So disappointed! For two years they would print a weekly program for me…. But now their employees can’t figure out my simple requests (nothing has changed - it’s a 2 sided legal printout! With a tiny amount of formatting to fit the page!)Sad to say I’m looking for a new print shop!!
Shipped things here about every 4 months depending on needs over the last 10 years. Never had a bad interaction, in fact most were better then the average store employee interaction.
The service and care including packing and shipping of a large valuable and rare item couldn’t have been easier and better The people there are personable and very efficient I recommend using the Fedex Office Store as the best around.
They have printing, internet search, fax, copy, is a good place to get things done.Customer service is 3/5
They would not ship my letter without me providing my drivers license first. However, they did not ask for a drivers license of the person next to me, nor does any other location require. I think they are obtaining personal info for other uses (marketing, sell for $$) and I dont appreciate.
I saw a FedEx driver run a stop sign in my neighborhood yesterday. What kind of a company pays their employees to break the law? It doesnt make any sense why FedEx would pay their employees to endanger local communities by breaking the law. One star from me.UPS is my go-to from now on.
Beware shipping from this store. I dropped package off for shipment Sunday. When it was delivered today, the package was opened and all the contents taken out stolen and they tried to re-tape the package with Black Duct tape.

Funny how I leave a review detailing the lack of professionalism and general ability to do the job, and it disappears. Keep manipulating this and Ill keep posting as long as it takes to stay up here.Long story short, I paid them to ship an item out. Due to purchasing a shipping label off of the website I was selling my piece of music gear on, I could not declare value in the store (unbeknownst to me). I attempted to, but was NEVER told that it wouldnt accept declaring value in the store. They just went about it like I had done it when I told them it was $325. I can live with the system being as it is, but when someone asks you something dont just lie and say it was done. Low and behold, shipping damaged the piece of gear beyond repair. Management told me theyd cover any additional reimbursement that their claims department would send. After continuous follow ups (on my end, they said they would but literally NEVER called), they backed off of this and told me they had to go with what claims had said.I can deal with policies being policies, but your staff lied to me and inadequately packaged something I paid you to both pack and ship. I would have made different arrangements if I knew I couldnt declare value. I have switched my businesses shipping and personal music shipping to USPS and UPS because of this store. Stay away - not only are they terrible at providing customer service, they cant properly pack and ship an item. You know, just the basis of their business model. Would give negative stars if possible.
I use these guys for dropping my eBay items off. Theyve helped me out of a pickle multiple times with my printer not always wanting to cooperate with me. Ive met probably all of their staff by now and they always meet me with a smile and are quite helpful. They have great hours of operation since they are open early and close late. A+.
J.C. is very kind and hard-working. My husband and I came in with some very last minute projects that needed to be done for a business trip and he helped us get everything we needed done within the hour. We come here consistently and ship out lots of items with these people at this FedEx and theyre always very nice, professional and get things done.
We had an urgent situation for our wedding. JC and the crew at this location were over the top helpful for us. Not only did they take on the project that should have taken 24 hours they stopped everything they were doing and sized and printed our escort cards in 30 minutes. We highly recommend this location for any printing needs.
The paper quality isnt the best. But the service was good and helpful despite being unable to fill my order. For same day print service you will need to hit up the Park Meadows location.They have a thin sort of 80 lb paper. Or a 60 that is semi gloss.All the locations have double sided gloss or matte paper. No single side gloss postcards.They can also handle massive banner prints. But you are best off with a specialty shop for anything large.
Just spent two hours working with staff member JC remotely from Texas. He did an OUTSTANDING job, thoughtful and professional. Work was printed and bound in a timely manner and he even called to indicate a formatting problem. FedEx has an outstanding employee in this guy and I found this location to be first rate!
I had the best experience with this FedEx this morning. They fully helped with all of my printing needs with great attention to detail. JC exceeded my expectations and truely brought incredible customer service from beginning to end. He had a smile on his face and took ownership of my requests. Thank you so much for the help!
Most of the time the staff are super helpful and friendly, and the wait time isn’t too long. Don’t be fooled but the name though - this isn’t a Kinkos. For any photo needs you don’t want to go here.
