I have made business with This office for over 2 years with a high monthly payment. I have always paid on time being a loyal customer have always had Auto payments on my bill. I changed my car which is lesser value than the one I previously owned and when I call to get a new quote the agent wanted to charge and ever higher rate for a less value car because it was “new”. I decided it was time to go to a different agency. I called Allstate specifically to this office to cancel my policy. Typically if you know how to do your job you will inform the person “ hey you still have an outstanding balance would you like to take care of it right now”? Right! That was not the case to this office, The person sent me an EMAIL with my cancellation and said there was nothing else to be done “THAT WAS IT”. A month later I receive a collection notice from Allstate inquiring about a debt THAT I WAS NOT INFORMED OF. The office didn’t even do a courtesy call to inform me about this debt, until I reached out to the office and the agent had the audacity to say “ I don’t know why nobody told you about it” I find this very unprofessional upon the office and their agents because collections is a serious matter to not play with. Point being if you do business with this Agency make sure you do your self a favor and ask if there is an outstanding balance so you don’t get sent to collections.

I was with another insurance provider for 10 years and every year my rate would go up, even though I did not have tickets or accidents. My insurance went from $30 a month to $62 in that time. Then when I finally got my own car, I asked my then insurance carrier for a full coverage rate and they told me a number that was outrageously high. So I shopped around another insurance company quoted me an even higher rate. Then I called All-State on Washington Blvd and within minutes I got the best quote, deal, and coverage plan at $100 cheaper a month than the other guys. Im glad I made the switch to All-State. Very friendly staff and helpful too!

On top of the excellent coverage and dues, his excellent customer service exceeds anything I have expected or have experienced. Making sure I am up to date, aware of any changes or adjustments, or simply just checking in to see how I am feeling about my coverage or if I have any questions.
