This has been my first experience with orthodontics. Today resolved my final issues with the temporary upper plate since my upper teeth were removed last year and a temporary plate created.Today the permanent plate was provided to me and, after minor adjustments were made, I became very happy with the results and walked out of the Ulery clinic with a big smile on my face.I commend Ulery Dental & Orthodontics for their fine staff, from reception to clinical doctors and technicians, attention to detail, and patient comfort. You have my highest recommendation.Thank you
Been to this provider multiple times. Always fantastic with my high anxiety 8yr old and the dental issues shes had. Two visits and with they specialized more in person because the dentist has such patience and care for them. So appreciative! Quick turn around, great team.
The staff is wonderful here. The dental hygienist was excellent and the dentist was good. I will most likely be returning. I picked this location because it was closest to me and at the time I thought I had dental insurance through my provider. I end up not but still going through with the appointment. They made everything easy and got me in/out.
I have been going to Ulrey dental for many years. The staff there are nice and friendly. The hygienist I see is very efficient and easy to talk to while there. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. The staff is very accommodating.
Very dissatisfied with the so called discount plan u sold me.It list 3 types of extractions and the prices for each one. I went in for a console for an extraction and was quoted almost double the highest listed price for extractions. When I inquired about this I was told...Oh thats a different extraction...Then why dont u list it..sounds almost like a bait and switch....All on all Im very dissatisfied.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I got seen quickly and the dentist and tech took care of my needs and answered all questions.
Very friendly and professional was our first time there and my daughter had a good experience. We will be using them now that she will be 18 in Nov. No more kids dentist lol she said no i dont want to be 18teen lol
Dr. John filled an upper back tooth, left side. The injection was painless, the filling perfectly executed, and the conversation was delightful. Many thanks to Dr. John and his able assistant!

Ulery Dental is a great office. However getting a route Canal was no fun. I was not happy that I cracked my tooth but I am feeling better since I had the route Canal. The staff is awesome.

My experience has been nothing but great with the front desk and the dental area. Had to have a tooth pulled and the dentist was only there on Wed and that was handled great!

I tryed to go to their office this morning to pay a bill after the fact that the online website said that they are open on Fridays at 8:00am to 4:00pm .....But sadly that is WRONG the FRONT door was lock...Their need to at lest put up something on the front door say what the hour are so people know when their are OPEN........

I visited this practice for a consultation and teeth cleaning. I barely waited in the waiting room, staff was very nice and fast. I had x-rays done with equipments that seems high tech and Dr. John was very gentle and patient to respond to my concerns. I had my teeth cleaned and it was not painful at all and it looks and feels pretty nice now. I would highly recommend this place despite the bad reviews on Google.
Came in for crown. Temporary crown placed with 3 weeks wait for permanent crown. Within 10 days of temporary crown placement...the crown simply came out...even though no chewing was being done using that tooth. Came in for recementing. No appointment provided. Required walk in. Once signed in...extremely long wait with no one in reception willing to update. Very poor public relationship.
If I could rate them a zero I would. The dentists themselves are great. The front desk people make that place run like a uncaged zoo. Also the billing department is terrible they will never call you back.
An amazing place. Although wait time can be a little Exasperating, its worth it. I was more than joyful with the ending result of my teeth after braces, it never felt so good to smile. They have a wonderful team that promotes a positive environment and keeps their clients as happy as possible, they really put pride in their work and make sure you are kept satisfied with your dental needs.

No complaints against skills but in regard to customer service where timeliness is concerned. My appointment was at 1p, and although I arrived 10 min early, I had to wait 45 minutes for the dentist to see me for 5 minutes and another 25 minutes for a cleaning that took no longer than 10 minutes.(a month later 1/11/2016) They apparently no longer have a late-night dentist. I would lower my rating from a 3-star to a 2-star but but for how quickly they notified us. Question is: why dont they just hire a new one? We had to schedule that appointment something like two months in advance because of the demand, so its odd.
I am so glad I decided to choose this place to get my braces, each time I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces. The staff was incredibly kind and are extremely easy to talk to. The orthodontist was amazing and honestly very understandable and would cooperate to find the best possible solution to help you and your family. I highly recommend this place!!!
Does not seem clean. They switched my 7 year olds room 5 times, not even exaggerating. And then she was seen by 3 different people. On top of that she didn’t get a tooth brush or prize after her cleaning visit, which I was spoiled with at my other dentist office. Only reason I went there is because I picked the wrong dental insurance and had to suck it up. Needs better organization, communication, and friendliness.