The many times I have been to this FedEx office location it has been a frustrating experience. They have a very disorganized system for waiting on the next person in line. Two individuals that walked in after I did got waited on before me. All three workers were very unfriendly and rude. Nothing professional about the employees or service. Highly recommend you go to a different FedEx location. I will never use this location again.
They thought I was a veterinarian and let me bring my cat in to keep her out of the hot car after a long day. These folks were so helpful and friendly, and they know exactly how to get a glowing review from me. 😻
Dont do it! Save yourself some stress and figure out another place to do your business. Horrible, incompetent staff, mistake, after mistake. A manager that doesnt except responsibility...just excuse after, after excuse. Never have experienced this type of customer service before. The district manager should take heed and get this location some training. Not only on becoming proficient on the services they offer, but even more importantly on customer service. I work in customer service, Ive never experienced anything even remotely close to how lousy their Parker location is.
I sent a brand new custom built computer to a customer in California but it arrived trashed. Before it was sent off i asked an employee if the packaging I had provided was sufficient, they said it was and no further packaging was required. I also purchased a $450 insurance policy on the package. It has now been 2 months and their claims team has lost the claim pictures 4 times in a row and now the claim is denied because fedex is not liable for internal damage. When I asked the claims rep what that means they told me that the item in the box isnt covered, only the box. Its blows my mind how they can even justify that policy. I called again and recieved no explaination of what that actually means.I had to call them every week, usually 2 or even 3 times to make sure they hadnt lost the pictures again or that the agent was actually getting the claim done. I was told 7 individual times that they would get it sorted out that or the next day. Every single one of those was a lie. I am now waiting eternally for a manager to call me because they do not have ANY managers or higher ups in the claims department. I have had to fill out 2 forms and just hope that they follow up. I have recieved 0 emails, no updates and no decisions on this whole process, which is why I have to call every week to see if they have done anything. The first 2 weeks they did nothing because they lost the pictures and didnt bother to contact me about it.In the pictures you can see where the heatsink was knocked off during transit and had been rolling around loose for a probably a few days. The side panel is incredibly scratched up, the power supply has a large dent in the casing, there was a pile of SMDs that came off the motherboard, the hard drive just wont work anymore and the heatsink is no longer attached. They must have dropped it pretty hard to have done this. There is also a before picture to show what it looked like before it was shipped. The heatsink was on tight so it didnt just come loose over a truck ride, the entire package must have been hit hard enough to knock it off of the CPU.So the moral of the story is that fedex is unorganized, liars and have worthless insurance policies. But hey at least the package got there in a week right?I will not be using fedex in the future.EDIT 7/23/2019I had a package being delivered to me and I was not informed that I would have to sign for it. That is on the person who shipped it but now the problem is that I will not be home to sign for it for a week and I cant go pick it up. Every time I call to find out where my package is to go pick it up they either send me to the generic support line (the robot that is useless) or they hang up on my during the transfer.Im just going to update this review every time fedex screws me over. Which is 2/2 so far.
Terrible business. This location is extremely frustrating to work with. The computers/scanners/copiers/printers are always having technical difficulties. The customer service is awful, they are extremely slow & not particularly friendly or knowledgeable. The manager is the worst of all. I used to use this location a lot out of proximity & necessity but I always dread having to go in.
Ive shipped hundreds of packages through this location - super friendly, very helpful and patient staff. I would highly recommend using them.

I dropped a FedEx envelope on Friday, received a call over the weekend that the account number was invalid and they will hold my envelope for me to pick it up. On the following Monday I went to retrieve my envelope and they could not find it. I was advised to track the envelope, so I did and nothing came up. I called them back on Wednesday and was given the same answer that they do not have it.
Customer service was average, but if you need a print job done on time this isn’t the location to do it at. Back to back days I sent orders to be completed 2.5 hours after they open, and neither was done when I got there.
The staff was very rude, never greeted me and left me waiting for 20 minutes while assisting others who came in later.
What can I say? simply dont use it.

I dropped off a package needing overnight guaranteed delivery. I was told that ground would be cheaper than flight and still will be there the next day. A job depended on the material being there the next day. The next day not only was my package not delivered, it was in a different state. Dont ever use this FedEx office.
These were just right.
Go to this place if you want to be abused and yelled at by the manager.
