I have been going here for many years, as has everyone in our building. Mitch is 100% honest and a great mechanic. I just take our cars there and shrug when they tell me the price because it is always reasonable and I know the price is better than competitive. I never worry that I am being taken advantage of in any way. Best mechanic Ive used.

Took a friends car here to be serviced last year and they were professional. Decided to take my car and again they were professional. Further, they diagnosed my car and the cost to fix was going to be the same as the value of the car so I didnt get it done. I was concerned that I was going to get a hefty bill but to my delight they did not charge me.I have previously referred friends to them and will continue to do so.

I called this place to see if they can jump start my car. I dont have any AAA or road side assistance. My car was having battery problems, an it would die from time to time. Thankfully, over the phone I talked to Mitch. He was very understnading and agreed to meet me. I gave him the location and said he would be there in a few. No joke, in less than 5 min he was there with jumper cables and his mechanic guy. They jump started my car and it was working right away. Mitch later introduced himself, and I was very relieved. We parted ways and he didnt charge me at all. Have to say, best customer service ever. Thank you again. :)))))

I am a mechanical engineer so I know a good bit about cars and how they function. I took my car to Mitchs thinking I would get a good fix, it was also close by and had good reviews. I told them my car was old and I additionally described the issue and told them I thought it was the fuel pump. I also told them my car was extremely old so I didnt want to put more money in it unless the fix would work. The mechanic told me it wasnt the fuel pump and that it was an issue that cold be fixed with 150 dollars of work. When I asked how confident he was he said 90 percent (leaving that window open if it didnt) He said it worked, I picked up the car and thought everything is good. In reality the fix did nothing and I am left with a car that wouldnt start the next day. Turns out the problem was the one I assumed it was. Basically I was fleeced of 150 dollars by mechanics who clearly know less about fixing the cars than their customers. Definitley would not recommend. Please go elsewhere.

Been here twice and each time I got exactly what I asked for with zero upsell. Gave me an update on condition of brakes, etc with honest assessment. Will recommend and continue to patronize.

Yesterday while driving to work, I picked up a kitten in the street. The silly little thing, once in my vehicle, promptly crawled up underneath my dashboard. I couldnt find it, and couldnt get it out on my own, so I drove to Mitchs to see if they could help.I was helped immediately, even though I was just a walk in, and they were very reassuring that they would be able to get the kitten out. After removing my glovebox, we were finally able to spot it. They couldnt get it out that day, because the kitten had gotten stuck and we could barely reach it, so they let my car stay with them over night.The next morning, the kitten had crawled out on its own, after those other pieces were moved out of its way, and they called to let me know my car and the kitten were ready to be picked up. I was surprised when I got there to find that they werent going to charge me for removing the kitten!I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon them and will probably be back in the future for my cars needs.

When I can’t do the work myself, or get stuck, I always take my car to Mitch’s Auto. Pricing is extremely fair, the service writer and Mitch are so friendly and helpful, and all of the techs have done an awesome job on my 1991 Toyota MR2 (which not many shops are comfortable working on); From replacing a broken wheel stud, to swapping my steering rack, they do it all, and in a timely manner as well!Check em out! 👍👍

Always honest and up front and tells me whats needed now and what work can wait. This week Mitchs estimate to replace my alternator came in almost $600 cheaper than the scam artists at the dealership. Plus Mitch said the other 2 repairs the dealership claimed were urgent were non-issues. I recommend Mitchs to everyone I know.

Mitch is our go-to mechanic. Its so difficult to find an honest mechanic and hes the best. Oil changes and relatively expensive but everything else is fair

They charge you for labor fee $25 for oil change. I never saw place that charge for labor fee for Oil change. If you just wanna do simple oil change just go somewhere else.
