We went there because Home Depot did not have what we needed. Lowes actually had exactly what we were looking for. The floor associates were pleasant and helpful, and the store was a cleaner and lot more organized than the other place.

Ordered ceiling fans in Store with promise of one week delivery and in store pick-up. After two weeks and no phone call I stopped in. Could not find order but when they did they said there was an error in placing the order (no error in taking my $600). Error corrected and now four weeks later with no word from this Parker CO store, I stopped in to check on the order. 3/5 fans were in and no solution. No phone call with update. No customer service. No solutions. No manager willing to talk to me. No service!! Good news is I got a full refund and I never have to go back!!

Normally I love Lowes. However, we purchased a refrigerator and had it delivered. Our brand new flooring was scratched and a family heirloom destroyed this was in February and as of 5/24/2021 there has been no resolution and very little communication from them about the manner.

Would you run your business like this? I found the chainsaw I was looking for online and it said my local Lowes had 3 in stock. I beat a path there and they spent the next hour and 15 minutes trying to find it. Seriously! Over an hour. Over the past several years Lowes has rarely had the stuff Ive been looking for and Ive always looked for pretty common stuff. After spending lots of time there not finding what I need, I go to Home Depot and they always have it. One of Lowes problems is their shelves are out of so many things. I took pictures yesterday (a Thursday) while I was waiting for them to find the chainsaw. Ultimately, it comes down to this: Lowes sells what is best for them to sell, not what is best for their customers. Even though Home Depot is farther, I wont be going back to Lowes. Ever.

Cashier was very nice but other employees seemed to avoid helping. I loaded 50 boards alone while employees stood nearby talking to each other. I tried to get their attention but the walked away. The cashier made up for it though. Very helpful.

This store is convenient for me from a location standpoint so it is my preferred store. I never have an issue when I go to the store. The staff are friendly and helpful, I asked 4 separate people for assistance and they were quick, professional and eager to assist. I found everything I needed and got my military discount. It is typically busier on the weekends and sometimes pickings will be slim during those periods, but if you go during the week, it is pretty easy to get what you need.

Bob at the Parker store is very knowledgeable and a friendly associate!He listened to us for what we were looking for and suggested a few options for us that the store had in stock. Avoid this store at all cost! They didnt deliver over $1,000 worth of appliances on the scheduled date, said they ordered the wrong item, and refused to speak with me over the phone. It was extremely important that they delivered the appliances on the date that was promised. Called a few times. Each time i was placed on infinite hold, long enough to drive arround and run several errands while on hold Finally got ahold of a manager who gave a different story versus the voicemail we received and are saving. He claimed they would deliver the appliance in a few days. Well see... WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! Comcast can now say they arent the worst. Stick with Home Depot or any other store that isnt Lowes.

People in the shop customers are not having any knowledge. I went almost 3 times to the shop and not solved for my protection plan acceptance for lawnmower. Something saying all the time. Not sure whether protection plan really worth it or not with Lowes.In the shop nobody having good experience in the customer care …. Each time saying something… 1st time they said to call protection plan team. I did it and they sent out email to show in the shop. Again i brought my lawnmower to the shop and shown up email. but they said only to empty gas in lawnmower.. even I asked anything else needed pls let me know in advance… they said nothing needed. Now they are saying I need to have RA which not in email…they said to go and call again protection plan team and bring the number. They are not really thinking about customers pain bringing heavy lawnmower each and every time by loading and unloading. Totally I’m tired of doing this again and again and asking all the details with me. I paid protection plan to Lowes and not sure what details they used to maintain in the systems.Normally I used to purchase items with Lowes and I’m really not happy with Lowes now.

Rude lady at the return counter. Being treated unfairly and felt offended.I was trying to return 2 boxes of mixed bulbs I bought in early April that failed to grow after being planted for almost 2 month. The bulbs weren’t in healthy condition when I opened the box but I still decided to give them a try. No lucky. So I consulted with the return policies which seems that I can return if within 90 days of purchase. To make sure, I also checked with the online chat agent at Lowes.com before I headed to the store.At the Parker store, the lady, named Sherrie( or similar) was taking returns at that time. My turn, I asked her whether I can return the bulbs, she said she couldnt understand me. Im Asian and I know I have accent but not at a level will impact my communications. Maybe because I was the only one wearing a mask there? She didnt ask me to repeat my question. She took over my receipt and started to scan it and typing on the computer. During this process, she told me with a very bad altitude that the bulbs take 2 months to grow, which heard to me that I shouldnt even think about to return them. So, again, I asked her whether Im allowed to return them and stated that Id like to return if I can. I was asking the possibility of returning and willing to take them back if they cant be returned based on their policy. No answer to my question and she said to me that shes a gardener, and you dont know nothing planting in Colorado. What? How can she judge me like that? I dont care who she is at all. She didnt check on the bulbs condition and didnt ask any details from me but a judgement that I dont know planting.The products have 1 star rating and from the reviews I know Im not the only one facing the failure of growing them. Why should I receive such a judgement from a strange person?!Very unpleasant experience from my favorite Lowes store. This lady really should adjust her altitude.

