Brenton diagnosed our AC issue on the phone and as 5280 only replaces units, recommended an AC repairman who has already come, fixed and gone . This all happened in less than 3 hours. hey make a great team and we are very appreciative for their honesty and fixing the issue only and not up-selling. Will call 5280 when we need to replace our unit.

Ryan is phenomenal. We have had to call him twice this summer to look at our air conditioner. Both times we didnt realize something was wrong until the evening - the worst timing ever. He was at our house within 2 hours both times!! This is unheard of. With a baby and toddler at home having your AC go out is a total nightmare. I wont ever call anyone else again. They have earned my business for life. I am so grateful!!!

Just had my 20 year old AC system completely replaced and Im thoroughly pleased! Air vents were registering at 75 degrees with old on a 90+ day and now register around 55. Im sold on this company. Brenton Decoske was here to check out ourfurnace and electronic filter. He was personable, efficient, and was very nice to our dog, Sadie. He showed me that everything was in great shape, that there was no rust on the heating units, no leakage of carbon monoxide into the vents, and he cleaned the filter. I will call this company for furnace and air conditioner needs from now on!

Had the install with them today. Right on time in the morning, fully installed/inspected new AC unit and furnace done by 2pm. Not to mention they went the extra mile to remove a swamp cooler and covered the swamp cooler duct inlet to the house to prevent water damage. Good, funny, and polite people all around. Dont bother wasting your time with other local companies.....Just call Ryan or Brenton @ 5280 Heating and Air....I got a couple other quotes, one Parker company wanted more than 2xs the amount and couldnt install for 5-6 weeks......These guys gave me a the fairest and or/best quote on Tuesday and install set up on Thursday.. Awesome guys all very friendly and professional. Explained everything to me as the install took place and once it was complete. I will use these guys from now on and I recommend you do the same. They are awesome......

5280 did an amazing job replacing our old furnace and AC. We also added the steam humidifier, which has made a world of difference with the dry Colorado air that our old whole house humidifier just couldnt fix. Terrible company. Make sure to check everything he said he did. Told me that he replaced my furnace, only to find out he replaced only the blower motor, which worked for about an hour and then turned off. Invoiced me for the entire furnace. I refused to pay him, but offered to return his blower, which he refused. Had the nerve to put a lien on my property for the entire furnace. I went back to check a couple of other furnaces that he had repaired, only to find out the parts that he said he replaced were the same old ones. He is a lier and a thief. Be careful with this guy!

Exceptional! Very honest and trustworthy. First called Ryan out a few years ago to check my AC. I was bracing myself for the wort, when Ryan said it only need a new fuse and it was $50.00. He could have told me it needed a new comprrssor or Freeon- or worse, that it didnt work at all. I would have known one way or the other. I was so relieved and so appreciative of his honesty. (and a bit surprised, too.) Two years later I had him replace my furnace.I make sure I keep their number in phone...just in case.

I Made an appointment a week in advance with Doug to replace a Thermal Pile in my Lennox gas fireplace. On the appointment day, after he was 15 minutes late - I called Dougs cell phone, only to find out that he was just picking up the part - and that he would not be at my house for at least 45 minutes. When he was almost 2 hours late - I tried Dougs cell phone - no answer. I called the main company number to find out where Doug was - Ryan said he would find out. 30 Minutes later, I got a text from Doug to Re schedule. We made another Date and time appointment - On the re schedule date - Doug again was a no show with no phone call.I see rave reviews for 5280 from other customers, that was my main motivator to call them - however my experience was not so good.

Ive had Ryan work on 3 properties, my home and 2 others. When I had issues with my houses A/C, he came and looked at it for free. He was very honest, and we got it fixed at a very affordable price. He told us what we needed to do to get it fixed or if we wanted to get a replacement, and all the details for each option, so we could make an educated decision. The other 2 locations, Ryan was prompt with service. Good pricing, and the install was cheaper than the other quotes we received from other HVAC companies. The quality is great! These guys are great. I knew Id be in the market for a new HVAC system, so Id done my research on Trane installers (Im partial to Trane) and decided theyd be one of the contractors Id get a bid from. However, when my blower decided to crap out completely during a snowstorm (of course), I called them up to see if they could do a near-term replacement of the furnace/blower. Doug was able to show up the next day with a loaner motor and get me up and going again for a few days until they could install a new unit. He spent 2-3 hours getting it working again *completely free of charge* -- who does that?! He then came back a few days later and put in the new system, at a very fair price. He threw in a bunch of electrical and plumbing retrofitting around the unit for no charge. Now that its spring, I just had him back out to do the new outside A/C condenser unit, and again, fair price and he did an outstanding job. Im very happy with the functionality of the new system and the quality of work Doug and his partners did. Hes very personable and doesnt try to nickel and dime you to death -- its really rare to find someone like that. My only word of caution and the reason for 4 stars -- we would set up appointments for 9 or 10AM, and he never got here before 11, so just be aware that running late is a distinct possibility. This was at least offset by the fact that they never left before the job was done, working past 8PM on one occasion.I would freely recommend them to anyone, and I will continue to use them for any HVAC needs I have.
