You will not find a better barber shop period end of story! I found this place through word of mouth. I got a haircut in Glendale, CA and didnt like the haircut or the atmosphere of the place. I was walking down the street and started a conversation with another person and he said check out this place called Just In Time. The following week I was looking for a soul food/BBQ place in Pasadena. Well, I couldnt believe it I walked right pass the place. I wasnt ready for a haircut but this pass weekend I went with my son and we both received the best haircuts in a long time. My son was being strong willed and didnt want a haircut I even walked out of the place. However, after convincing him we got his haircut done nice. The barber was very patient with him.This is a family owned business, excellent conversations with the barbers from college football to life. There is no better place and I will be back. They can cut any textured hair as I have more of a thicker hair texture. While my son has straight hair texture. Just In Time will having you looking tight or as Outkast would say, so fresh and so clean. If you live in Glendale, Pasadena or any where within a 20 mile radius of Just In Time you are in for a great haircut and a great experience!

Excellent local barber shop. Specializing in African African hair, however I see that people of all ethnicities frequent this barber shop. Thats kind of rare. They do charge a few dollars more for a cut than many other barber shops. Youll always be happy with the results when you get a haircut here.

Every time I’ve gone it’s a hit or miss, last time I asked for a hard part and the barber didn’t comb my hair when cutting the hard part but just decided to cut my hair and I ended up with an uneven hard part that was literally an inch wide. Other times I’ve gotten a good fade, just depends on the barber it seems.

Awesome talented barbers, who always open and ready for business, save me last year, when I waited to the last minute to get my sons hair cut, they were opened and ready for everyone.... just love the place, i will not be going anywhere else.... thank fellas!!!!

Went in here for the first time a few weeks ago. Nice friendly staff. A elderly gentleman called Joe cut my hair. I wanted a low fade with a line up. Joe gave me a high fade and both sides didnt match at all. One side was darker than the other and the line up was terrible.Ended up fixing it at home because I couldnt trust him anymore

The owner definitely hounds you as soon as you walk in. The cuts are adequate buts its $25. Im not getting a design in my head. Im not asking for some type of crazy do. I just want a nice even steven and a line up. I may have to learn how to cut hair.

Was just made aware of an incident that occurred on July 19th around 5pm where a toddler was cussed at (shut the F up) for crying by one of the barbers, Juanita Cooper. When told not to speak to the child that way, Juanita doubled down on her inappropriateness and disrespect and told the toddlers 70+ year old grandfather to shut the F up then proceeded to tell him to come outside so she could F him up. This all occurred in the presence of the owner, Chuck Walker, and he did nothing and still hasnt done anything. Juanita remains employed and an apology has not been issued. I am beyond disgusted and would advise patrons to avoid this establishment. Just In Time...your time is up!Id suggest you check out Luke Walkers Barber and Beauty instead where you will be treated with respect and provided excellent customer service.

I would give this place zero stars if I could ! The haircut they gave my husband absolutely sucked. He asked for them to line it up and they did a horrible job. They cut it all crooked and thought they were done?? This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all.

The neighborhood spot!! The guys sometimes crack jokes on each other and remind me of being back in the ATL. Football Sunday the game is always on. Everybody in there can cut.

Got a great cut for an average price. Lineup and shapeup $20. Explained to the guy what I wanted and was given exactly that. No complaints. No bad vibes. I like what I got. Was new to the area and was looking for black barbers and found them. (They even sell stuff like #blacklives tshirts etc). It looked like their was an attached hair salon next door so If thats what youre looking for then perhaps call and inquire.

Went 2 times. First time was ok, dispite the fact that it looks lime no pne has dusted in years, I had my sons hair cut. No one washed his head before cutting it. While he had his jair cut, had my hair hair done by Wanita, it was alright... nothing fancy, i wanted a silk press nd maybe some curl but it was very basic. Went ahead and scheduled my 2nd appt that day because i figured i would try again. At my second appt, she arrived late, i asked for more curl... while curling my hair, she burnt my forehrad at my hair line. She got me pretty good too. Needless to say I will not go back.
