Wide variety of plants and flowers 🌺. Helpful staff very curtious. Im handicapped so I require a rider and they had a very limited number of riders. Overall it was a good experience just pricey on the tomato 🍅 and pepper🌶️ plants.

It seems that most Lowes are pretty much the same. The big difference is the employees and this store has great employees. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Thats what the 5 stars are based on.

There is a sign on each register that indicates they will open another lane if 3 people are in line. The last several times Ive spent my money there there have been as many as 6 people in line and they never open another lane. This is corporate greed. I was told there was no one to operate another register. I know half the employes in that store started on a register. Its a real joke every part of this store is a joke and on top of that half the items on my list were out of stock.Ill do my best to buy elsewhere.

Good dayThis is long over due, my wife and I are new to Tennessee and we went to the appliance section of Lowe’s and made contact with Mr. Paul in the evening hours.He greeted us with open professionalism and really did a fantastic job giving us the orientation of a washer and dryer. Its ok. Usually hard to find things; not sure how they organize their stuff. Staff always polite when you can find them. Kind of dread going there because its so spread out. Always have lots of choices for products. Place is clean, staff is nice, usually has what I need.

Wide enough for wheelchair. Found good worker that was very helpful. Only complain no masks and I have MS and am immune compromise

Very busy, yet well kept store, all things considered.The garden/plants sections are exemplary, and everything is usually extremely clean on the inside. The parking lots can always use some garbage pick-up, as there is do much traffic here.Every employee we have met has been awesome.

Very helpful. I was in a hurry to buy shingles for men waiting. I walked in, was greeted and man greeting me walked me right to where I needed to be. Loaded up supplies, pushed cart to check stand, and loaded car for me.

Great people, small selection, I just prefer home depot.

Went to buy a roll of fencing, and everyone was very kind helping me to get it loaded.

Theyre really good at this store. Im remodeling my whole house and theyve been great about everything from helping design cabinets to numbers I need for the bank. They dont try to sell the most expensive items either. The whole thing is a process but they make it easier with their knowledge and patience.

Good selection of products and respected brands. Their wood and staff are a hit or miss. Theres a lot of warped wood and some are knotty. The staff, just depends on whos working if youre going to get help and getting a member whos nice. But if you know youll need help you should go in the mornings because there arent very many staff members there in the late afternoon.

Just plain awful. This is the most disorganized store I have ever seen. Two weeks ago they took a credit card payment, from me, over the phone to purchase a stove for my mother. There was some confusion so the specific stove had to be swapped (before delivery, still in the store) and the correct one did get delivered. However, while that was happening I tried to call 7 times to make sure the previous payment was applied to the new stove. Today they sent my 88 year old mother a bill for the entire amount of the stove... So far today I have tried to call 8 times. I got hung up on by a machine every time but one. On that call the woman, who would not give me her name, said they do not take payments over the phone and I would have to take it up with their headquarters. My mother lives about 13 miles from the store in Paris, TN. I live just outside of Dallas, TX. The manager will not answer and the very nasty person in Customer Service keeps on transferring to a non answering extension.Now, I have to deny the charge on my credit card and they will probably harass my 88 year old mother for the payment. I dont have any problems in Lowes near me. The reason the stove had to be swapped out was they did not have a self cleaning model on the floor. My ever accommodating naive mother took what they had. However, they had several in the back we found out about so we went to the self cleaning model.But they cant seem to get anything straight. Ken 3/29/21

I went in looking for mint plants. I found them and they smell wonderful.As I wandered around, I wound up buying 3 bags of wildflower seeds and a package of plant and veggie fertilize as well.Im doing a veggie garden for the first time in 35 yrs so Im having to relearn a lot of info that has slipped the old steel trap that was my mind.The checkout line moved quickly and the lady that checked me out was a upbeat and friendly so I couldnt have asked for more.Lowes have recieved my 2 thumbs up award for large store efficiently.

Lowes staff couldnt seem less interested in their customers. While you can get assistance, they all but go out of their way to avoid doing so.

L needed paint masks. The lady working the paint desk said they were out of stock. They were 20 steps in front of her and had at least 5 different styles In stock with several of each style on the shelf. She was too lazy to even look. I left and bought some at Walmart.

Is it just me or do the staff not care anymore? Used to you would go in and the people working would be able to answer any question. Now you have to talk to three different people before you get someone who knows what theyre talking about.

I went in Lowes yesterday and I bought a Craftsman lawn mower. Its a nice lawn mower and the people are friendly.

I love the place and have so much to look at but I have a very weak back and a replaced knee n other gone so getting around is a chore. They have handicap vehicles but I feel like that there is always someone else worse off than me and wouldnt want their experience there to make them have to leave. I will tuff it out, it hurts but I will have helped someone. But they always someone asking and offering to help. Love their lights.

Couldnt get help when we needed it but eventually the assistant manager was very helpful. The manager didnt seem to know what he was there for and was bothered when he had to come out of his office. The assistant manager should be the manager! We and many other people had to wait for a long time before anyone helped.

Purchased custom blinds, which are not cheap. They shipped to the wrong address, received them on a rainy day and Lowes acted like it was my fault.Not to mention it took 4 months to get the correct blind for my backdoor.

Friendly staff but store was massively busy. Found the Christmas lights we wanted but they were more than double the price for the same brand at another place. It was hard to social distance & few wore the mandated masks.

This was my first online shopping experience with Lowes, and it was favorable! Their website is easily navigated and user friendly. They had what I needed and shipped it immediately. Shipping was about what it would have cost me to drive there and back, and it kept me from having to deal with people, so I am happy!

In the past 3 weeks. That i have been there. The employees are either ignoring us. Not willing to help us. Or have an attitude with us like we have distributed their day. My last shopping trip was the worst. When we we was standing in front of two employees and they was more worried about their conversation then they was about selling me a stove a microwave and a dishwasher. Once we interrupted their conversation they couldnt even help us. We ended up not buying what we needed and went else where

A trip to Lowes for me is always a welcome trip,Especially this time of year. You can get some awesome deals on name brands like Kobalt, craftsman, and my favorite, Dewalt.They have everything you need to fix up your house, or ECT. Plus all the power tools they have!!

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Definitely sped up my shopping trip as I was in a rush by taking me directly to the section where what I was there looking for which was a rain shower head with a handheld. Helped me pick out a nice one for my husbands shower & got me on my way.

Went in to purchase 4 huge bags of soil. Was told no one would load it into my van. Workers only allowed to load into cars. Whats the difference? Im too old to lift the bags. Been a customer 30+ years. Guess I need to take my business elsewhere.
