I went in for the first time to have several pair of jeans altered this week and they look great. Service was fast and very pleasant. With Los Tacos next door, I find myself looking for things that need dry cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

I should have read the reviews. Not only did they fail to remove any of the stains from the four garments I brought in, they still charged me $50. For doing nothing. Except that they tore the tag half off of the dresses. This is a piece that I am trying to sell, so essentially I paid to have the value reduced. Or another way to look at it, I paid $50 for a couple of new hangers.

I usually dont post reviews but Fashions has changed. They used to be pleasant and their prices fair. When I called asking about prices, the girl was so rude. When she told me it costs more to clean a napkin than it does to clean a shirt I decided to never go back. Theyre not that good.

WARNING!! UNETHICAL business owner ANTHONY!!! POOR QUALITY & OVER PRICED alerations & dry leaning!!! I use to take my garments here on a regular basis, but stopped going here because of poor quality work by the seamstress and over priced dry leaning. But due to convenience, I decided to take my shirt in for a small blood streak on the back. When I went in to pick up my shirt, I noticed there was an additional black ink stain in the front, that was not there when I brought it in. How does that work??? You take in a shirt with one stain, and it comes back with two??? The owner denied responsibility and said In my opinion, its the same stain as the back, when it is obvious that it is not (see picture of blue/purple silk shirt). So basically... he called me a liar. He also proceeded to mention that I had only been there once in the last year.. As if that is relevant!?!? Was he trying to discount my credibility since I wasnt a regular or was he trying to imply that he would offer better service if I was a more frequent customer!?! Not only did he flat out refuse to pay for my shirt, he offered altering the garment as an option instead... Talk about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNPROFESSIONALISM!!! I will not be back... And I dont think anyone else should risk taking in their garments either... Not to mention, this was a brand new Joie, $150, silk blouse... The color looked faded after dry cleaning and one of the threads of the pocket came undone.... what were they doing?!? Furious! If I had more time, Id take the jerk to court.
