My laser printer was jamming after a page or two. I tried to fix the problem my self. I couldnt get it to stop jamming. I called Paris Laser that morning. That afternoon the repairman showed up when promised and fixed the problem. He explained everything he was doing and did it at a reasonable price. We have been calling Paris Laser Repair for over a decade! We always get prompt returns to phone calls and service requests - whether its repair or service on any of our printers. We have an expensive color printer that just never worked quite right and Arthur dedicated himself to get it to work without issue and kept in steady communication while it was being repaired. We have also started ordering replacement toner and they have better prices than office supply stores. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy service.

Paris laser printer repair does wonderful work at a very reasonable price. Last year they came to the house, repaired my partner and taught me how to maintain the machine. This week I suffered and cleared a paper jam on the recently purchased printer, which I was unable to close in order to continue operation. Paris printer was not immediately available so I called to other sources - one quoted a minimum charge of two hours which they immediately drop to one hour following my negative response; and the other chose not to provide pricing detail. I called Paris back, scheduled an 8 AM appointment next day at their office and Victor had me out of there by 8:30, machine repaired and he showed me exactly how to keep that machine clean. His $50 charge was extremely reasonable.Gordon