There is nobody that works there that cares anything about customers. I ended up scaling a rack to find the breakers I needed while employees casually walked by. I dont know why anyone would come here when the home depot down the street is packed full of employees that make me feel like I just made their day by asking them about something they are passionate about.

Do not buy carpet or flooring from this Lowes. This may actually be the most incompetent store I have ever dealt with. They couldnt get the square footage correct (10 square feet vs 480 square feet) and they couldnt find the pad we had special ordered for a small section we were going to repair in addition to having them carpet two bedrooms. This was after they called and said it was there. I can honestly say that I will never step foot in another Lowes after dealing with the Parker one. Avoid at all costs.

Every employee I came in contact with asked me if I needed any help, and thats what I called an excellent customer service. I dont hate Lowes. They do NOT give money to Trump like Home Depot CEOs, but the delivery service for things like refrigerators, is poor. We ordered a much needed fridge a few weeks ago and had it cancelled two times. First due to them not making it clear that the item, when purchased online, could not be delivered due to distance, but they only canceled it on the day it was to be delivered, and then did they tell me, but the second time was a week ago because they couldnt find my order and never shipped it. We were on the phone three days trying to find out when it was going to be delivered, even though the scheduled day had passed. The store blames delivery and delivery blames the store. Either way, they lost a customer for any large appliances and an easy $2000.00 dollars.Curbside is EXCELLENT. They wear masks, are prompt and respectful. If they could have handled the delivery of the large appliances better, including contacting us or trying to fix the problem, maybe Id understand.

I must say that the people at Lowe’s are very competent and easy to work with, however their third party installers are extremely unprofessional. FIND A NEW COMPANY TO DELIVER/INSTALL APPLIANCES! We had to reschedule three times before we decided to pick up and install our washer and dryer ourselves. The first time, we had them deliver to our house on base, which we told them multiple times, yet the day of delivery one of the installers “didn’t bring an ID” so he couldn’t get onto base. He couldn’t turn around, go get his ID, and then install our appliances either so we had to reschedule. We get a call the next day from Lowe’s that the third party did not pick up our appliances as they were still sitting in the warehouse. After speaking to the manager, who told me he had fallen asleep during the delivery window, we decided to install our washer/dryer ourselves. Like I said, Lowe’s is great. Their third part installers are horrible. Don’t waste your time.

Im currently in the middle of the single most painful appliance purchase of my life. I would love to be able to speak to the Parker, CO. Lowes store manager but apparently the in-store phones dont work.I purchased a gas oven/range a few weeks back and had a great experience in the store. Delivery was set for 2 weeks out and I purchased the gas line hookup kit at the time. Fast forward to the delivery date and the delivery drivers inform my wife that the hookup kit was out of stock (who delivers an oven without the means to install it??). As to avoid a stove sitting in our garage for 2 weeks until the hookup kit came in, my wife asked them to just bring the stove back then. The delivery drivers became annoyed and stated that the oven was backordered and if she refused delivery we wouldnt get our stove for months. My wife begrudgingly allowed them to leave the stove in our garage at which point the driver insisted she sign that the unit was delivered without damage. As it was in the box AND the bottom had fallen out while they were carrying it in she refused. The driver stated if she was so worried about it she could open the box herself and inspect it. Annoyed, the delivery drivers left.After calling Lowes customer care, because you cannot reach a person at the actual store, they informed her that they had no record of us. After much effort they finally found us and stated we would be getting a call back from the manager and that all would be taken care of..... It wasnt.This morning drivers show up unannounced to hook up the unit. No call, no warning. My wife works from home and informed them that she had to put our dogs away. She promptly takes the dogs to an upstairs bedroom and comes back down to..... No one. Drivers left in the 3 minutes it took her.She calls Lowes customer service again and..... they cant find our account. This has been going on a month now. Totally unbelievable experience the whole way. Ill be going literally anywhere else in the future.

Paint department person seemed as though I was bothering him. When asked a question on a product all he did was walk over to the shelf and looked just like I did then told me nope dont have it the company dosent do that color in that product yet. The issue is the company, Krylon states they make it and you carry it and your site says you carry it. Hmmmmm so had to purchase another product that wasnt what I wanted. Trip there for nothing and subpar service.

Ordered online and did curbside pickup. Two stars might be generous but I was pleased how quickly our order was completed and ready. Customer service wise? It was a one star at best. Called to confirm we were there for pickup and the representative that answered was extremely rude and short with me. I shrugged it off that she was having a bad day. Yep, she was when she threw the contents in the back of our truck with a THUD and threw the paper at us. Dont think we will be back unfortunately.

