The entire team is fabulous! Great service for all of our shipping, printing, and signage needs...They did a wonderful job on water bottle labels for us at a great price. Its always an easy, seamless process and the turnaround time always amazes me.

Very friendly staff and super simple to drop off an Amazon return, didnt need a box or anything, just the item to go back and the QR code from Amazon. Happy this place is so close!

No one greets you when you walk in, I had to go to the counter in front of someone and deliberately ask if she was ready to help me. Then I showed her my code from Amazon to print which Amazon said was free at any UPS store and she took my phone, scrolled through stuff before handing it back to tell me I had to email it. Then 2 other people had to help print the label and after what seemed like eternity, they told me I had to pay $2 for shipping. I understand $2 isnt a lot but given it took 3 people to complete printing a label, a stranger at a packing store going through my phone without permission during a global pandemic when you shouldnt be touching things unnecessarily- this store is awful. Go up the street 1 mile up the street to Lincoln where folks are friendlier, and more knowledgeable about their jobs. I will never go to this location again.

Just left, won’t be using this place again. The service wasn’t great and I felt pushed to take my package to Kohls. I brought the wrong bar code and had asked the service rep, Lauren, to hang on because my wife may have an email. She continued to push Kohl’s another 8 mins down the road.She then tossed my receipt, not handing it to me. Feel valued as a customer.

Very quick and efficient. Super friendly I was in and out in under 3 min for a drop off of a return to Amazon. They even taped it shut and didnt charge me to buy my own tape!

Every single time I’ve been into the UPS store on Mainstreet they have always been so helpful, warm and friendly. During Christmas time their lines are almost always short and they work extremely quickly (no two hour wait to get packages mailed at this place!). I can’t say enough how happy I am that their consistent friendliness and willingness to help always makes it a great experience.

I will gladly be driving out of my way to NEVER give this place business again. Besides needing a PhD in bad attitude to be employed here, they are shady and rip you off. They charged my spouse $18 to ship back (return) a small $20 Amazon Prime purchase that Amazon verified had free shipping AND packing on return. Yes they charged us $18 for a box and packing bubbles. When I called them and told them it was a free Prime return that included all packing and shipping they said in order to get back a measly $18 I had to DRIVE there and discuss it with the owner, haha! Sorry bro, not worth my time. Keep your $18 if you’re that desperate. Especially when Amazon refunded me the full $18 for their shadiness. Also, this was not the first time I ran into horrible attitudes at all levels (“frontline”, “MGMT”, and now apparently the owner). Good riddance.

I have used the downtown Parker UPS store for both shipping and printing services for many years. I have always found their staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have saved the day for me on more than one printing project.

I recently shipped a large number of boxes, including a TV, from this store. Unfortunately, the TV was damaged during shipment and would not work when delivered. Unfortunately, the recipient did not retain the outside shipping box when the TV was unpacked and therefore, UPS denied the claim for reimbursement even though insurance was purchased. However, the Parker UPS store stepped up and reimbursed me for the amount of the insurance despite UPS Corporate denying the claim. This store now has a customer for life!

THANK YOU, UPS! We had roughly 6-8 packages for customers needing sent out during the holidays. When we arrived to UPS EVERYONE was super cheerful, and extremely helpful. We had listed a wrong address on one of our customers boxes, but the guys at UPS got the address corrected and it will STILL be delivered before Christmas. DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE A PRIORITY SHIPMENT!!!! I delivered a package at 8:40 a.m. for priority, next day early morning delivery for a real estate closing the following morning. I paid $74 for this service. However, the store did not have the package picked up until approx. 6 pm. that night. It was scanned in by UPS almost 12 hours after I dropped it off. Then, it got on an indirect route to Kentucky where there was severe weather and did not get delivered to my destination until a day later. I almost lost my buyer, had to renegotiate the closing and lost $6,000 in the process. The store did call but did not apologize. Would not even issue a refund. Kimberly, the manager was very rude and this store does not care about return customers.

I didn’t have a pen first. The usps employee behind the counter noticed and brought one to me.Next I couldn’t find a box for what I was shipping so I received help from another usps employee who certainly went above and beyond to put something together that worked!Really helpful and friendly staff. Ive been to the UPS Store on a few different occasions and always had good experiences. They usually have 2 or 3 employees working, and service is quick and easy. Thats important to me. I hate to have to wait more than 5 minutes to send something.As a point of contrast, Ive gone to the FedEx store a little bit north on Parker road and their employees were terrible. I much prefer the UPS Store and recommend you do business with them.

The worst experience I have ever had in an UPS store. Two of the counter helpers were very rude, not friendly at all, and barely helpful. A couple of the younger employees seemed embarrassed in how there senior coworkers were treating their customers. Personally, I will never enter that store again. I definitely cannot recommend this store to a friend. Do your self a favor and find another location for service.
