I absolutely love every single employee at this vet. They are so kind, thorough and detail-oriented. I have been bringing my two dogs in here for awhile now and I know when I drop them off they are in great hands. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for my little family.

We are newbie puppy parents and Advanced Pet Care has done a wonderful job of coaching us through the trying first couple of weeks with our new chocolate lab, Hopper. They are responsive to our questions, offering rational advice and quick follow up, and they don’t make us feel like we are over anxious puppy parents (even though we probably are 😉). They even proactively call us after each visit to check on our pup. Hopper is in great hands with the staff at Advanced Pet Care!

World class quality of care. We took our dog here due to some urinary concerns. Not only did this practice diagnose the issue, they also provided an amazing care plan. About 7 months ago I moved to the area and needed to establish a new vet and after doing my research Advance Pet Care of Parker seemed to be the most reliable. After my first visit with my very anxious Rottweiler with Dr. Shawn I felt comfortable and I knew I could trust him. Not only him, but the entire staff. They are all extremely kind, patient and honest. They also don’t push any unneeded services on you nor your pet which proves to me that they’re not just in it for the money. This clinic is reasonable, understanding, compassionate, responsive, and they make sure to do what is best for your pet. They explain everything in detail to make sure you understand what is going on. I even heard positive things from the doctor and assistant when I took my other dog to the emergency vet! Therefore, I highly, and I cannot stress this enough, HIGHLY recommended Advance Pet Care of Parker.

Theyre one of the top rated vets in Parker and its no surprise why. They were quick and efficient but also so kind with my anxious pup. The communication they had with me was excellent as well. The staff took the time to hear and address my concerns in an informative and compassionate manner.

I love that they handle my dog with care and love. After just one visit they knew how to work with him which is not easy as he can be very aggressive toward doctors. These guys are life savers! My dog was just bitten at daycare badly enough to need stitches, and they called me to pick her up at 4pm. Im leaving tomorrow for a trip and needed her seen today! My vet didnt have any appointments, and neither did the 5 closest vets to me. When I called advanced pet care, they said they would see her 20 minutes later!! They squeezed her in just before closing even though shes not a regular patient and were so caring with her! They did a great job on her wound and she is home resting now. I would recommend this practice to anyone and am so appreciative of their kindness ❤️

They do an amazing job with taking care of my pup Knox. They are always so sweet with him which is all I can ask for. They always give me a detailed explanation in what they’re checking out with Knox, the results, and any additional info that I should have. They really do care.

Quoted my girlfriend nearly 100 dollars less than her bill was. I expect an explanation. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere in addition to her taking hers. The woman denied any explanation for the discrepancy. Very bad service. Finding an ethical vet in Parker seems difficult.Update: They didn’t even send the blood work that they did for who is now my fiancé. The person working the desk is an absolute joke of an employee. I see why she is stuck at this job rather than a more rewarding environment. I moved my info away from them and actively tell people to avoid them.

I have a dog who has IBD. I have seen many differant veterinarian clinics who all ran tests but did nothing to help my dog. I then reached out to Dr. Shawn Seibel, He was the only veterinarian that actually gave me a simple solution to help make my dog feel better. He was honest with me, professional and actually cared about my pet. I will recommend him to anyone who has an animal. Id give 10 stars if I could. He is now my for ever animal doctor.

I absolutely love Advanced Pet Care; I have a dog with a congenital heart defect, that they were able to diagnose quickly and work with their partner cardiologist as well. My sweet boy got the best care, and they cared for me too! Alfred will be a patient of theirs for his entire life, even though it won’t be as long as I had hoped. But APC will have me as a client for life as well with all of my future fur babies!

We had the best experience with our dog Bentley! He had to have multiple teeth pulled and wasn’t feeling too well. The Dr and staff were super helpful with all our questions. Great place for our fur baby!!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to put down my cat. As rough as a day that was, I could not have asked for more from Advanced Pet Care staff and team of physicians. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. They gave me plenty of time to say goodbye and were utmost respecting of my situation. Nothing was rushed. The doctor asked if I had ever had to put down a pet, which I had not, and then walked me through the process and what to expect. He was very empathetic and caring and thoughtful. As awful the experience is of putting down an animal, I am thankful this staff made it as easy as possible.

