Ricardo came to our place and diagnosed the issue. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and didn’t feed me unnecessary services or charge me exorbitant fees.I even got him to service our company’s HVAC. Hands down the best technician I met. Smart, funny, and very knowledgeable.

Ricardo was very responsive, honest, knowledgeable, quick and fair. Our air broke on Saturday of labor day weekend. He came over within an hour, we needed a new motor and it was fixed by Tuesday afternoon, only because it was a special order. Would have been faster if it wasnt. I almost dont want to give this review because I want to keep Ricardo to myself! He is THE BEST. Our AC went out during the hottest time of the year and it was 90 degrees in our house. I called the first business that had good reviews and talked to Ricardo who squeezed me in between two clients, hoping it would be an easy fix. Unfortunately it wasnt so he left (so as not to put his other clients out) and came back after a long day (7:30!). Needless to say, the guy is honest, caring and passionate about his trade. He goes above and beyond what youd ever expect (he even offered to put up two screens that were laying in my yard). Super sweet and knows his stuff!

Ricardo showed up when he said he would. He explained everything about how he made a diagnosis of why my furnace had an intermittent failure to light.An indication that he is very skilled and has a lot of experience was that three separate factors were involved, and he took care of all of them without any problem (clean flame sensor, repair blower fan, replace filter).Given that, his price was quite reasonable.I have no hesitation recommending him.

Ricardo serviced our heater a year ago and was able to fix it when two other repairman said I would need a total replacement.Today he serviced a different heater (but the same kind as before which was built in the 70ies) and spent nearly 3 hours working on it. I was expecting a much larger bill. When I asked him why he wasn’t charging me for the new part he replaced he said “on the house.”How many repairman do this in this day and age here in Los Angeles? Far too many are just out to rip you off. I even had one repairman years ago purposely cut a slit in our year-old heater so he could say it needed to be totally replaced.Ricardo is a rare find. And it was so nice that when I called a year later he answered with a “hi Jeffery! Happy holidays! He remembered me and the house as if it were yesterday. He even offered to come on the same day within just a couple of hours of my call even though it was on a Saturday, undoubtably his busiest day.

Ricardo was able to show up same day and fix our thermostat. He took the time to walk me through exactly where the problem was and helped me understand how my old furnace and A/C system was wired. Honest, helpful service.

I purchased a mini-split AC system online and Ricardo installed it. Usually, a unit is purchased through the installer, but he was willing to work with me and just charged me on the labor for install and testing. He did great work and was priced fairly. The unit is up and running well and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend hiring him and I will do so again if I have future needs!

Ricardo is extremely responsive & thorough. He has serviced both our A/C unit and heater. Our AC system wasn’t working that well bc the ducting in our crawl space was messed up. I’m glad we found Multi Air Service and Ricardo bc they cleaned us right up! He also found leaks in the attic and patched up some of the vents. Now we can feel air flowing in all of our vents and it’s just in time for the heat! Thank goodness!! On top of doing good work, Ricardo is also very honest and ethical. I found his explanations helpful and enlightening. Don’t hesitate to use Multi Air- you won’t regret it!

As a property manager, I have used the services of numerous HVAC companies. I can unequivocally say that Ricardo at Multi Air Service is exceptional. Earlier this year, I had another HVAC company come out the the apartment next door to the one that Ricardo visited for the exact same issue. The technician from the other company detected that there was a problem, but was sorely lacking in coming up with a solution for the problem. That technicians suggestion was to upgrade the 3 pipes with 4 pipes, which would have proven extremely costly.Not only did Ricardo educate me on the uses of the different types of furnace filters, he also pointed out a minor issue with a cover on an exhaust stack that should be corrected, and provided the correct solution to the problem at a reasonable cost. I am so glad I finally found someone who actually knows what they are doing. Multi Air Service is a keeper!
