The staff and my doctor was great. My appointment was at 10:00am and I was not seen until 11:15am. I have my 2nd appointment on Saturday, I hope the time frame is better.Went Saturday for my 2nd appointment and was taken right in. The doctor and staff was great again and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor was so gentle and made sure I felt nothing before she started on the procedures. I changed from 4 stars to 5 stars because these people were really good at their jobs.

The staff are very friendly and professional and the doctor is awesome. They use very modern technology and equipments. I love the location, cleanliness and beautiful atmosphere of warmth in the clinic generally. I am excited I finally found the best dental clinic there is.

From the moment I walked in, I felt well received by the team and the excellent human being doctor. I had absolutely nothing negative in this place. And I recommend it one hundred percent.

I waited for an hour in the lobby after my appointment was changed hours before me having to come I come in at the changed time and waited an hour and 15 minutes to be called I came in before the next 8 or 9 patients and they were all called back before me. My grandmother came in the lady proceeded to lie and say I was next calls 2 more people back who came in after me so I proceeded to grab my things and walk out. Also there is no where to sit people had to sit on the floor with there children how digusting.

You make an appointment and do the paperwork online to make it quicker like they say. You show up they say 30-45 minutes behind you give them paperwork and they say over an hour to two hour now because their system didn’t pull what we filled out online..... do not recommend worst experience

Horrible! Do not get your braces thru them. I have been dealing with the billing for the balance my insurance should have covered. My daughter has not had braces in over a year. They did not ever contact me about my insurance not paying their portion the end of last year! I get transferred and nothing has been done. I got In touch with the billing office at the Pasadena office and I was told the lady who was in charge of contracts was no longer with Brident and I they would get this resolved and still no call. But yet I get a call from them I owed the balance still.

The service is amazing, just kidding. Theyre quite rude. And they really love giving you attitude if you ask for shades

If I could give Zero stars I would. The staff is nice but the dentist is very, very, rude. My teeth need a lot of work and the reason behind that is very personal. The dentist embarrassed me in front of her assistants by yelling at me about my teeth and had I gone sooner things could have been better. First off dental visits cost you an arm, leg and first born child! Second Ive never had dental insurance and as soon as I got it she was the first I saw. Anyway, if your looking for a place that will treat you like a decent human being.... This aint it!

I have been a repeat customer at Brident Dental on Spencer Hwy and could not be more impressed with the amount of professionalism and attentiveness I receive from the staff on every visit. The Doctor is very upfront with you and is not afraid to hurt your feelings, she gives you a real sense of whats happening and how to best address the situation. This place is the worse dental office I have been to. I waited or over three hours and have to change my appointment for one month later. Second time to my surprise went I walk in there was another costumer complain about the wait time too. Second time I waited for more than two hours the reception workers are the worse people went it comes to customer service.Dont bother calling their customer call center I been on the phone waiting for someone to pic up my call, wile writing this review. If you are smart stay away from this place.

The dentist here are great honestly, Ashley the helper is very kind. I never get any attitude from anyone other than the front girls. really only thing that is the downfall of this place is theyre receptionists specifically this one that seems confused all the time. Im not sure if its theyre system that makes her confused or what but she seems like she needs better customer service skills also.FYI There is also a bit of wait because sometimes the dentist isnt finished with the patient before you.

Tried to make an emergancy appointment for my child and was told they stopped taking his insurance months ago and they didnt notify me like they are legally required to do. Now I have to scramble to find a new dentist and my child will have to get emergancy work done that is scary enough on its own by a complete stranger they arent use to.

My daughters dentist was very nice and she was good with my children. I definitely recommend coming here with your children, especially if they dont like coming they will here.

Coming from someone who has not been in a Dentist‘s office in 8 years and was super nervous to do so. I had the most high quality and outstanding patient care experience. Dr. Surpi explained everything to me in detail and treated me with the upmost care. She made me feel comfortable with voicing my concerns and helped me find the best solution and treatment plan. Monica was in the best of spirits and very informative. She made sure that I understood my treatment plan and helped me out with any questions and a reasonable payment plan. You can tell that the people here really love their jobs as they treat their patients like family. I recommend this location to anyone who is seeking a positive and personalized experience. One of the main Doctors an (Indian Lady ) was such a difficult individual that it was hard to ask any questions about procedure etc. Like it was bothersome to her or something. She seemed to be complaining or griping to the other employees!! She has no patience! A bad temper and definitely feels high and mighty. Even those around her that worked with her seemed frustrated,even a bit intimidated and just uncomfortable even to just approach her. Not Good at all!!!! As it pertains to the service it was The worst place I have ever been to!!

