I called to check availability for a basic mani/pedi and was told they had an opening, so I walked straight over. When I was seated, I was asked if I wanted gel 4 times by two different people. I wanted as simple as it gets - no gel.At the end, I noticed what I thought was a bubble on my pinky nail. I pointed it out and she attempted to fix it… but turns out it was a piece of my nail from filing. She made it worse, got frustrated, and ended up started over on that nail. But, she rushed it and put the top coat on immediately, smudging the polish… making it look 10 times worse. Another person sat down in the chair next to me and she left me to go start hers without properly finishing mine.There’s polish on my skin, half of my pinky toenails aren’t painted…Once done, after waiting for a bit, I asked if I was good to go… the person at the front said, “You can go. It’s no guarantee. Next time you do gel. It’s better. Okay?”I happen to hate gel and don’t like feeling uncomfortable about my decision over and over again.Moral of the story: if you don’t have the time and bodies to squeeze someone in, don’t offer it! There’s no doubt that those ladies are working hard… but when you overbook yourself, they’re bound to feel rushed. Quality shouldn’t be jeopardized to accommodate more bodies.

Where to start with this….I had a 7pm appointment for a basic pedicure and arrived around the same time as another woman getting her nails done. No one spoke to us for a good 20 minutes while we waited up front for our appointments.After finally getting in the pedicure chair around 7:25 pm the employee started to fill the bucket and left to go to the back. While I was reading my book I looked down to see that water was still running and about to over flow over the top of the tank. I tried to signal and employee and locate the shut off switch but did not see it quick enough before the tank completely started overflowing onto the floor.After this debacle myself and the person that came in around the same time as me were left to sit for another 20 or so minutes before our pedicures. And the service was meh at best. I can honestly say I’ve never had to wait that long for a scheduled appointment anywhere else. And have zero plans of coming back.

My job requested a manicure & theu took me as a walk in. The wait was short & they got me home before the nail place near my home would have gotten to me. Friendly, good work, Christine gave me an emery board to go. Beautifully designed. Comfortable.

Best environment, lovely staff. TISA is brilliant and wonderful, I trust no other for my eyebrows, Brazilians and nails!

I came in for an eye brow wax today and they did an excellent job. Brows look great, service was quick, and it didnt hurt with minimal redness.

Just dont go there . People there has no professional skills. The result doesnt worth what I paid for at all. If you dont want to ruin your day, just find different place.

This was by far the best nail salon Ive visited. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived let. AAA+ couldnt say mouth good about them!

Pedicure was ok. Manicure was lazy rush job, they rush me out within the minute it’s done, no drying time, resulting messed up nails before I get out the door, she fixed it but with some altitude. I don’t understand why they couldn’t offer me to seat at the back (plenty of empty seats) to allow my nails to dry.Overall really poor etiquette, she asked me to pay mid way and ask me to sign while my nails are oily gooey. Won’t be back.

Located in Paseo, this is one of the cleanest nail salons In Pasadena. The workers sometimes get chatty with each other, which takes away from the experience. On the weekends, there is usually a wait.

Great place to get my nails done.

My experience was awfull. First off, I called and asked when they could see me and they said “ now, if you can get here in 5 minutes”. We got there in 3 and they sat me in the back, where my mom couldn’t see that they WERE NOT doing my nails. The lady told me that my manicurist would be finished with her other client and would start with me in 10. (This already made me mad). I said ok and sat there for 45 minutes until I finally texted my mom and said they hadn’t started my nails. She told me she thought they had been doing my nails the whole time. By the time the lady got there to start it had been 50 minutes, and I had to leave for a school event in 40 minutes. She said it would take 45 minutes for her to do it. We told her it wouldn’t work and we left, WITHOUT an Appology. I NEVER even got my nails done, and will never be returning.

Id give them zero stars if I could. Paid close to $100 for hyped up spa manicure & pedicure. Gel nails on natural nails that peeled off like press-on nails the next day. Had to write their corporate office for a refund, and the gave me MUCH attitude and a were being VERY difficult when I went to get what was owed to me. I will NEVER go here again.

I really dont like writing bad reviews and give low rating, but I guess thats what it is. I dont want to go into details, but most probably I wont go back there again.

Pedicure,nice job usually, but on any kind of manicure,lazy job.either polish comes off in 2 days,some-I mean just washing hands, not doing construction!!,or odd shape,or just not perfectly covered,manicure pedicure,could run up to,80$!! Way to much for 1 week low quality beauty of nails.You never expect matching color,for gel (hand),plus pedicure.Never,has any matching color.tip,they expecting,10$$$/person,so yeh,looking at 100$!!!,for fast,but lazy stuff,
