Charlie at plotter doctor spent a long time helping me figure out what was wrong with my gerber supersprint. between his help and my taking the whole thing apart i finally got it working again...plus they helped my sister in law get hers working. they are the best best best !

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a business.Wouldnt answer the phone during their embarrassingly short business hours. (Answered MAYBE 1 out of 10 phone calls.) Lied about the price of repair until they had my plotter in their possession.(roughly 200% the quoted price over the phone) Took about a month to get it send back. Once they finally did return the plotter I realized that they had kept my blade holder/blade so now I cant even use the machine until I get that replaced.How these people manage to stay in business is an absolute mystery to me. Go somewhere else.