Was told that the blood work and visit would be a total of $180 and when everything was said and done it ended up being $245.Since I was told one price I brought my cash and tried to explain that I was frustrated and didn’t understand why I wasn’t told this in the first place. They stated that I was quoted properly and couldn’t do anything about it.So they took bloodwork from my dog for no reason and without bloodwork I can’t get his teeth done.I have never experienced such horrible service and cannot believe how I was treated.I will never recommend this place EVER.I asked to speak to a manager and they told me he wasn’t there and I requested that I get a call back .

They have done a great job of taking care of our family. We had just adopted a new pup who unfortunately got sick after we adopted him. He was so sick with the dog flu and proceeded to get our other pup sick. They where able to get us in and not keep us waiting. They are honest and I did not feel taken advantage of. All the staff is friendly and professional, Tyla was very knowledgeable and timely in getting us in with the vets! I live 20 mins away, but they are worth it!

I’m high maintenance and so is my dog (she’s an Addisonian with bad teeth). This office has worked closely with me on her treatment plan which I’m particular about. They have fair prices, run on time, and really have a heart for the pets they treat and their parents!

Super rude receptionist. Peggy on two different occasions was discourteous and harsh on the phone! You have kept me from booking an appointment twice now despite how close you are to my house and how I have previously taken my dogs here for care. Shawn is a great veterinarian and it’s unfortunate that I can’t make an appointment here because of how you care to talk to people.

Cant say enough great things about this place! We have been going here for 3 years now. Dr. Bea is new to the practice but has been phenomenal. They always schedule us quickly including getting our puppy nova last minute after she ate something she wasnt supposed to. The price is also very reasonable everytime!

We moved to Colorado late last year and tried a few different clinics for our four pups. Each of our dogs requires some type of ongoing care (arthritis, allergies, heart murmur, you name it!). It was very important to us that we find a 1) highly skilled Veterinarian, 2) that is not afraid to recommend treatments (instead of the dreaded IMMEDIATE referral to the specialist - happy to go to the specialist, but lets try some things you know first!), 3) that the dogs like, 4) with a great staff, 5) convenient hours, and 6) clean / safe facility. Dr. Shawn has surpassed all of our expectations and stands out among the other practices we tried (granted, we are very picky). If you are serious about providing your pet with the best care and are willing to form a good partnership with your Vet (its a two-way relationship) - I give Advanced Pet Care of Parker and Dr. Shawn my highest recommendation.

Excellent care for our dog from annual check-ups to dental cleaning and a tooth removal. All of the staff is wonderful and polite. They call to do follow-ups after appointments and really care how your animal is doing. Highly recommend.Update- I continued to drive 45 min each way after moving because of the great care offered by this team. I am so thankful for their care and expertise. The team is knowledgeable and so kind.

We have had 2 dogs treated here. One that was elderly and passed away, and now a puppy. Most notable is the friendly and knowledgeable staff and Dr. Shawn never suggests unnecessary tests or procedures.

Highly recommend them. We switched from a larger vet to Advanced Pet Care about two years ago. Dr. Kriet and her staff is very friendly and really seem to take an interest in getting to know our dog. I never feel rushed and they are very informative about the well being and concerns we may have. They never recommend anything that is not necessary and take a caring approach to handling Maxwell. I love the feel of the place in that it is not a corporate atmosphere. It has that small-town family feel. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a personal approach to your pet.

I really enjoy Dr. Shawn and his team. He and the techs are wonderful. This is a great practice, and they treat your animals as though they are a part of their family as much as they are yours. Advanced Pet Care is an amazing veterinary practice. I have taken my dog Ziggy to see Dr Siebel for 7 years. The staff is always cheerful and caring. Dr Seibel is very intelligent, and consistently takes a great deal of time with me and my dog, patiently explaining anything related to Ziggys overall health. He PERSONALLY called me to follow up on Ziggys bloodwork.I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