After reading the horrible reviews I was skeptical about taking my friend there but she needed a practice that would help her finance her dental work. We walked in, were greeted by the receptionist and had NO wait time before she was seen by the dental technician who did xrays. The technician was also very personable and pleasant. The Dentist (Dr. Abraham) was wonderful! My friend was completely at ease during the whole appointment. It turned out she only had to pay $30 for the whole visit. We both recommend this dental practice.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! I took my son there and after what they said was only going to be $350 treatment, I got a $1500 bill. Once I paid that, now I received a $350 bill from a collection agency for lab work that I knew nothing about. My next stop is the Anne Arundel Better Business Bureau.
There system doesnt allow for making apt 6 months in advance so I never get my 2 annual cleanings in. It take 2-3 months to be seen for a routine cleaning. What a waste of my insurance money! They are very disorganized and using out dated computer systems for scheduling and billing. I was fifteen minutes late to an apt (my mistake) but they never sent a reminder text or call. They also wouldnt see me and it was going to be 8 weeks before I could get rescheduled. Finding a new provider!
I dont like how the technicians keep insisting that my kids need resin sealants on their teeth. These sealants can do more harm than good, but they wont tell you that. Stay informed and know what your options are.
Average dental clinic and so-so reception staff. I only go there twice a year and half the times Ive called to schedule an appointment I was left on hold and forgotten about.Face time with an actual dentist varied, but its usually brief and rushed and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Theyve been polite and professional, but any attempts to talk about anything outside of the cleaning resulted in being told to make another appointment and/or to talk to a specialist.The dental hygienists varied from excellent to torture depending on which tools they used and their individual skill levels.Lastly, you have to make appointments 2-3 months in advance if you dont want to take off half a day of work.
This place is extremely over priced. They push the highest price fix for your teeth. Wont try to save a tooth if they can make more money by doing something more expensive. The receptionist were very rude. Do not go here, there are many great dentist in pasadena area. This place charges double what you should be paying.
The reviews speak for themselves. The staff are young and inexperienced, so be prepared to have the just a number feels. Definitely a money pit. I took my children there for dental cleanings and such because their old dentist was such a hassle to drive to and this was so close. HA Should have continued the drive. At any rate, they really have a hard time with processing claims to insurance companies. They tried to bill me multiple times for services that were covered in full by my insurance. Oh, and to add insult to injury, told me I had to pay in cash, in full, that day. 😂 Yeahhhh idts! After a few choice words, the girl at the counter said that they could just try to process the claims (more than one occasion) again. Magically, it was all covered. Total scam.

As a new patient with severe tooth pain was told I could come in and be seen on first come first serve basis. After sitting in extreme pain for 3 hours with NO communication from the staff I left . Front desk person has terrible people skills . I do not recommend this practice. Staff does not seem to care . Bad experience.
I highly recommend Dr. Reza Ghajarnia and his staff for Orthodontics! Everyone was pleasant and caring about my comfort. I used them to get new retainers and they were able to make room in the schedule for my needs. I was able to quickly get retainers that fit and feel great. Dr. Ghajarnia always checked the work done by his staff; was always pleasant; and always knew my name.
My family and I have been going to Ullrey for 13 years. The dentist and technicians are usually pretty good. However, the manager is unnecessarily rude, nasty, and condescending EVERYTIME we go there. I had to wait 90 minutes past my appointment time to see the dentist, then charged me when I had to come back to get a cleaning because he was late. Finally, I had a horrible toothache and my face was swollen. I called and was told I would get a return call by the end of that day. I never got a return call.
I called to make a first appointment and the person I talked to was extremely rude. After deeming that they did take my insurance (intially said they did not) They offered me an appointment in 3 weeks for an urgent situation. Office seems disorganized. Take your business elsewhere.
It was my first visit to Ulery and had an appt. with Dr. Demizio. After signing in I waited 45 minutes with no communication from anyone. I then asked the receptionist what was happening and shesaid he was missing an assistant and was running behind. I mentioned it might have been nice if someone had told me that so I could have decided if I wanted to wait. So I waited another 30 minutes with no contact and I just left and will never return. There has to be a dentist with better customer service than Ulery.
I wouldnt go too this place they are extremely rude and unprofessional the office staff are the worse. They couldnt find me in the system everytime I called the place they NEVER called back too let me know if things went through approved with my insurance or not. The place looks dirty inside and they are poorly staffed with horrible people. I had the receptionist call me and she was extremely rude on the phone arguing back with me. I just wouldnt go here EVER!

This place is trash all the way around! Did unnecessary root canals on two of my kids also billed dual insurance! Braces were horrible, damaged my daughters teeth upon removal.

This was my first visit to the office in Pasadena. Previously my dentist was located in the Glen Burnie office and recently transferred to the Pasadena office. Since it was my first time at the Pasadena office, I got there ten minutes early for my 11 a.m. cleaning appointment to take care any paperwork they may need me to take care. I signed in and sat down. At that time there were three people waiting. One was called as I was sitting down. Shortly afterwards the other two were called. I read for a while then realized it was ten after 11. The lady at the desk called me up about a minute later for my insurance cards. Though I was curious as to why it took her over 20 minutes to ask for my insurance cards, I didnt ask. Instead I asked did they have my paperwork. She had my paperwork in her hand at that time and said yes they did. She told me to sit and I would be called shortly. Ten minutes later I had watched two more people come in and be called back. Realizing that there may have been an emergency, I went back to the desk and told the lady at the desk I had an 11 oclock appointment and it was 11:20 and asked her was there something I needed to know. She stated that I would be called shortly. I told her if there was an issue, Id reschedule. She said there wasnt. I sat back down, another person came in. That individual was called. With that, Id had enough. I told the lady at the desk I was leaving. She told one of her co-workers to give me another appointment., I told her not to bother, I wouldnt be coming back. At that time I was finally called for my cleaning, I told the individual that I was done and told the lady at the desk not to charge my insurance. When I walked out of the office, I had been there for over 35 minutes without being seen. Ive never experienced having to wait such an extended period of time after my scheduled appointment for a cleaning to be seen. Worst dental experience Ive ever had. Ive scheduled an appointment with a new dentist that is not a part of the Ulery group.
If you dont have dental insurance dont go there. They do unnecessary treatment and charge you extra without telling. They dont give you full recipe.

Went in for emergency.tooth cracked n in pain. Was scheduled for an app a week later.offered pain killers for pain instead of fixing prob. Returned for app only to be told they needed 980. Dollars up front to do anything.even with private insurance and the lady telling me a week before hand that i can set up auto payments through my bank account. Still in pain over a week later and offered no solution to the prob other than well make sure she knows that we need money upfront next time?
This dental office is awful. the worst I have ever seen. Makes you wait 2.5hrs for just getting an x-ray when you have a terrible tooth ache and they wouldnt pull it made my husband schedule an apt for 2 weeks out to see the oral surgeon and then they only had him scheduled as a consult this is the worst place to go. the receptionist is the worst
