I would give 0 stars if I could after my experience today. I waited for over a half hour while they called back people who arrived and checked in after me. When I inquired why I wasnt getting called I was told that the woman they took back arrived before me, which she did not as she had waited behind me to check in at the self-service kiosk. I had arrived at least 10 min before her as I had to wait for another person to check in before me. I also let them know I was having a difficult time breathing and was on the verge of having an asthma attack due to my face mask. Instead of apologizing, the front desk woman argued with me about the other woman and kept telling me she had checked in before me. So, I had to leave without getting my labs, so I could get some air so I wouldnt have an asthma attack.

The staff at the Parker location in the Parker Hospital was AMAZING! Even the people waiting were amazing. I was supposed to go to the one off ridge gate. The system even let me check in, and I had to wait in the car for 20 minutes and heard nothing so I went in to find out it was closed. I was so upset, I had to go to to another location since they had an emergency shut down and didn’t bother to tell me. My mood turned around with how sweet the Parker staff was. Everyone took great care of me and I was in and out.

Arrived today to get some blood work done. There was a line in the hallway, so I had to ask for directions. A nice lady let me know I had to go into the office to check in at a kiosk. Then I had to wait in the hallway. Here is where it gets tricky with Covid. There are multiple signs on the door that state no more than 5 people in the office at a time, but these signs often go ignored. This is also difficult as there should be two lines outside the door. One line for people who have already check in and waiting their turn, the second line should be for those who are waiting to check in at the front desk, or kiosk. The kiosk gave the option to receive a text, but some of the technicians would just come out and call your name to go to the back. This is difficult if you are in the hallway waiting, as you have not received a text, and the lab technicians are not checking the hallways. Other people come in and just sit down, ignoring others waiting their turn in the hallway. They need a much more streamlined approach.

The staff was extrodinarly friendly and professional! Not only did they see me in a very timly manner, dispite being at maximum capacity, but what I saw in the short time I was there was amazing. I watched as severl team members went out of their way and worked together to help a father who was having trouble with some electronic paper work. They did this while maintaining efficency! I even saw the lovely woman at the front desk keep her cool with a rude patient who talked down to her, and kept making demands. She remained friendly and polite the whole despite his agressive and rude demeanor. I sincerly apluade her, I was getting fed up with him but she stayed calm. When I was taken back to get my blood drawn i was met with an extroninarly charming young woman who was kind enough to explain all arts of the blood drawing process as I requested. She. Was. Amazing. I didnt feel a single thing! If i hadent watched her insert the needle I would have never known she had stuck me! I was in and out within half an hour, with not so much as a bruise to show for it! But in the half an hour I was there the staff managed to make and incredible impact!

I told her my appt is on Monday may 3rd. Not happy with her. The lady that drew my blood was sweet as can be. Cant remember her name.

The Asian tech told me to hold the needle while in my arm so she could get something, when she came back I started to bleed and her panicking wiping off blood. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t finish and has to use my other arm. This was before she hurt fully stuck the needle and me waiting for 1:30 minutes, and she didn’t wipe the room/ chair. Another patient was leaving as I was taken to the room. The receptionist made another mom cry and was talking to another person how she is the better parent when she was a single mother. Not professional. I called the complaint department and said they will get back to me. I cried after hanging up with my family member who draws blood and said the tech should not give a patient to hold the needle, EVER! I hope both the tech and the ALWAYS rude receptionist get the boot from this place. I am petrified of needles even more now.

I brought my 11 year old son in for a blood draw and he was a bit nervous. As soon as we arrived, the woman checking us in joked with him and put his mind at ease. Our technician was just as amazing and made him feel so comfortable. So much so that he joked that he actually enjoyed the experience. Wonderful and caring staff!!

After waiting for an hour because appointments are over a week out. I was stuck 3 times and told to go home without my blood drawn. This kind of service should be unacceptable!

Dont know the ladies name but she is an older lady with glasses and short hair. She is one of the most unprofessional people there. I have seen her rude and nasty to others when I have been in there and has been rude to my mother as well. The first time I thought may e it was just a bad day as we all have them, but this has happened time and time again. Do yourself a favor and visit another lab.

Lady at the counter was really nice. When it came to the nurse, she was really rude. When I addressed my concern about her attitude she proceeded to act the same way. Upon leaving, I could hear her cracking jokes and clowning about my experience with other co-workers. Very unprofessional.

Ive been to three different locations now and everytime theres something that takes for ever. Front desk always makes you feel like your bothering them to check you in. Usually me and maybe one other person, not always anyone else there. Still have to wait 8 yo 10 minutes yo get checked in. Then as big as their offices are you would think that someone could draw your blood at anytime. A lot of people have to go on lunch, but no they close between 12:30 and 1:30. Not a very convenient place to try and go to.

This location is Parker Adventist Hospital. The receptionist was very polite and efficient. Solange, who drew my blood for lab work was very good! I have small veins and have had some past bad experiences. The location is around 15 miles from our home, but I would travel that distance again.
