The first time I just had a simple job with two area rugs and a runner and I appreciated the price point and the fact they didn’t mind coming out for a smaller job. This time it’s for our new house with a lot of carpeted rooms and tile that was overdue for cleaning/re-sealing. They arrived on time and were very accommodating as I needed some flexibility due to overlapping timelines with our house painters. Arrived on time, courteous and professional. However, I do not feel that their service successfully cleaned our carpets. They looked good immediately after cleaning only. The only areas that look clean now were pretreatment (at extra cost) and they stand out from the rest of the room as almost being bleached. Not sure i would use them again.

Throughout the week we discovered that the sellers cat was very distressed. The house progressively smell more like cat pee ultimately leading to my Husbands inability to breathe from allergies.We called Bay Breeze Chem Dry and they came out and under 24 hours treated everything even put down an additional treatment in the baby room to prevent the smell from getting worse.The awesome guy checked the basement to make sure there was no secret cat pee down there too.10/10 recommend them and will totally use them again. The chap we had was a lovely and really took wonderful care of us.So if you need your carpet cleaned I highly recommend them. Less than 24 hours later the smell is 100% gone and my hu can actually breathe.

With this being the first time EVER to have carpets cleaned because we had hardwood floors thru-out our old home, Rita was very friendly and informative about what was involved with cleaning and removing pet urine. When Dave arrived he also told us what he was going to do and had me check the carpet thru-out the cleaning to show me what he was doing to remove the urine. After he was done he had us check all the rooms that were cleaned to make sure we were happy with the results. We are so pleased with this company. The urine smell is gone and the carpets dried in no time at all. Rita and Dave were both very professional and friendly. We highly recommend this company to EVERYONE.

We had a wonderful experience with Dirk & Leon last week. They arrived on time and were extremely pleasant to work with from the get go. Dirk took the time to walk through my home with me, answering all of my questions, making recommendations, and explaining why your service is superior (because I asked). Leon was polite, quiet, and extremely efficient while Dirk was gregarious, knowledgeable, and had a wonderful repertoire going with me without it even slowing him down. Since we are moving, weve had a great deal of service professionals coming in to clean, paint, power wash, etc - out of all of them this team was the most enjoyable to work with. The carpets looked amazing - we had quite a bit of pet fur for them to deal with (though thankfully no pet urine!). We just wanted to pass along our outstanding experience with Dirk & Leon today - before dinner we were walking around on dry, clean carpets! Best experience with a carpet cleaning company. They were very professional and extremely hardworking. There was a mixup where I though we have laminate but ended up being vinyl so they were able to call another branch to come and make sure we get what we wanted. They stayed and made sure the work was done to our liking even after 13 hours of straight work. We have a large office so they spent 2 days making sure everything was really clean. Strongly recommend.

Abby from Bay Breeze Chem-Dry was amazing. The whole company was professional and got us on the schedule within two days. The basement carpet and stairs had seen pets, furniture, kids, teenagers, spills and so much dirt. It hadnt been professionally cleaned in years. The biggest issue was that when I tried to clean it myself it left a terrible odor. Abby came in and ensured the whole room and carpet smelled fresh and looked clean as well.

The ease of the entire process from getting a quote to the actual cleaning was just what I had hoped for. I really enjoyed the professionalism and politeness of the staff. They also have very competitive pricing as I received quotes from several other companies. They will work around your furniture if you decide to leave it and they even offer moving services. We didnt use either, but enjoyed having the options! Payment processing was also very easy as they accept credit cards. Carpets took anywhere from 3-6 hours to dry depending on the air flow to the location. Top-notch company to work with and I would highly recommend using them!

They was curious enjoy to call to say that was running behind by hour and a half. Once they arrived they was extremely efficient and friendly. Worked on several stains in carpet in basement. Stains was removed and dried in 2 hours.

I had someone come over to clean up some built up cat urine in my living room. They did the best they could but there are some stains left BUT that doesnt detract from their quality of service; that is more on me and my cats not cleaning up better. They performed an AMAZING service, cleaned up a majority of the stain and that made me feel so glad to see. I selected them because of their award and boy, they really earned in. Great people, very friendly and professional. I would hire them again!

Very thorough, carpets look great. Our only issue is I wish I was asked about whether or not pets are in the house. There is an additional cost to remove urine stains which increased our cost 50%.

The two employees worked very hard to clean my carpets and sofas. I was very disappointed because none of the stains on the carpets came off. Not even very small stains. Some lightened a little bit. Took them 3 hours to clean and it took 7 hours for the carpets to dry. Apparently with chem-dry I was told it would dry in 2 hours. The day after the carpets dried, I decided to use fingernail polish remover on a few spots and they came right up. After spending $499.00, these spots easily came up with fingernail polish remover and 3 more hours of my time. I give one star because they both did seem to work very hard. Not sure if the equipment was faulty or cleaning solution just wasnt strong enough.

He came and cleaned the carpet. I was left with a sticky white mess. I called back they told me to replace my 17 month old carpet. I called another company who told me that carpet should always be vacuumed and pretreated before cleaning in order to determine what is in the carpet and what is the best cleaning method to be used.. This company is coming to pick up a baggie of the stuff. My carpet was pulled back there are no white stains on the flooring or the pad. There is also no construction debris. The new Company is pretty sure it is just dirt. They are going to examine it and determine the best way to clean my carpet

25 year old carpet that I thought didnt have a prayer, ended up looking like new!!! For some reason, after a couple days, a few large spots resurfaced. I called them to ask why that could have happened and they said theyd set us up with an appointment and come back and redo it. I was moving out of a rental house into a new construction home, and was required to have the carpets cleaned when moving out of the rental house. Bay Breeze did a great job for a reasonable price! I had quotes from 3 companies and Bay Breeze was the lowest. They were pleasant to deal with in all respects, both over the phone as well as the 2 fellows who did the cleaning. I had to change the dates/times of my cleaning 5 times because the new house completion kept being delayed, and Bay Breeze was very flexible. They are veteran friendly! Use their services!

The cleaners were amazing. I wish I could post before and after pictures. The house we are renting had tenants before us that had pets. We also had black spots from dirt and the edges of our carpets were black from the air conditioning system.
