I really like this hair salon. I always go to Laura she really knows her business. She is great with hair style color cuts and she is very cordial and friendly to her clients. I also like Barb she also is very good hair stylists she is good with color cuts and styles.. She is great with older clients. There should be more there like those 2 beauticians working there. Shanon at the Parmatown location is excellent! She took care of both me and my daughter today. My hair looks and feels so much better! I just wanted a simple trim for the both of us. However…My daughter absolutely hates getting her hair cut. She cries and freaks out. She is very tender headed and don’t like anyone messing with her hair except me (mommy). Shanon was very sweet and patient with my very stubborn little girl. We will be return customers for sure! Thank you so so much for your help and your patience with my difficult little lady! I went to Cost Cutter Parma for a hair color touch up and trim (natural dark hair to blonde process). My appointment was put down as a cut rather than a color so my styalist was unprepared. She fit me in though and did an amazing job! My only opinion of this establishment though is they employ amazing workers that are under paid, understaffed, over worked and under appreciated. 5 starts to my styalist. 1 star for the establishment. Average score of 3 stars

I normally have a great experience but this time around I got a stylist who I did not recognize. Im pretty simple with fine hair. I requested face framing layers in the front and a trim. This girl was new..... now my layers are so uneven I have an appointment on Monday with a salon to get them fixed! My lesson is dont trust any stylist. I did not catch her name but she had dark hair with blue highlights. BEWARE. This is the only bad experience I ever had here and will now NEVER return to this location. Should have waited for Courtney.

I had an amazing experience with Sabrina! She has a very friendly personality and takes the time to get to know you. I came in to do a partial highlight for my engagement photos and the results were fabulous. My fiancé loves it so much he thinks I found a new place to get my hair done.

I will be a longtime customer of this location. Ive had 3 women work on me. The price is reasonable (130 for cut and color) the women are awesome, very nice. Theyre all friendly, funny, and they wont insult you if you come in after using box color. Which Ive dealt with other places. I will always recommend them.

I went in today for a pretty easy basic haircut. Number 2 shave all around. I wanted my neck cleaneand up and squared.The older stylist at 9 am did the cut. She however didnt square the neck or clean up my neck line.. However still charged me $17 and got a tip. For that price my wife shouldnt have to clean it up later. Not happy and it not even close to$12

Ive been coming here since last year and every time Ive gotten Courtney and she is so GOOD my hair always look great and shes really personable.

I never do reviews but I was nervous to go somewhere new. I read all the reviews before I went and I’m so happy I did!! I came in on a Sunday to hopefully get my hair fixed after going to another salon who really messed my hair up. I got Janina and she is AMAZING from start to finish! I have long hair and she took her time to make sure it was perfect. Went back yesterday for a color and it was another AMAZING experience!! Highly recommend and will never go anywhere else!

Sent my husband to Lyndsey. He’s got this ridiculously thick head of hair and has been to places all over the city. This was the BEST cut he ever got!! He’ll be back!

Great hair cut from Courtney

The cut was simple. My sons hair was two tone (grown out die). He had her cut the blonde off. Not even a style. She did not blow dry at all (not even to get the cut hairs off of his shoulders). Also, she sprayed something on his hair before she started and it ruined his shirt!! Bleached the top of the shirt where his hair used to lay!

Not real happy right now as I have waited weeks to get in here. I was supposed to have an appointment today at 10am and there is no one here. I have waited in the parking lot 30 minutes thinking they are running late. However I have counted 4 additional people that also had appointments trying to look and see why no one is answering the door. There is no note on the door and when you call there is no answer. Another person frustrated walks up and bangs on the door. This is no way to run a business. I should get my services free for a reschedule. They have my information on file why didnt they call to let us know they would have to cancel and be closed!

I’ve typically had great haircuts here, but had a bad one today. My hairdresser today couldn’t seem to grasp what I was describing (even though I showed her a pic). My final cut looked nothing like what I showed her. I am so disappointed and don’t think I will return. She didn’t talk to me throughout the appt and had me facing away from the mirror the entire time.

