Ariel at Little Wolf Rescue was very easy to communicate with during our dog adoption process. We submitted our application, heard back within 24 hours, and met our dog 24 hours after that. She made sure our new dog was up to date with all of his vaccinations before the adoption was finalized making our adoption process even easier. Our dog was with a foster for two weeks prior to coming to us so he was already housebroken and new a few commands such as sit and down. We are now lucky to have a new adorable 4 legged family member and recommend LWR to anyone!

Frustrating experience. I contacted the rescue to adopt a shy dog who was in training. Was referred by Ariel to Megan ( volunteer/ trainer).Megan said she didn’t want to txt and so we talked on the phone. She said lets do meet and greet over the weekend and she would call me ( by Friday) to schedule it for the weekend. We waited excitedly all week and Wednesday i reminded Megan about scheduling our weekend appointment to come and meet the puppy. Nothing until Saturday. Frustrated I contacted both to ask what is going on. After one reply each and apology communications stopped.Stay away from this place. Not enjoyable in anyway.

We adopted a senior Chihuahua from LittleWolf and it was a wonderful experience. Ariel, the person who fronts this organization, is a tireless animal advocate. I continue to support her and this organization as Im able to, because the care they show their recued and rehomed animals is fantastic.***Im sharing this review because Im shocked to see what I feel is an unfair one that was recently posted.To rate an animal rescue with one star because youre having a tantrum over scheduling a meeting -- which is the responsibility of the foster, NOT the animal rescue itself -- seems grossly irresponsible. Its a testament to LittleWolf that they chose not to continue to engage with a potential adopter who showed a lack of personal accountability.One star is for a place where theres neglect, harm, and nefarious activity. This is a dog rescue not a hair salon. 🙄End rant***
