Third time of used Lone Star Muffler and every time they never less than impress. Technicians are friendly and well knowledgeable. Office staff polite, kind and thoughtful always trying to provide their customers the best possible service at reasonable prices. Hope I dont need exhaust repairs in the near future. However, when I do, I know exactly where Ill be going.

Went and had mufflers put on my 2014 Cadillac CTS-V Sport.They did a great job and I was in and out in 30 minutes.The car sounds great and I will definitely go back to do business with them again.Real cool guys.

I had struts and shocks replaced. A few days later front end starts making a noise I took it back they determined was a strut. Sure enough the brand new strut had a bad bushing. They replaced In a timely manner no questions asked or hee hawing. They stand by there work. Joey knows his stuff. Diagnosed the bad strut.

Guys working on exhaust left brake pad hanging on making a lot of noise they have bad attitude. lone star was a good shop years ago when they actually cared about the customer. Recommend going down the road to Herrera muffler shop good prices and customer friendly.

Not everyday you have a company shake your hand, and shake your hand right. Outstanding business. Quoted me a price, and fixed it for that price. Id say probably cheapest in town. Well worth the drive from kemah. Was in and out with in an hour, and they started working as soon as I showed up. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Thought it was a major brake job so I went in got a FREE quote after going to another mechanic and getting another quote. They diagnosed the problem saved me $100 compared to the other mechanic. the other mechanic was telling me I had to buy a whole new Disc, Lone star told me I did not have to, it was still pretty new and just had to shave it down just a bit, so they were honest, Scott was very friendly, and the guys look like hard workers, fast. They replace all four brake pads and shaved the rotors or discs in about an hour and a half. I will go back on my next brake problem on either of my vehicles :)

I had went to three different muffler shop to see what was the rattling noise under my suburban, and all three shop said I needed a new catalyst converter and which all three was charging on average $185 to $200. I just wanted to see one more place and fix it, and am glad I found these guys cause all it needed was to tighten up the screw that hold my catalyst underneath the driver side. Problem solve no more rattling noise without paying 185 to 200 dollars. If I need anything done to my muffler best bet am going back to Lone star muffler.

They are pretty good. But sometimes their attitude is what makes me wanna go somewhere else. But other than that they do great jobs

Nice, but hacks when it comes to doing the job right.Need a new converter? Hope you never need to lower the exhaust again because they cut off the flanges and weld it up solid. Having to remove the complete exhaust from front to back is a pain in the ass.Want some performance? They have no idea what mandrel bent means and will be happy to crush you up a nice restrictive exhaust. Even to the point of not wanting to make money. Told him I didnt care how long it took, I wanted it done right and Id pay. Nope, he insisted on crushed pipe so I wasted time and money having my project car towed there and back to not even be properly finished.

Piss poor attitude.Damaged my vehicle and acted like they didnt care. Ive been here 6 or 7 times with 3 vehicles but I dont think Ill be coming back ever. They have lost a repeat customer due to the general attitude of the whole company.
