William is not only professional but sincere. Helped my husband purchase a Kubota. Great service ... William continues 5 star service after the sale. It’s hard to find someone who truly cares even after the sale. In addition, William continues to assist us with questions and sales of additional equipment. We will refer to William always!!! You can definitely tell William cares about the company he works for and his customers. Definitely deserves a “WOW” recommendation.

A few months ago, we stopped in at Coleman Tractor and meet William Hutson. He talked with us about what we would be using the tractor for and suggested several options and explained why we did not need some options. William wrote down all the information and saved it for when we were ready to purchase a tractor. This is the kind of service you just do not find much nowadays! As for the tractor package William put together, let just say I have the tractor that just does, does everything and more. It cuts waste high grass on the hills with easy. It powers through the mud and keeps going. Is pulls the box blade and dirt where every you need. The front loader is a joy to use spreading gravel for a drive. Just when I thought I knew all the tractor could do, a contractor got his 4x4 Super Duty, dually truck stuck. My Kubota tractor from Coleman Tractor pulled the truck out of the mud without straining. It is the tractor that just keeps doing! Thank you William for setting me up with an amazing tractor package!

Very poor customer service in the parts department. Accused me of using gas in my diesel tractor. Had the tractor for about a year. Fixed nothing by being parts changers. Go to McKeel Equipment(3724 South U.S. 641, Murray, KY 42071). They diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem.Tried to give Coleman another chance today. Called about RGA1266 tiller. The guy said i had the wrong tiller number and they do not have any 66 tillers. Then he says he runs a land pride 1274 with his $200 chinese tractor so my L3901 should be good. 👍. Really wish this place could turn around bc the dealership is geographically desirable.

I have purchased three Kubota tractors from Coleman Tractor Company over the past few years. I keep coming back to Coleman Tractor because Mikey and the staff at Paris always makes my tractor buying experience a good one. He is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I tend to be a picky customer and Mikey always takes care of any issues that I have. The last time I traded for a new tractor I was on the fence between two different tractors. Mikey could have steered me toward the more expensive one, but instead he suggested the lower cost model would be a better fit for my needs. He was right. I didnt buy a tractor here, but have been buying parts for an old tri-deck mower. Austin in the parts department was super helpful in finding what I needed multiple times. Hes very knowledgeable and the staff there are all very nice people.

I had been researching many different excavators for around a month and decided on a Kubota 27U. I called Coleman Tractor and spoke to William. Told him exactly what I wanted and wanted his best price. William said he would call me back in a few minutes and did as he said. I feel like he shot me straight and gave me a great deal.The funny thing is while waiting on William to call me back I called a couple of other dealerships to get a price and they called me back a day later with a price 4k higher than what he quoted me.I will be buying more equipment in the future and William will be the first person I call.

I purchased my first tractor (B2601) from Coleman Tractor in Paris, TN about a month and a half ago. William Hutson was absolutely great to work with along with everyone that I dealt with. William answered any and all my questions and went way out of his way to make this purchase happen and I cannot thank him enough. No good deal here. A couple of months ago I decided to purchase my first Tractor I stopped off at Johndeere in Paris first since it’s closer to my house I looked at a 3025E With a loader that was priced at $16,500 with 0% interest and no money down my payments came out to $210 per month. Next I came here and asked him to show me an equivalent Tractor to the 3025E I was upfront about the price and terms offered at Johndeere so he showed me an equivalent Tractor then quoted me a price of over $20,000 wanted a couple thousand dollars down payment charged interest and the payments came out to be over $400 per month. Needless to say I went to back to Johndeere and purchased that 3025E so far I have almost 100 hours on it and couldn’t be happier thank God Johndeere gives good deals or I might have ended up with an overpriced orange.

While doing my research on Kubota Tractors, I came across Colemans Website. They have BY FAR the best web presence in the State of TN and surrounding areas. Their inventory was easy to search and really helped me get through my learning curve. Salesperson William Hutson contacted me and got me everything I could want as far as information and pricing. He was prompt and communicated with me the way I wanted him too. No late night or intrusive calls or anything like that. When it was all said and done, they only reason that I didnt make my purchase from there is that I finally decided it was best for me to buy from my local dealer. Have a five year old L4600 400hrs motor blowed up. Was told by mechanic and service man it was a part failure. And it would cost 9200 to replace motor. Jay service manager said there would be no help from Kubota for repairs. Went to pick up tractor was charged to reassemble my tractor to take home and Mark the salesman didnt want to assist me on getting on my trailer. Mark made the comment to mechanic just get it outside and let him worry about getting on the trailer. I would not recommend buying or having service done at any Coleman store. They dont stand behind what they sell.