We recently moved out of the area and kept paying for our Puppy Plan. When I called to schedule a neuter they politely said the puppy plan had run put took my payment for it anyway and performed the necessary procedure. No debating, no hard feelings. It was great! Clean and nice office. All the vet techs where really great, especially Katie, she’s so knowledgeable and had so many helpful tips for me! I would suggest requesting Dr. Zeh, I have not met her but my mom and a friend of mine both see her and really like her. I’ve seen Dr. Seibel with two of my dogs and both times he just seemed really uncomfortable around them. My first dog was very anxious with new people in general, so we thought maybe that was a reason for the awkward tension between them... but my current dog loves everyone and gets a long with everyone and there was still a bit of an uncomfortable feeling between him and the doctor. He did the bare minimum of interacting with my dog, while it seemed Katie (the vet tech) did all the work. The few moments he did check my dog, my dog was very uncomfortable with him (which he never was with his old vet) and Dr. Seibel looked very visibly nervous and uneasy. When I asked if he could check my dogs ears for an infection, he said the only way he thought he could was by sedating my [non-aggressive whatsoever] dog. I then offered to swab my dog’s ears for him, which is when Katie the vet tech stepped in and did it. Dr. Seibel is incredibly knowledgeable which is great, but I find it frustrating how uncomfortable he seems to feel around dogs and I think it really gets in the way of him being able to provide his best service.

I took my other dogs to another vet for years, but never really felt comfortable there and as time went on, found their prices to be very high! When my husband adopted from DDFL, APCOC was recommended and he brought his dog here. He was very happy so I brought my new puppy here for the first time. I cant believe the difference. The staff was amazing! The minute we walked in, they greeted us, came around to the front to say hello to Bella, played with her and made her instantly feel welcomed. Every member of this team is warm, friendly and their love of animals is obvious. and Dr. Bea! He is AMAZING! Not only warm and caring, but VERY knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions about things I have read online, and was able to give me arguments on both sides of some issues (like Grain vs grain free food, the best time to spay and why, etc), so I could make the best decision possible, which was wonderful to hear. and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices are. Fair to the practice, and fair to the consumer! My daughter and son are now bringing their dogs here too! You cant go wrong with APCOC

We have been taking our dog to Advanced Pet Care since September 2016. The staff/techs are very friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Shawn always thoroughly checks out our pup even if it takes longer than we may have scheduled. If we ever have a procedure or surgery done, the office will always call the next day to check on him. I am happy to recommend them to anybody who asks for a great vet in Parker, and incredibly happy to recommend them here too.

We are extremely happy with Doc Shawn (Seidel) and the staff at the practice. Our dog went in for an issue. Doc went through every step of the tests he thought should be preformed. He advised us up front of the approximate costs (as outside lab work was involved). After tests came back negative, he suggested an ultrasound, but again, gives us a cost up front, no surprises. The staff was fantastic squeezing us in for the first appointment, and getting us set up for the ultrasound. We received a reminder call, and instructions the day prior. They even submitted costs directly to our pet insurer! I cant say enough good things....I wish I could say the same about my personal physician. 😄

They are very prompt and thorough. I had some questions and they took extra time to show me the correct procedure. Very helpful.

Dr Shawn and his staff are amazing. I have taken all my four legged family members to them for a couple of years. I used to live in Parker but my husband and I are now retired and live in Leadville, Co. It is a two hour drive but I will still take my kids to Dr. Shawn. Dr. Shawn and his staff make it impossible to go anywhere else. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and kind to the best part of our family.

We have been with this practice for 6 years. I really liked the Vet. But when it came to a time that our dog had an emergency. My husband brought our dog in and was turned away. When I talked to the front desk person I was told that he was given an option for him to stay and be seen between appointments, this was not true. He was never given the option. I called back to explain my concern and how disappointed I was in how our dog couldnt get any attention and how I was lied to today. I work in a field that works by appointments but when an emergency happens I find a way to get that person in to be seen. I explained that we will be moving our business elsewhere and she then hung up on me. I work with people all day and I would never yell at someone or raise my voice. I think the Vet was great but his front staff lack in the caring department for their clients. Just for the Vet to know, my husband was not given any other options. I was told on the phone he was and that was the lie. I hope your front staff doesnt cause you to lose any other customers.

Dr.Seibel and the advanced pet care staff are incredible. We love taking our cat needs to them as they are so warm and helpful. They know our faces when we come in and always go beyond when caring for our pets. I highly recommend their care for your pets and Ive already referred friends who agree they are the best!

Weve been taking our two mini schnauzers to see Dr. Shawn for about 4 years. They are genuinely loving to my dogs and seem to care. The location is great, the facilities are clean, and Id recommend them.

