Outstanding repairing and cleaning rugs. Efficient and fair.

Please read the Yelp reviews before choosing this place. The owner is extremely rude, condescending, pushy and unethical. He changed his prices on the fly twice in my dealings with him (first said $175 to wrap the rug for storage, then said $75 over the phone, then tried to charge $100 in person - I watched him wrap it and it took about ten minutes), and was shockingly rude to me (especially considering the amount of money that was paid to clean the rug). I was planning on rug shopping too, and would have been interested in his rugs, but dealing with him for one more second was seriously not worth it. I’ve never felt more disrespected and mistreated in a retail/service setting. And lest you think I’m sensitive, read other reviews of those who have had similar experiences.

We had an oriental carpet cleaned and had new tassels put on the carpet however the original carpet had a backing and I was advised to take the backing off and now the carpet is shedding on the floor. I should’ve been told to put the backing back on the carpet instead I was sold a pad for under the carpet..It was expensive. The carpet did turn out clean and the tassels look very good.

Very friendly owners. Great service ave reasonable prices. But most of all they are EXPERTS. They do quality work and truly get it right! Highly recommend them

Great place to have your valuable rugs cleaned in the traditional manner. The results are quite good. You will, however, be straight armed (in a friendly way) to buy a pad. This is a high mark-up item, so shop around. The pads are terrific but pricy.

SUPERBYES, this rug and carpet cleaning service is as good as it gets!! I called them based on reviews from Google. I trust my Google.......Daniel, came the same day to pick up my hand knotted Persian rug. He diagnosed the problems (I have 2 dogs), gave me a price, explained the cleaning process and timetable.Less than 2 weeks later, he delivered to me a clean and odor-free rug.Daniel was professional, friendly and my dogs loved him.Call him, you wont be sorry.....