Been shopping at Littleton Lowes. Good people. They are just not there to answer the phone. Went to store. No employees to talk to. Are these stressed times are what. Asked Parker Lowes to have a paid item ready for pickup since I was driving 20 miles to pick it up. Took them around 30 minutes to find it after arriving. More wasted time. Employees are helpful at both locations but you have to have their attention. Good luck. Expect to wait, allow extra time and patiences.

Unsatisfactory experience on 4/2: Cashier was unable to find correct pricing for unmarked house plant on computer. He remarked that the price he found was probably wrong. I assume he expected me to find the price on a similar plant myself. I was unable to walk that far, so I abandoned shopping. This was by far the worst service I have ever received! I was told by the appliance salesman that I should have told him before he invoiced my purchase that I was paying with cash. The invoice had to be written up THREE times (each time it was made to feel like my fault). I tried to call the location only to be put on an immediate hold for over 7 minutes before I finally hung up. I called at 1:20 in the afternoon, not a busy time for the store (according to their website and my experience in the store an hour earlier). I would NEVER recommend this location and will now go to Home Depot for any of my needs.

They couldnt find product that their inventory system indicated was in the store. They quit carrying product frequently and because they dont restock I cannot exchange as the supplier instructed me to. Since Lowes doesnt carry it any longer they reduce the price so now I get 1/4 of what I paid if I purchased more than 90 days ago.

Lowes is the worst. Im currently on hold and have been on hold for 15 minutes. This is the second time I have called today and no answer. This is not the first time this has happened. Just a bunch of old people who dont know how to answer the phones. Once you get in the store, they are unwilling to help and just act like they are better and more knowledgable. Home Depot provides a much smoother experience.

Edit to review below: Store did make the purchase right with me after visiting the store again. As such changing the overall rating from a 1 to 3.Purchased a new refrigerator at a very good price, though the service is just so bad cannot give them more than a one star review.Refrigerator was delivered to the front of the house as desired, however, it arrived damaged. Showed this to the delivery people and they stated they would make a note of it to have a new fridge delivered and the damaged one picked up. They advised to contact the store as well. They made it sound like a new fridge would be out the next day.Could not get through to the store after ~20 minutes of calling; all calls eventually disconnected after a several minute hold.Went to the store and talked with customer service. The Delivery Dept staff were not in, so they took a message for me.Went to the appliance dept in the store while there and they gave me an 800 number to call. After another hold they were polite but told me they would just send an email to the store.After no reply the next day, finally was able to call through to the store using the Pro line. She transferred me to the Delivery Dept, and after a 10 minute wait, she walked over to the Delivery Dept to find out they were out. She kindly took a message.Now EIGHT days later, no one from the store has called. Called again earlier today and after spending 14 minutes trying to get through to someone, was transferred and, you guessed it, disconnected.Called their 800 customer care number, and after a 12 minute hold, yep, disconnected.So appears there isnt any support for delivered purchases that arrive damaged.Will update this review as I have something new to add.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service at this location. I placed a pickup order and over 24 hours later, called to find the status of the order. I was told the product was in stock and they would call me once the order was available. Four hours later, hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them back. I was told it was transferred to another store because they didn’t have it. I didn’t receive a phone call even asking if I was okay with the store transfer. They stated they would call the new store and have them call me about the status. Hours later, still no phone call and product still not ready. I finally called customer service and cancelled my order after an hour on-hold. I’m just frustrated by the lack of communication and customer service I received and the fact that they didn’t even care to make this right.

Placed an order for curbside pickup 4 days ago.Received notification that order was ready. Arrived to pick up order at 7 p.m. Called number went into continuous loop for customer pickup. Twice during the 30 minutes I was looping to main menu message and back to curbside someone picked up the phone and hung it back up. Once someone picked up, asked me how they could help and put me back in the loop with no further acknowledgement. Heres the thing. I would go in the store but I cannot do so for fear of exposure as I am extremely high risk. So, like many other things pickup is the way I go, always. Thanks, Lowes for keeping me in your parking/waiting for almost 40 minutes for absolutely nothing. Im glad your time is so much more valuable than my time. I am going to cancel the smallish order ($300

Order curbside pickup. Received email saying order was ready. Called Lowes pick up and was informed order was ready. Used Lowe’s app and informed that I was on my way. Do not order online! Found a great deal on some tools I needed so I placed an online order to be picked up in store. The website stated the items I ordered were available for same day pickup. There products are good enough, but the customer service is lacking. I have been trying to get a flooring project completed for 8+ months now. First when they sent the guy out to measure, they gave him the wrong number even though we verified it before I left. I’ve been trying to reach the flooring department for well over a week now and even if I do reach a human, they take my number down and never call back. They keep sending me emails stating if I wish to get my estimate to call the store or come in but that doesn’t get me anywhere. Lowe’s use to be my go-to but I guess it’s time to find a new place.