Outstanding service! Not sure what else I can say that hasnt been mentioned in a review. We started going to APC when we lived in Parker. Since then, we have moved about 20 miles away but we still make the drive down there because we know we are getting the best care out there for our little guy.

Exceptional care every time we take our pets in for a checkup, a worrisome cough or sneeze. I was also extremely impressed with how they took care of us when we put our cat down. They mailed us a pawprint of hers to remember her by and were very understanding and sympathetic throughout everything.

We have been going to Dr. Shawn for over 14 years, he is by far the best vet I have ever found and worked with. He gives you an honest opinion, and starts with the least cost alternative if possible. After loosing my dog to an illness I asked other about where to go for a good vet. Several people suggested advanced pet care of parker At the time my only dogwas 11 years old and not in need of much extensive care, or so I thought, after seeingDr. Shawn I found out my dog had not been receiving good care from the previous vet.She needed a tooth removed and a good cleaning. Advanced Pet Care of Parker hasexceeded my expectations of what a good vet is. All of the techs and assistants arethe very best. I would never take a pet anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEMFOR ALL PET NEEDS.

Very satisfied with Advanced Pet Care. They have a friendly staff, who are super accommodating, as well as fast (they seem to realize that the last place a dog wants to be is a vet, so they dont make them wait). They also send automated text message reminders about upcoming appointments 3 days prior and on the day of the appointment, so there is no need to worry about forgetting or loosing an appointment card. Finally, their wellness plans are super affordable and more than cover every service I would regularly need for my pets. Definitely recommend bringing your pet here.

My husband and I have been bringing our fur babies to Advanced Pet Care for 9 years--our two dogs entire lives! Our pets are literally our children, and we have trusted Dr. Shawns expert opinion with everything from a chipped tooth to kennel cough, atopic dermatitis to diabetes, and everything in between. We feel comfortable asking Dr. Shawn for both his medical/professional opinion and also value his personal opinion (ie. what he would do if the pet were his own). The staff treats and our girls like family and follows up all vaccinations and procedures with a call the next day to see if there are any problems or questions, which we really appreciate!

Took my puppy to see APC of Parker, and they we’re great! They knew what they were doing and got to it, rather than making you wait like most big vets. Moreover they are real people not the people that assume your raising a dog for a pet show but really just raising a friend/family member. I live in Aurora and drive down to Parker just for the epic care APC of Parker gives us.

I received a letter from Advanced Pet Care in Parker when we moved in. We were brining our Golden to VCA and I wanted to try a new place. Something smaller where the Dr. really got to know our dog. So I made an apt. From making the apt to seeing Dr. Shawn I was more than impressed. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I loved Dr. Shawn, you can see how much he loves what he does. I am so happy with my decision to switch. I would recommend APC to anyone in the area.

We brought our newly rescued English Bulldog in to get check his up. We had gotten him for free because the breeder and his wife had a baby and could not take care of the remaining litter that had survived. Specifically, we came in because we were concerned about his Cherry eye. Come to find out our dog had many more issues; seeing as we love Bulldogs and have done extensive research on them, this did not come as a surprise. However, Dr. Shawn Seibel, talked to us in a condescending tone as if we were not aware that Bulldogs are known to have medical issues, even after we told him we were aware of these issues and the medical history of the Bulldog breed. Being in the medical profession myself, I know for a fact talking to patients in this manner is inappropriate and unacceptable. He also began talking in absolutes-- which is also inappropriate for a medical professional to do-- talking about how if there are these many issues now, what are you going to do in the future when more issues arise, almost guaranteeing that he will have issues. As a doctor he should have been more sympathetic and used phrases such as there is a high possibility, or maybe this could happen in the future. When he told us these absolutes he said it in a tone implying that we are not suitable owners and only have the dog because of his face value, causing us to feel almost attacked. He even told us we should reconsider contacting the breeder to either to return the dog or ask for our money back. Let me reiterate that our English Bulldog is a rescue and we did not pay any money for him. Even if we did pay money for him, getting our money back wouldnt even be a top concern considering how much we care about our dog and just want him to get better. (He, himself, should be understanding seeing as he has two rescue dogs at home; which is stated in his bio on the Advanced Pet Care of Parker website). He even implied that we were lying about how much we actually spent on the dog when he said Whatever you did, or didnt pay for him. He explained that our dog would not be a good breeding dog, we did not intend to. Even after we told him we were never planning on breeding him, he continued to lecture us on how our dog should not be used as a stud. Because of how he spoke to us we felt overwhelmed and left the vet with an unsettling feeling. We are not the only ones who got this impression and treatment from Dr. Shawn Seibel. My sister had also rescued one of the two remaining English Bulldog girls from the same litter and had brought her in. She told us about her experience with Dr. Shawn Seibel and he pretty much said the same thing about how she should contact the breeder and either get her money back or return her. My sister has an older English Bulldog so she is also aware of the many ailments that English Bulldogs can succumb to. The doctor talked to her as if she didnt know anything about the breed and was judgmental. She even said she had an 18 month Bulldog at home and he said, So you arent aware of their issues? Going back to how he has two rescue dogs, it is unfathomable of how he could even question our integrity and our intentions of taking these dogs in. He was dismissive and condescending, by the end of the visit my sister was discouraged and did not even want him to see her dog anymore. All she wanted to do was pay and leave.We understand he may be concerned about the people who decided to adopt English Bulldogs because many people can be ignorant to the problems they have. But we did make it clear that we are aware and capable of giving these English Bulldogs the best possible care. He should be more informative and open minded when speaking to patients instead of stereotyping them and automatically assuming they are irresponsible. We will not be returning to this clinic due to our distasteful first visit. Although this may not be a big blow to your bank account, if you really care for animals, you will take this review and hopefully have a change in attitude.