Absolutely a terrible company to be dedicated to for treatment. DO NOT COME HERE FOR BRACES! management is completely unorganized and will over charge you for work that they did not do and lie in front of your face and say that it was refunded. Corporate is a dead end and will leave you on hold for hours with no help and if they do answer they have very little knowledge about your location you go to. The orthodontist is very nice but management has no idea how to schedule or run the place, mean while corporate is just reeling in the money with no concern what’s so ever about their patients.KEEP LOOKING FOR A BETTER DENTIST!!! I had a scheduled appointment and gave them the insurance information and when i came in they said they couldnt see me because my insurance wasn’t verified and they were no longer taking new patients on a Saturday i lost a day of work for this appointment all for nothing because they have lack of communication and obviously dont know ehat tbey are doing!

Everyone is very nice, specially the doctors! Very clean! And above all, super caring hands, doctors take their time sedating you and explaining procedures. I will take my whole family there for that type of service. Im going to add that Diana is always in the best of disposition to take care of you, fast, friendly professional and always with a smile on her face.

I recently started going to Brident Dental, and Im so glad changed dentists. The experience was definitely 100x better than at my old dentist. There was a bit of a wait, but considering that I arrived an hour before my appointment, it wasnt bad especially since they saw me before my scheduled time. The staff are all very friendly and kind, thank you to Israel for explaining some after care instructions. Im definitely going to recommend that some of my family members come here.

I wish I would have gotten the doctors name but she was very rude. I didn’t even want to ask her questions because she kept getting frustrated and seemed annoyed. Everyone else was friendly but unfortunately, I won’t be returning!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had an appointment for a cleaning at 11:30am and did not leave until 3pm, there was not but 3 other patients in the office. I was then rescheduled to come back two days later, had to take off of work only to arrive and be told I would need to reschedule for another 3 weeks. These people really don’t know what they are doing.

I had the greatest experience at the Pasadena location, front office got me signed in and to the back within minutes, the dental assistant was AMAZING, very friendly and comforting, both Drs that worked on me were absolutely the best, very informative and made sure i was in no pain the whole time they were working on me. RUNNN and don’t look back. You’ll be waiting over an hour just to be seen in the back and holding for over an hour on the phone. I went too get fillings done which they had me to Come back for them too finish them so they could get to someone else, my teeth hurt more now and more sensitive since i let them in my mouth. This place is also very overpriced, there are sooooo many affordable dental and better dentist offices that’s close by. Try Harmony dental or Lovett. I DO NOT Recommend THIS PLACE...

Today was my first time at Brident. I was nervus about leaving my previous dental provider but I dont regret my decision. Roxanne, Susie and the doctor were wonderful!! Took the time to explain every last detail!!!

I would give this office zero stars if that was an option. The entire staff is terrible from the office to the hygienist to the dentist. Do not go to this dentist. I had a 9am appointment and after all the employees arrived late and looked like they just rolled out of bed, I finally saw someone at 9:45. I spent a total of 6 minutes in the chair for my cleaning. Needless to say that was worthless. They put so much floride on my teeth I could hardly brush it off 6 hours later. They drenched my hair and neck instead of spraying off my teeth and then giggled about it. This place is a joke. I was the only patient in the place for the hour and a half I spent waiting to get my teeth cleaned.

I would not recommend this place at all, unfortunately Im stuck with them because I have braces & do my ortho here. Ive never had a problem when I have an ortho appointment, ortho is great. This past Wednesday I had a general appointment at 4 pm, I arrived at 3:40 pm. I waited until 5:24 pm when someone in the staff called me over to the front & told me the new doctor does not see anyone past 5pm even if you got there on time. Thats just not a good enough excuse for me. So basically they do not honor appointments. It doesnt matter to the doctor if you get there on time, if the doctor doesnt want to see you, they wont see you because its after 5 pm. They said they were behind, but they couldve told me that when I got there & I couldve re-scheduled & not wasted my time. This appointment was already a re-scheduled appointment, when I had my original appointment, I arrived & the front desk told me the doctor had to leave so thats why I re-scheduled. Luckily I had an ortho appointment that day as well, but if I didn’t it means I would’ve driven all the way there for them just to tell me I couldn’t be seen because the doctor had to leave. They do not give courtesy calls at all to inform you of such things. They wait until you arrive to give you such news that could’ve been said over the phone. This is not the first time I’ve had to re-schedule because they are behind. It’s happened to me before when I first started going here, one time they even gave me an appointment on a day they were closed. I’m sure they saw in their system they had scheduled an appointment on one of the days they were closed but they were just too lazy to give me a call. Another time I checked in with one of the girls in the front & she never checked me in so I had to wait 2 hours because I was never checked in. There’s just been too many times over the last two years when they do not do a good job. They obviously book more patients than they can handle. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Their front desk staff is not properly trained in customer service. The lady who re-scheduled my appointment yesterday was very polite & understanding though. Shes the only one from the front desk that I feel has great customer service skills. She greets you & looks you in the eye when talking to you. That might not seem like a big deal, but to me it is. I did not get her name but she was there October 16, 2019 @ 5pm. She has colored eyes & is very understanding. Other members of the staff dont even greet you when you walk in, you go to the front & they dont even look away from their computer & ask how they can help you. If they all were like her, Brident would feel more welcoming. My husband also wants braces, but because of my many bad experiences I recommended to look elsewhere & not Brident.

