I tried to find a dental office near home to take my kids regular check up during their summer break. I carefully read their reviews from websites, however I regretted to be deceived by false reviews. I dont know how they manipulate the reviews. I felt so shameful to have this business in our respectable community.They should not accept Healthy Families Insurance if they constantly discriminate from the moment to make appointments until I walked out of this office with shocks.

Terrible office manager, nice office decor but poor customer service. I overheard a conversation between the manager and patient and I felt he was dismissive and argumentative. I did not feel welcome here and felt they just want your money and dont care about you. Dont be deceived.

I agree with Jin Park. I was discriminated the moment I went in there. Made an appointment a month in advance and receptionist told me they get a list every year with names of people enrolled in their office. Never mentioned that they didnt accept new patients. I had called several times before the appointment, nothing was mentioned. The minute the man at reception looks at me and asks for insurance card and the ins company he says we are not accepting new clients from ... company Yes, how convenient. Horrible place.

They are the worst, they will leave you sitting there without regards for your time. My appt was at 3, I sat there until 415. Left work early to be there on time, but there weren’t there for my time... your time doesn’t matter for them. I wouldn’t recommend this to nobody!

Very professional and nice group of people. It was a long time since a dentist sat with me and explained each x-ray to help me understand what procedures were more of a priority. It was nice to feel like I wasnt going to walk out super disapointed with my experience. 5 stars to this office. Would definitely reccomend their services...and believe me.. Im picky!

II had my tooth extracted and a cavity filled and it was the worst experience of my life. The doctor didnt give me enough of the numbing agent causing severe pain and discomfort in my mouth.