The staff is friendly, helpful and just great to work with. I trust them completely.

Dr Seibel had known and taken care of our fur baby since before he opened his current office. On our first office visit, he recognized Sparky from his unique response to stressful situations. Everyone knew he was in the house before they ever saw him -- he was definitely a vocal mommas boy.Our dog had a lot of injuries and issues, but Dr Shawn and his staff were always wonderful and caring, right up the end. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone looking for a more personalized office that is not there with some of the other larger offices in town. The space may be small, but the hearts inside are large.Thank you so much for the years of TLC for our very special baby!

We have brought 4 dogs to Dr. Siebel, and he and his staff have consistently provided outstanding care. Our pets are part of our family, and we would never give them less than the finest treatment. APC of Parker lives up to our expectations, and we are grateful for the manner in which they take care of our little ones.

They are absolutely great! My cat woke up one day looking really sick, sleepy, not eating, etc. and I called them first thing in the morning to get the next available appt. Since, they did not have anything really open for that day, they offered me to bring my cat in anyway and drop him off all day to see if the doctor would find a little space in between his other appts. Not only did he make time to see my cat, he called me by mid-day assuring me that my cat was doing much better! Their care and kindness is beyond words, and since they did this for my cat, they will always have my gratitude and loyalty! Thank you Advanced Pet Care of Parker, you guys are awesome!

Dr. Seibel has been a blessing for treating my cats. He has always been helpful in find treatments for my cats illnesses (IMHA) and been generous in seeing them on short notice when necessary.

I first visited Advanced Pet Care several years ago after a neighbor described the professional and compassionate care Dr. Seibel provided to his dog that was ill and advanced in age. I own two dogs, both of which are cared for by Dr. Seibel and his staff. What pleases me about Advanced Pet Care, and what keeps me coming back, is the quality of care my pets always receive, the ease of making appointments, the convenient location, the follow-up phone calls I receive after each visit, and the caring and compassionate attitude demonstrated by Dr. Seibel and his staff.

Unhappy with another big vet office in Parker for horrible customer service, pushing of unneeded surgeries and an overall lack of compassion, we switched our two older large dogs over to Advanced Pet Care of Parker and could not be happier! Marissa and Dr. Shawn are the best Vet team that weve ever dealt with and the compassion and knowledge they show towards our two big guys has been unparalleled! This is an office that not only has an excellent practice, but also has a staff that truly cares and puts you and your pet before their bottom line. Dr. Shawn gave us a lot of options when it came to dealing with our 9 year olds arthritis and even called and had us come in to make sure our guy was getting better on the meds. Advanced Pet Care of Parker is affordable and is not in the business of profiting off of animals. I cannot say enough good things about Advanced Pet Care of Parker- when your pets are such a big part of your family, you want the best for them, and Advanced Pet Care of Parker is the best!
