If I could give this place zero stars I would definitely do that this is a very unorganized place, everybody that works there is improperly trained. they’ll make you drive from wherever you coming from all way down there for no reason, this is the worst place ever to do staffing. I would never wish a experience like mine to any one, stay away if they call you the are only trying to fill a certain amount of contacts with no intentions on providing employment

They send me to work as a Construction Helper. They help you, even if you do not have experience.

Horrible Company! After weeks of searching for a job they were able to offer my husband a position. But after his 90 days with the company he HAD TO BE PULLED FROM ASSIGNMENT! The company was making arrangements to hire him on directly and found out Memco did not do their job. He has a conviction on his background that dates over 7 years ago, we understand the company has a strict background policy. Its very obvious that memco recruiter did not do his job by completing a thorough screening. He was pulled from assignment in March... and here we are In May still fighting to receive his unemployment for back pay. And not to mention this recruiter has talked to him about so many different jobs (that are not even open positions because we yet have not heard back from him with any interview, or testing dates!!! Oh and when he says hes sending the info he doesnt send it... my husband has to text and say hey I havent received the info!!!) just to add notes in his system to fight the unemployment (yes I know how it works Ive been in the staffing industry for over 5 years myself). This place has no consideration over employees. My husband is a welder with many years of experience so this is not GL money we are talking about.Be very careful when applying with this company.If you have a background make sure you remind them to do their job by asking is my background ok for this position? Because who knows with these guys!

This place is rediculous I gave them 4 different forms of Identification and they would not accept it. To be specific I gave those retards my TWIC card 2 driver license and my social but not good enough for them. If you drive all the way out there make sure you take your birth certificate house lease car title etc. its absolutely rediculous but there loss. On to the next one!
