I knew I’d be happy with Big Wave from the start when the estimate was beyond reasonable! Chris arrived right on time and walked me thru what would be done for my service and told me all about the company. He left a written estimate and then followed thru a few days later to check if I wanted to schedule my service. Still easy! Ann called from the office and we set something up for two days later! John and Jaime showed up EARLY and got the job done including before and after pictures of my second story gutters which are all cleaned out now! Everyone I dealt with was great and I’d totally use Big Wave again!

One thing Im big on is customer service. I like this company because of their attitude. No question they do a great job with power washing my driveway and tiled entry (which I have to get done every two weeks because its white). The service is reliable, the workers are really friendly and they really do go out of their way to do a great job and to make sure that the work they do is satisfactory to you. Glad I found them.

He was fun to visit with and has a great attitude toward work and moving up. He spoke highly of his company and boss. Cleaned windows inside & out, pressure washed facade, cleaned the solar panels. On time. Professional, polite. Was a bit frustrated with the mess caused by the pressure washing inside my home after having a deep clean of the interior the day before. Had not experienced this issue with previous pressure wash. Unintentional & attempted to clean up but still for high cost service not ideal. Windows & exterior were clean though.

Found Big Wave through Next Door. Typically, I use my gardener to clean the gutters but its not a thorough job (which doesnt bother me). Since its been 5 years since the gutters were installed, it was long overdue to have them cleaned right! So when I saw positive reviews from other locals I thought Id give Big Wave a try. Consult was quick and easy. Price was what I expected. And scheduled based on what worked with my schedule. Took 2 hours -- also got my dryer vent cleaned out (which is extra $$ so make sure you understand the additional cost). Overall... very happy customer and will use them going forward.

Our house sits below a row of pine trees. As such, pine needles regularly shower down on our roof. Cleanup is no joke - and critical, as we live in a hillside zone thats prone to fires. Jaime did a fantastic and thorough job. Weve used several companies over the years to clean the detritus - but this time was by far the best.

Big Wave has a beautiful website, replete with huge promises (including a Gotta Love It guarantee), very professional representatives/sales people—which only made the actual experience that much more exasperating, disappointing and, frankly, angering.WHAT WENT WELL: All employees were courteous and respectful. I was able to reach the owner by phone on the day of service.WHAT WENT WRONG:1) BWW underestimated either the scope of the job or the ability of the workman—or both—. Our restored craftsman has many double-hung, multi-pane and casement windows, some stretching the length of walls, as in the second-story bedrooms and office. One worker (who was delayed an hour past the scheduled arrival time) and was as unfocused and careless as J proved to be was insufficient.2) The service provider, J, spent the first two hours, dividing his focus between the work and chatting to a family member (I finally asked), sometimes walking in circles while he chatted, before refocusing on the work. Though I usually give workers some space to work independently, the quality of Js work and his lack of focus prompted me to check the work already done. I found some sills still dirty, though the screens had been replaced, and the corners of all of them still full of accumulated grime.3) Unlike other service providers Ive used, BWW does not routinely wash screens, only dusts them off—insufficient after 19 months of accumulated grime from Santa Ana winds, etc.4) I had to call the owner twice with my concerns before he sent out their general manager, L, to assess the situation and assist in getting J off the phone and the job back on track.5) BWW does not appear to have a uniform standard of service across the company. The difference between the work of J and L was shocking. L worked independently, efficiently, thoroughly. J needed to be redirected to work, supposedly completed, to do it thoroughly. For example, when L came to the front door to collect payment at just before 7 pm, I had to inform him that most of the second story windows on one side had been overlooked. After theyd finished the forgotten windows, L returned for the check. We thanked him again for turning things around and for Js stepping up his game. Ls response was to assure us that J was one of [their] best workers (?!)In the end, the exterior windows and screens were properly cleaned; but this was largely due to Ls rolling up his sleeves and pitching in to assist J and my pitching in to help oversee the details of the work until it was completed.6) I wish this were the end of the saga. However, two days after service, I discovered that either J or L had left the water on at two of the outdoor spigots—but shut each hoses open/close valve, so that the water kept building and building inside. . .Not only were both my new auto-retract hoses ruined, but 10s of gallons of water was wasted—in drought stricken CA—and I can only imagine what our next PWP bill will look like!7) Since the day of service about 10 days ago, no one at BWW has followed up with me or responded to messages I have left on the owners voicemail—not even those requesting replacement of my hoses. To test a theory, I submitted an online request for new service. Within moments I received an email response and then shortly afterwards a live call from an employee of BWW to sign me up. Apparently, they are eager to sign up new customers, but couldnt care less about the current customers with unresolved issues—despite the companys Gotta Love It guarantee, highlighted in bold lettering and color on their website.As I have written in other reviews, the true measure of a company is taken, not when everything goes well, but when—especially when—the job goes sideways. How does the company respond then? How does it treat those customers?By this measure, BWW failed us miserably