Ive noticed that since Cost Cutters took over Best Cuts they are becoming cheaper and cheaper. Best cuts used to send coupons on a frequent basis and they would be anywhere from $2 to $4 off a haircut. Cost Cutters rarely sends any coupons and when they do its for $1. They increase the price of haircuts and decrease the amount of incentive. They are becoming very cheap. Must be more money that the CEOs are stuffing in their pockets.

I was not happy with my haircut. It felt rushed and ended up being crooked as hell. My husband tried to repair when we got home. Not really the hairstyle I described. I hadnt cut my hair in four months due to a medical problem. Normally I see a Master stylist at JCPenneys, but nothing with her was available. She charges $10 more, but let me tell you, well worth the money now I see. I went here because my daughter, her husband and two grandchildren raved about it. I didnt ask who their stylist was. That was probably my problem. Next time Ill wait for my regular girl.

Barb is the best. I used to go to much higher priced salons but I decided to try and cut back on my spending. I went to several other salons trying to find someone that I could be happy with and Barb fit the bill perfectly. Shes very personable and talented. She listens to what you want. Everyone is friendly. No awkward silences, they remember things you talked about before. All round VERY pleasant experience.

I always come out happy with my hair when I go here. I havent yet met a stylist I didnt like. I have a bit of social anxiety so its not often I enjoy this sort of experience, but theyre so welcoming and kind that I leave feeling great.

I have extreme anxiety with haircuts, and because of it, I only let select people touch my hair. I have had the absolute worst luck with finding the perfect stylist, and Ive had a few chop jobs in the process. I put my hair on the line (literally) and took a risk here at Best Cuts. Sam was my stylist. She is beautiful first off, and such a friendly person. She understood my anxiety, and she took really good care of me. She made me feel at ease. I came out of there looking fantastic. Sam is my girl! Shes the best!! :) I hope and pray she sticks around for a while. Thanks Sam!!

I was told it would be just a minute wait. Was kept waiting 45 minutes. Never updated once. Women who came in after me to get hour long haircuts were put in front of me. They said they had appointments but every time I call they say they dont schedule appointments. Every time I go I am kept waiting 30 min to an hour. I will never go back.

Kelly is excellent!!!! My hair is very long and through the years I have had stylists who chopped my hair all up and made it way too short even though I told them not to! I would walk out crying so I was always scared to get my hair trimmed. Kelly is excellent and I NEVER have to worry about my hair being chopped up. She tells me the truth about how much of my hair is dead ends and then I tell her to try not to take off to much but make sure it looks healthy and nice. Afterwards my hair looks thick and healthy again and its still long!!!!!! It looks excellent now and I had so many dead ends because I procrastinate and havent had my hair trimmed in like 6 or 7 months. Despite all those dead ends its amazing how she was able to keep it long, get rid of the dead ends, plus make it look thick and healthy! I am so grateful for her because I never have to worry anymore and thats a huge relief. She is honest and has so much class and manners about herself! If you have long hair and dont want it chopped up way too short then GO TO KELLY!

Very unique items

I asked for layers. The girl trimmed my hair. Didn’t ask one time, if I like it or wanted more off? Actually did not say one word to me the whole time. Less then 5 minuets in the chair, she pull out a blow dryer. Wanted to dry my hair that she didn’t cut. Will never go back there again!!!

Ive suffered with extreme anxiety about getting my hair done but really wanted a gentle ombre done to add a little definition to me. Everyone was so kind and the girl who styled my hair listened to every concern I had about lightening my hair. She explained every step of the process and helped me feel assured that my hair would be okay. Not only did I get comfortable with having my hair done, I became confident because of the incredible talent that the girl had. My ombre was SPOT on what I wanted and I have never felt better. Defiantly the place to go!

Never coming here again in my life and will recommend everyone else does the same. My hair is butchered. Asked for 1 inch off and long layers and to trim my side bangs. It looks terrible. I was told by family and than at a salon when I went after to get balayage a week later that my haircut looks terrible. Literally cant believe I was growing my hair out for 2 years for me to have to restart because someone didnt know how to cut hair.

She did red and blonde hilights and she did so good a few people took photos and put them up as how they wanted their hair. I told them go to britteny. I have had this done to my hair every year and this is the best anyone has ever done... .. Thank you Brittney! you are the best... I wanted to give credit where credit is due....