This review will be “lengthy”... I love this location. I had my daughters account transferred to this location due to the lack of professionalism at the 290 Tomball location. That location should be shut down. Who does the hiring over there? Everyone in that office has a nasty attitude. They are either always on their personal cell phones when you walk in, and you’re standing there waiting til they’re done. Then have a attitude Bc she has to stop to check you in. What’s a business if your run all of clients to a different location. Furthermore they’re unskilled and unsanitary. I had to tell one the girls who was doing an X-ray of my daughters teeth, to stop & change to a fresh pair gloves as I seen her about to stick her fingers in my daughters mouth to adjust the cardboard she had to bite down on, after she had just typed up something on her computer in the same gloves. That cross contamination! There’s so much wrong with the TOMBALL location. I’m just happy to have been transferred here to the Spencer location! Thank you for delivering courtesy as well as professionalism to us! It is greatly appreciated!

Made an appointment for my son and daughter at the Spencer location. Spent a good 30 mins on the phone giving them all the information they requested. Received a call the morning of my appointment stating there was an issue with my insurance. I called my insurance company and got it taken care of, then called Brident back with the updated information. I worked my schedule around for this dentist visit, and arrived at my appointment on time. As I was signing in, the front desk lady told me that they tried to call me because there was an issue with my insurance. I explained that I called them back with the updated information that morning. She asked me did I speak to someone... Obviously that is what I meant when I said I called back and gave my updated information. She asked who I spoke to, I said I didnt get her name. There was only two people working the front desk, so Im pretty sure they know who I spoke with, and who didnt do their job. She then told me that it will take at least an hour and a half to verify insurance information, and thats not including the wait for the appointment- her words, not mine. All this was said in front of the dentist himself. I was surprised he didnt step in and apologize for his incompetent staff. But thats okay. There are many other dentists/orthodontists in the area.

Been here since 10:15. My twins had otro appointment at 10:45 and 11:30. Still havent went back this is our 1st visit I knew I would have paper to fill out but this is ridiculous. Front staff is not friendly. Im about to walk out and find some place else.

Initially, the orthodontist properly assessed problem areas with my teeth. However, assessing and effectively treating are 2 different things. I ended up with additional problems that i didnt have to start with. Eventually, I transferred my treatment course to a more experienced company that is correcting the mess caused by the Brident Orthodontist.Also, getting regular dental appointments is nearly impossible . On several occasions my appointments were improperly booked. As a result, i developed pre-periodontal disease.I would not recommend Brident as an ongoing solution for anyone with serious dental or orthodontic concerns.

The worst service of my life, it takes two hours to let you in to see the doctor and when you enter everyone is talking and playing, I think they forget they have patients waiting outside for two hours, even if you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment as they ask you, they still want you to pay them on time even with the terrible service they have, I have tried to cancel my service and they have threatened to force me to pay for the rest of the service, even if I do not want it because of their bad service, 12 months and I still have not fixed absolutely anything, my teeth remain the same and despite the 2 hours waiting for the doctor. he only changes the bands and says its all (less than 5 minutes). They also charge you every month for a service they give you every two months. please avoid this place at all costs and if you communicate to the corporate it is a waste of time too.

This is my personal experience. I havent even gone to this place, yet Im still giving a 1 star. That should tell you something. Called to make an appt for a simple procedure. The rep immediately started trying to sell me other services or procedures, even after multiple nos from me, even tried to set me up for an appt for something else w/o even asking me. They were off to a bad start. Anywho, I called shortly after to cancel due to something personal that came up. Heres where the fun began. The day after the appt, the one I had canceled, not exaggerating here, I recieved 14 phone calls, from 3 different ppl, and about 7 voicemails, telling me that I had missed an appt and when can I reschedule. Even after me telling them multiple times that I CANCELLED and I wasnt interested in them, they kept bothering. Only after I told them that if they kept calling me, I would go to the police for harrassment and report them to the BBB did they stop. Theyre just another corporation trying to get as much money as possible.

We love Dr. Kim at Brident! I am big on cleanliness and quality customer service, Roxanne is great with keeping the little ones calm during their procedure and making sure theyre comfortable and Suzy in the front is always so friendly!!

I would give this a zero, but google wont allow that. I made a new patient appointment, they confirmed for the same day. After I arrived, they said they cannot do same day appointments for new patients and confirmed that with the dentist. So I drove all the way to their office, and not even an apology was given. Apparently they do not need new patients.