Big wave window. My windows looks so clean and I was very happy with Jack and Jaime. Both of them worked continuously until all the windows and Solar panels were done. I was impressed with Jacks communications regarding all the details of job.

I needed an ASAP exterior wash and window cleaning of my 1400 sq ft Craftsman house prior an appraisal inspection. Jack answered my estimate request within 20 min after I messaged him on Yelp and was able to give me an in-person estimate within 2.5 hours. The estimate was on the lower end of the other bids I received, not the cheapest but best value given Jack’s professionalism and politeness.He was able to do the job the following day, a Saturday, stating that if no one in his crew could do it he would do the job himself. And he did, on time as expected.The job itself was excellent. He was able to address my concerns over paint chipping. The house is now sparkling, amazing given I haven’t cleaned the exterior in 5 years. After the cleaning he even kindly offered to help move patio and deck furniture back to their original places—which I declined, it was already lunchtime and I really didn’t think moving furniture was part of the deal... but the sentiment was much appreciated!Overall excellent service!

I recently moved into a 100 year old home that was badly in need of window cleaning. I called to arrange window cleaning, an estimate was made based on the square footage of our house, and there were no additional charges when they completed the job. They provided an estimate for just the exterior windows, and then an additional estimate for if I wanted the interior of the windows cleaned too. The prices seemed fair. The appointment was set for a week or so out, and jack arrived on time, with a text to indicate that he was on his way, and an email a couple days prior, confirming the appointment and the quote.Jack was friendly, personable and professional. He was unobtrusive and the windows which had not been cleaned in years looked great. We have very old windows and I mentioned that they don’t seal well, and Jack was gentle and never sprayed or hosed anything down to where water would have leaked in. Almost all of our windows are paned, and we have 5 French doors, so the job mandated a lot of attention to detail. Once the exterior was completed, we decided to move forward with the interior cleaning. Jack left to go give an estimate and he came right back and finished the job. I would hire Big Wave Windows again and found their work to be superior! Don’t waste your other time with other local window washing companies.

The business did a solar panel cleaning job on my house. Since I have a composite roof I asked them to be very careful not to break any of the tiles. They showed me how they walked on the roof and did an excellent job of cleaning the panels using de ionized water which leaves no water spots.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and was told that I could have someone out to my vacant unit the following day, I just needed to sign a contract. I told the women on the phone that unless the charge was excessive it would be fine since there were only about 10 windows on a single story small unit. They sent the bid and I signed it but I didn’t realize they put the first available date out by 2 weeks and I couldn’t wait since my unit was vacant. Well I immediately called and emailed them that same day Tuesday and she said the bid was wrong and she would send a new one that was less but they could go out the next which now would be Thursday. I’ve spent the last 4 days trying to call, email, and text them and each day they said they would go out the next day. After 4 days they have now told me I will have to wait another week! If I had known that I wouldn’t have wasted 4 days with this disorganized company!

Jaime was prompt in his arrival, thorough and professional in his work, and very friendly. He was diligent in cleaning window panes, screens, and even window tracks. I also have two very pristinely clean front and back door decorative lamps thanks to his work. Again, thank you Jamie and Big Wave Window! A job well done.2019: Jack and Adam arrived a few minutes early then got right to work. They were efficient and thorough. They did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend them for cleaning both the inside and outside of your windows. I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to our homeowners association in case others wish to benefit from their great work. And, their great work comes at a good value.
