Dont ignore the reviews at this location. Rented a truck here brought it back in 4hours left keys in the drop box, now they are trying to charge me $2000 after they found the truck Dont come here.

Area Field Manager Robert Kuiper Does not care if this location misleads you on the cost. The Older guy at this location says to ignore the total charge and says its just a deposit but when you question him about it as thats not what the document says he gets upset and doesnt want to give you any paperwork. I contacted Robert and the way he handled it was by not remembering the issue a week later when reaching out to follow up as I didnt get a call back and then ignoring me and not being able to get ahold of him. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Dirty trucks, they add insurance when you dont need it. Dont give paper work only by email. I Will not use this U-Haul again. Go to other U-Haul store or is other rental company.
