They are quick, personable and do a good job. Even if they are busy they get people in and out of seats.

This place has the absolute worst stylists ever. It’s so hard to believe that anyone that completed any bit of barber or cosmetology schooling can be so terrible at cutting a boys hair.. but here they are gathered at one salon meant for boys/men. I’ve taken my kid here probably 5 times, of those only 1 was a truly good cut. I always think, maybe it was just that one stylist that was so bad, they can’t all be bad at what the do... then I’m kicking myself when it’s over because of how horrible or turns out. Ugh. I’m done, no more. Don’t take your kid here, unless you want super short all around(which is harder to mess up).

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. You will not have any left. I would like to understand how 7 inches that was supposed to be cut down to 3 inches turned into 1/2 an inch. Will not be returning.

After having failure after failure with Hair Cuttery, I decided to try out Sportclips. I first went to Q and she saved my hair!! I had viking hair at the time and she gave me a clean, straight shave whereas Hair Cuttery kept messing up and couldnt make a straight line to save their lives. I lost more hair every time I went in there so they could fix the previous mistake. Now my kids go to Sport clips, but my fav is Q!!! Hands down! Hardly ever a wait, and excellent service.

I had nice long hair and asked for them to cut it shorter on the sides and longer on top and then they took a 4 and gave me a long buzz cut now my hair looks horrible.

Just left this location. Asked for a fade haircut. What I got was shaved all the way to the top and the rest was barely cut. Looks like I had a bowl put on my head. Call and they said to come back and they would correct it?? How can you correct a shaved head that is WAY too short??

All of the employees at this location are awesome. They have outstanding customer service. I like that they vacuum and dust there area in between every customer.

Do not use Angi. She cut off all my hair. I asked for a fade and she gave me a high and tight military style cut, even with how short it is its still uneven. Never using this place again.

No matter what I ask for I always end up with a cop cut. After 3 years of that I swore Id never go back to a sport clips.

Best place in the Pasadena area to get a hair cut!! I have never had a bad cut or experience since I started going there for my hair cuts. Stylists are always super nice and hey, theres ESPN on every channel --double bonus!

I go here regularly, usually on the same day of the week and I dont think I have ever had the same stylist. Ive asked and they do not have regular shifts. How can you stick with someone who does your haircut the way you want?

Ive been going there for years and have always gotten the same haircut. They have a lot of turn over with employees especially managers so haircut quality has varied but been acceptable until now. I went in to get the same old haircut (high and tight)and one looked at me and said what is that and another one said they (Sport Clips) werent allowed to do that haircut. So theyve now lost three very regular customers because of it.

7/7/2016 Went to get a haircut (just the sides and back faded) first I had to stand outside because the door was locked until 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open but the stylist working already had a client in her chair giving a haircut before they opened! Then the three customers were all told that she is the only stylist because the other person called out so she was already trying to hurry. Then I showed the stylist an example of the fade I wanted and said I would like the sides and back to look like this she then proceeded to cut the length of the top were I didnt want ANY if the length cut. Just what I said fade the sides and back! So I had to completely change my haircut because of this. Then the stylist couldnt even fade at all I have a huge ring around my whole head where she says its just the light in here also said its just wet in that spot This is ridiculous I told her this wasnt what I wanted at all but still had to pay full price ( minus my $2 coupon) dont go here if you want anything other than a simple childs haircut. I dont even think you would be happy with that! Probably wont even hear anything from these people!

My husband and 2 boys have been going there for about 2 years until last night, worst haircuts ever, my husband said the lady cutting his hair must have just finished school or never have been to school she did such a horrible job he needs to go to a professional and get it fixed. My sons hair is horrible, today is picture day and I cant even have pictures taken it so bad. Again girl cut hair like she had never done it before, the only saving grace is my other son gets a crew cut and its kind of hard to screw that up, it doesnt look great but at least its fixable. My middle son will most likely need a crew cut to fix the mess they made. We will NEVER return to Sports Clips again, I would not even let them groom my dog !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a line at hair cuttery, so we walked over to sport clips. They had no line, no wait. My son is 8yrs old. He asked for a mohawk. He sat very still, and he seemed happy with it, but after we left we realized it was crooked/uneven.... maybe they do better with adults? The hair stylist we had was friendly, not sure if I will take him back or not.

Sweet people working there. They do a good job on the hair cut and you can watch sports while you wait and while you are getting a cut.

I like the non-salon atmosphere and the MVP treatment is nice. If they only offered straight shaves...

Horrible. I had one girl that must have still been in school learning to cut hair because I went in for a trim (I have short hair) an i wanted it so I wouldnt have to do it in the morning. I told the lady I wanted it thinned an straight down. She clearly didnt undetdtand English because she made my hair parted to the side an then had to get another women to come an help her fix my hair line

Would not recommend. I got here 30 minutes before they close, as I was walking up to the door they turned off the open light and locked the door. Very bad first experience. Never going back.

I live in Owings Mills, and I drive all the way here just so Chandani can wash my hair. Its sad what the Owings Mills Sports Clips has turned too. Over charging customers for Red Box when its Free at ever other Sports Clips. I really hope the ownership there changes soon; and that Corporate makes a change.

This is unfortunately the third bad hair cut Ive gotten there. Not too picky but bad is bad. Last week tried to go and they closed early for no reason and seem to do what they want.

My wife took my son there hes 9 and she did a horrible job the top he gets a 2 and a half had uneven hair and it seems like they see how fast they can cut the persons hair so if to need a cut in under 3 minutes this is your place if you like to have a nice hair cut and enjoy it go somewhere else
