The HDMI port was broken on my PS4 Pro(when attempting to remove an HDMI cord(broken cord in pictures)). The port was replaced with another, re-soldered, thermal compound was added to heat sinks. He even cleaned the fan and interior! Ill never use that type of cord again as it totally damaged my PS4.Same day service,& the BEST PRICE IN THE HOUSTON AREA(I called almost all the places on Gmaps)! A 45-day warranty too👍 He explained what the problem was, and even showed me the broken/replaced components. 10/10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to anyone looking to have a broken console that may not be working fixed OR even to get a working console cleaned to reduce heat & that loud jet fan

Where can I start, Ive been coming here since the early Xbox 360 days. Always been a same day repair for most of my issues. Never had a problem after the system was repaired. I highly recommend all of the south side and the north side if you can travel to come to here for your console repair needs.

Dropped my tv off to be repaired. Never got a call or nothing about what was wrong with it or if it could be fixed. Came back and the old man told me he got rid of it. Couldnt tell me anything about my tv. After I called the police, the man pulled a gun on me talking about he was gonna shoot me if i didnt leave. I for sure wont be doing business here again. I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either.

I took my Nintendo Switch & PS4 on 2/28/2020 & then when I picked up my PS4 it had 500MB but before I took it to get repaired it had TB so now Im upset because I paid $200 originally to have TB added and when I took it to get repaired it has 500MB. And my switch never got repaired due to not getting motherboards in apparently because of this covid19 thats what the repair man told me.

The guy from Astro TV repair didnt want to repair my power supply board because according to him I had to have the tv with me in order for him to test it. The only thing you need to test this part is just a process calibrator multimeter lol!!! I already knew this. I took my power supply board to a different tv shop and the guy told me exactly what was wrong with it. Also, he took the time to explain to me how every component of the power supply board works. I will never come back to Astro tv repair.

Took my ps4 there today and very happy about the results. Idk what the deal is with the bad reviews on here. Everybody was very nice and informative. They know what theyre doing.

I took my TV in back in December for repair. I was told I would hear back with the issue in 24-48 hours but I did not receive call. I called in about a week later for an update and that was when they told me the issue and how much it would be to fix it. I stated I would speak to my husband and Id let them know but did not (I take full responsibility for that) but you would think theyd call me to see if I wanted to proceed with the repair because, well, money is on the line but no.When I called again about two weeks later, they stated they had to find the part again and may take longer; I said it was fine. To THIS DAY, my TV is still there and I have not called back since January nor they have called me.The rest of their reviews are good and Im sure their repairs are great but I would say they need to work on reaching out to customers to ask if they want the repair or return their item. Perhaps my TV was not something they could fix and thats fine; I would at least like them to communicate and say something like Sorry, we did what we could but were unable to repair May be also because Ive worked in customer service and expect too much...lol.

Ok so here a long back story on how I ended up going to this guy. My PS4 would not turn on figures it was roaches decided to get it fix at first I went to this place called “Game Guys” they said they can fix they ended up charging me 335.58 I kid you not but I actually payed for it .the exact same day I took it home it smelled burnt and it turned of.the next day I called them that it messed up again I took it they said they fixed it for free which they did but said next time I bring it they will charge me to get it fixed again next thing you know I’m at the house and bam it turned off again and it would not turn on I was fed up!!!! I ended up going to Astro he opened my PS4 and to my surprise they didn’t even clean it or fixed it properly ! To fix it honestly he charged me 160 he should me that it work he even showed me the inside was clean on top of that he should me which cleaning supplies he used till this day it is working and now I have him fixing a iPad.

My 60 inch LG Smart TV went out during a power surge and did not turn back on. The standby light was on but there was no audio or video. I called the company and come to find out my warranty went out 2 days before this incident. I found this place was down the street from me after I googled tv repair services in Houston and as soon as I went in I met Jaime and he was a really cool dude with a good attitude. He fixed my tv in no time for a decent price with 90 day warranty. I will definitely come back to this place if I ever need an electronic repair.

Great place to go to for any TV tepair & game systems electronics etc. i got my 55” LG fixed and my PS4 controller for good prices everything works like new again too cant beat it i recommend it especially if you aint tryin to spend on something new this is the place to go.

So recently my ps4 pro stopped working due to a roach infestation from when i was living in my old apts and the power supply burnt out on me i called many places and nobody didnt wanna bother with it at all due to the infestation then i ran into this place and decided to give them a try and at first i had my doubts but i still gave it a tryI live in southwest Houston and traveled all the way to Pasadena and it was a travel i did not regret at all i got there and the guy listened carefully to the situation and since i told him i came from far distance he said he can get it out fast and before i knew it he was done less than a hour later and he gave me a reasonable price to fix it too but this guy worked wonders and my ps4 works better than beforeI know next time i have issues with my tv or my ps4 again is ill be coming back to this guy without a 2nd thought and i would also recommend him to anyone else to give him a try as well

Took 2 TVs to him to fix but he didnt even take the time to give them a chance. He said there to old there flat screen TVs. He said they wouldnt even work if I connected them with cable TV but one did work. I was going to throw them away thank goodness I didnt.

Called and had to ask if it was a tv repair place. The guy did not answer professionally. Then when I was trying to explain the problem, he cut me off very rudely and told me he couldnt fix it. He was not friendly at all, and even though my tv cannot be fixed, his customer service can be. I will never call this place again based on the rude attitude.

Called this place today to get a quote for a tv repair of the coax cable connector. the guy was very rude. when I asked if I could get a written estimate to submit to my cable company to get reimbursed for the repair the man said no. when I said I didnt understand why he couldnt give me a written estimate he then said... in fact I dont have time to waste on your small change business...call someone else....and hung up on me. I had read another person and had a similar experience and thought surely someone would not treat potential customers this badly but it is completely true. I would avoid them at all cost. horrible mean man,
