I chose Maryland Tub & Tile mostly because they had an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website with NO complaints. Now I understand why. Their office staff was very helpful in explaining the process, providing an accurate cost for the job, inviting me to stop by their showroom to view their work, and even providing a copy of the contract during my showroom visit, so that I would know exactly what to expect. Scheduling the job was easy, the service man showed up on time, did a careful, thorough job, and cleaned up afterward. I was provided with specific instructions on how to care for the new finish, and the final cost was exactly what I was quoted. This company is a pleasure to deal with, and I would highly recommend them. They truly care about their work, and it shows in everything they do, from customer service to a job well done in a timely manner. I wish all contractors were this reliable!!
