No signs for where to check in,, building is way back With Palmer Logistics Logo on the building.First pic a very small sign for International paints ..So I walk to an open door just to be told to go back at the front of building…Not bad arrived about 10:30.. was told appointment was for 9:30…But no one told me … !Was assigned a door right away.And now waiting to see how long it will take …It took less 1 hr to unload ..

Rude lady that works in the front and she isn’t even wearing a mask. She doesn’t seem like she likes working there or doesn’t like her job. Also they’re not wearing masks.More than 4 hours wait for pick up and about 1 hour for paperwork. Drivers don’t come here!!! I will give them zero stars!!!

Hello friends, today I was here to load and it was very fast, the problem started when I went and despite the truck with load it was overweight I had 80 300 pounds I returned to the place to remove the excess weight since in the BOL that they gave me it said that I was only carrying 32,000 pounds and it was a lie, they wanted me to carry the load like this and I told them that it was not allowed by DOT law and they told me that if I didnt take it like that they would lower the entire load, and then take the decision to lower everything, be careful with the loads here weigh your truck since they are not honest with the weight they mount and what it says in the BOL, thank you

Was there to pickup a load, and they were very nice and friendly, easy in and out in less the 30 minutes.

One of the worst Hazmat pick up. More than 10 hours of waiting. Stay away as much as possible.

This place has incompetent office staff exhibits poor unprofessional communication. Forklift drivers are very slow rude and overall completely worthless, they shouldn’t be in the business of logistics and dealing with public relations. I was very unhappy gave one star review because it’s the only way to post this review this place doesn’t even merit a star it’s a Disgrace for them to even offer a review.
