Had a blow out on a tire that I got from discount tire 3 days ago. They replaced it with no hassle. Reasons like today is why I only go to discount tire for tires. They arent grimy salesmen

Its never fun having to replace a tire or get a patch or plug on one, but it happens, life is always winding up a curveballs.But my local Discount tire always does the best they could possibly do to help, the people that work there are good at what they do, kind and are always seemingly having a good time.Its pricey, and the waits can be long, but good service and reliable quality comes with that.

All I need is to get tires aired due to cold weather. The individuals who are not working on cars are just standing around. There is a line for airing up tires. If there is an issue with providing a service ice in a timely manner, then do not advertise it as a provided service. A 10 minute wait to air up tires with 4 people walking around is not efficient customer service.

A young man walked out o my car immediately upon my arrival. I went inside while he checked out my car. He was at the counter with me within three minutes. We went over my work order, he gave me an estimated time that my car would be ready. Everybody there was courteous and knowledgeable.

This place has always had great professional service, Ive purchased tires for all my vehicles here and have had repair and maintenance done. All the guys are very quick and knowledgeable about the tires and services performed. Of course sometimes there is a wait but if you go online to set an appointment, it makes things easier so you wont have to rush to try to be the first customer in the morning 😉

Had a flat they fixed it and was fast

10/10 Never had a bad experience here! Just had a tire replaced this week, and wasn’t sure what to expect with the social distancing going on now. Everything went smoothly. Scott was the one who took care of me, but ALL the of the employees were clearly working hard. They didn’t have my specific tire in stock, so he ordered it for me, and sure enough it arrived and was replaced within the same day. Will definitely keep my business here at this location. The wait time was not so great😒but I’m sure it was because everybody got that “stimy”😂including me🙋🏻‍♀️☺️. I always come here to get my vehicles serviced anyway. Having warranty on my tires is totally worth it!!

Great Customer Service

The worst service ever. COVID is not a reasonable excuse because I’ve been to other locations in the Houston area and their services never took so long. All that was needed for my car was a simple tire rotation. This location seems overwhelmed. Please make an appointment and plan to leave your car here for several hours oír getting any type of service.

Came with my tire going on flat paid for a new one waiting over an hour for the service to be done. Asked for them to put air in my tire so I can drive around to where they needed me to so they can do the work. By this time my tire is completely on flat to the rim! Had to drive my car around then get on the machine and oops what do you know my car drops on as I drive onto it. All the guy had to do was put air in my tire like I asked to avoid it 😒

Trash . Ordered rims . Saying they will get there in 6 Business days . Then got told forsure the week comming up and never came in then got my order cancelled so waited almost a month for nothing . Never go there waist of time lost my business so yea trash can

Took my wife’s car to have the tires rotated. One of the technicians forgot to put my locknut back on one of the back wheels. (Simple mistake) I didnt notice it until a week later. I went back today and talked to one of the managers. I believe his name was Mickey. He came out to my car in the rain and said he would replace them no problem. Super nice guy and very professional. Thanks discount. I will continue to buy all my tires from y’all.

Aside from this location being busy the experience was great. The guy helping me was very informative in my choices for replacing a tire. Cause you get all the free air you want, but paying customers have to wait, so you get a good laugh and wonder how they stay in business.

Fast, friendly and they had what I needed in stock. Just my opinion, but I think a tire shop should also be able to do alignments since it is recommended to have an alignment when you get new tires. They did however recommend a shop they had a coupon for. No review for the recommended shop since I havent been there yet.

Told the guy to make sure he replaced my chrome stem cover and chrome valve cap and he said no problem. So he put the standard black one on. Meaning he threw the chrome ones in the trash. I had to pay for those

I initially spoke to William, from the very beginning I was received very courteously, he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. The tires I was looking for needed to be ordered and he said that I I would get a call when they came in. From previous experiences, I thought I would have to follow up but William called me as soon as they got them and arranged for me to drop my vehicle off. Juan cashed me out when I came back for my vehicle and he was great too. I have been in charge of the maintenance of my vehicles for over 15 years, I say this because; in all those years I have NEVER had such a hassle-free, stress-free, pleasant experience buying tires. Without a doubt, I will be coming back to this location. I am not sure who manages this particular location, but, they are doing an AMAZING job, their employees really seem to care about us as a client.

I had to replace two worn tires on my mothers car in one day because I was leaving town to return home the next day. They ordered the two tires and told me that they would probably arrive at the end of the day around 5pm. The service agent said that if I didnt get a call from him in the afternoon to come in at 5pm and he would put me in line to get my tires replaced even though they closed at 6pm. The tires arrived just after 5 and they installed the tires before they closed down for the night, which was around 7pm. They thanked me for my patience, but I am glad they accommodated me and my need to have the tires replaced today.

Took way to long at the counter. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me and ignored me. I expect better from DT.

Called ahead from another branch had everything paid for 1 wheel and tire. The rep was informed that I was on my way. Did not inform anyone else of the order. There were 2 vehicles ahead of me and the forgot I was waiting until I came back inside(had my daughter in the car). Even then they had to find the wheel. Waited well over an hour for 1 wheel tire.

I went in to get my tires checked. Thank goodness I went my tire was very low but let me say this, WOW!!! There are some good looking guys here!! Just FYI. Service was efficient and professional. Wow!! Just wow!!

I bought new tires. The workers usually work as fast as they can and because of that they forgot to add the last touch to one of my tires (besides the fact they barely screw in all my rim caps) when I got home which it isnt far from there. I came to realize one of the tires was already flat. I called them and came back. They made me pay for a new tire insurance even though it was their fault. I was furious because they were a gift from somebody important in my life. The workers were acting mad and disrespectful also. One I got home, I drove around for a couple of hours and I didnt realize one of my rim caps fell out. I called them and told them about the situation and manager said he was willing to pay for it to cover it. The rims are custom made so it was really hard to find one and expensive. When the manage found out the price he refused to pay. So overall I dont recommend anybody ever coming to this place!!!

After trying and failing, somehow, to convince a Firestone location to take my money to fix a tire puncture, I took the car to this Discount Tire.The tire was repaired quickly and competently, and for no charge.Im going to need to replace the tires on this car soonish, and Ill definitely be using Discount Tire for the work.

I had a great experience today at this fine run tire store.I have purchased tires for my old Toyota here just once before but they remembered me.I was in a new truck with factory tires and had a nail in both front tires. No warranty from Discount because they came from the dealer but they treated as such. I was so surprised that I expected the manager to chase me down. lolI will for sure buy my new tires in 40k from this store. Always great service and prompt.Thanks.

I went there on my lunch break for possible tire damage that might be covered under warranty. There was no damage to the tire, a piece of wood got jammed between the rim and tire, and they safely removed the piece of wood free of charge. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were very professional, friendly and courteous.

Clean shop. Their honest and quickly yet efficiently get you back on the rd. And the staff is great. There was none ( Preston) that went above and beyond. He helped me and proceeded to help others in between.

Would give them a lower rating if I could! My wife went to get two new tires. Put the new tires on the rear and old tires on the front! Told my wife that they can not put them on the front because they were on the rear already! They changed them to the front until she called me and told them I wanted them in the front. Poor attitude from the sale representative.
