I have been dealing with Arrow Management for about a decade now and let me tell you that the experience has been lackluster. I see a lot of positive reviews on several platforms but I’m here to leave my input. In the first couple of years Wayne Harington was responsive and attentive. As the time went on and I started noticing serious issues at the property I live at in Altadena. The more I brought up issues regarding the property and specific tenants, my communication with Wayne (Arrow Management) diminished. He no longer responded to emails or letters regarding complaints.It turns out that one of the tenants is a contractor for Wayne (Arrow Management) at the property I live at. As a result Wayne does not walk the property regularly to see the atrocity that is this apartment community. Arrow Management neglects this property and allows this resident/worker to utilize this property as his toilet. These complaints have been issued to Arrow Management consistently of several years to no resolve.This Individual is has a heavy duty dump truck that he has been allowed to park on the property by Wayne. Because of this truck, about a half a dozen pot holes have developed in the driveway to the property. I was able to speak to Wayne to address this issue and his response to me was “why don’t you fix it”.Wayne allows this Individual to monopolize all the parking on the property with over 7 vehicles while other residents only have 1 parking space.Arrow Management also has allowed this resident to actively Haul trash, junk and other items on to the property and hoard it. We are talking about clothes, electronics, furniture, bed mattresses, chemicals and store it on the property in his parking spaces.I have issued Wayne Harrington (Arrow Management) a Formal Complaint in December 2020 regarding this issue that has been going on for several years now. It is now February 17, 2021,and the only action that was performed by Arrow Management was to place a blank, generic no parking notices on a few vehicles on a Sunday when residents were out. What good use is it if there are no enforcement of the rules?Might I also remind you that we are in the age of a Pandemic and (Jose) this resident has not cleared any of his junk, trash, items from his parking spaces. Instead, it appears he is using his vehicles to block all his hoarding of junk. Again, I will touch on the fact that we are in the age of a Pandemic and any real measure to properly protect the health of the residents here at W. Altadena Dr, have gone unseen. To make this clear you have a resident that hauls trash from other sites and stores/hoards them on this property. In addition to his 3 dogs that defecate all over the property without him being a responsible owner and picking up after them. He has people gather and loiter in a large group in front of my unit.Sounds like a real health risk.Be assured that I am not the only resident that feels and agrees of the misconduct and negligence that this resident has been allowed to perform on this property. What is worse is that Wayne Harrington (Arrow Management) holds no accountability for his contractor/resident who is the root cause for impeding on our rights as residents of this community.I am not planning on letting up on this issue until a prompt and effective resolution is at hand. This is absolutely unacceptable and negligent on Arrow Managements part. And to be quite frank with you, Im shocked that Arrow Management is being compensated to run this property like a slum. Honestly, I do not have peace of mind here.

Just worked with Wayne to rent an amazing condo in Pasadena! We were tired of the hustle and bustle of living downtown, and knew the minute we saw pictures of this little hidden paradise that it was a must for us! He made the whole process so easy for us, and was always helpful and GENUINE. He’s a great guy and we couldn’t be happier with our new situation place has so much existing character, and the gardens on the premise make you feel like you’re on a tropical island far away 😊

Arrow Management and the air conditioning company Wayne worked with were amazing. My air on my top floor was out and they worked together to get the estimates to the owner in a timely fashion. I was so impressed with the company that was chosen, they werent going to leave that day until it was fixed, and it has been working great. 2 wonderful companies working together! Thank you!

I recently purchased another home and needed some help to rent out my house. I worked with Wayne and he spent a great deal of time explaining the whole entire process. After doing my research and speaking with several other companies, I decided to go with Arrow Management because of the great communication I had with Wayne.In no time, Wayne and his team was able to find me a tenant and assisted with the whole entire process. We recently moved in to a new place that of course came with a few issues that needed to be addressed. Wayne could not have been more thorough and expedient with all of the little jobs that needed to be done. After coming from our last place where the management company did as little as possible, this was a breath of fresh air! We couldnt recommend Wayne and Arrow Management enough!
